You dont want kegel contractions during normal day activities(shopping, learning, eating.).
You want to be relaxed during the day. If you notice you are tense then let it go and/or do a reverse kegel.
AND this also means to do normal kegels only during focused PE exercises(as you descreb above). Cause otherwise you train yourself having kegel contractions during watching TV etc.

When you masturbate or have sex you then also want to be relaxed down there.
Reason beeing: A 100% errection is created by the pelvic floor muscles contracting very fast. Faster then you can do conciously.

Well, Im talking about pelvic floor but of course you dont want a tense body too..

Well, the reverse kegel is basicly a counter technique vs. a tense pelvic floor.
Its still an active thing you do.

Like if your arm is tense cause of biceps is cramping you do engage the triceps to counter it.
But if you keep engaging the triceps you are still tense in the arm.

Relaxation is more like the “mid-point”. As in; your arm just dangling relaxed. No biceps, no triceps activation.
So just letting go of the biceps tension. This is a concious decision. “I let go of the tension in my biceps” and then the arm goes relaxed without engaging the triceps to release the biceps.

Same goes for your pelvic floor. You can just let go the tension conciously. (“Im tense in pelvic floor, I let it go”)
But its not always possible cause of a lack of awareness of your muscles. Thus the reverse kegel.

Do a hard kegel.
Then do a hard reverse kegel.(dont press to hard around your ass ;) )
Notice the difference. With some training you will easily play the pelvic floor.

Heavy stretches(espacially bundled at the base) can do that or bends at the base.(but thats maybe a bit more down the road; advanced)

Apdate about my Gains and PI:

There are no rules but yes foreplay might be considered no penis in vagina. The more you get into it during foreplay the better for her as she will be relaxed later on.
She needs longer to be ready, and if you get some experience with it you might be able to give her an orgasm without having entered with your dick.
So you might only last 5 minutes with your dick but invested already 10 minutes(or more…30 minutes or an hour) into her.

Hey mates!
Since a week I am not managing much time for my +1hour PE routine. What to do? I can give it half an hour or less or more but Not sure if it’s okay to reduce my routine time from 1 hour to 30 minutes or do it twice or thrice a week with one hour routine will be better.
My current routine is +20minutes of stretching and +3 minutes of jelqing. All the past week I did stretching about 15-20 minutes and managed to do jelqing only 15-20minutes hardly.
