Stretched 35 minutes

Notes: I wore the ADS for 2 hours roughly pre stretching session which was super intense per usual. Then post stretching I wore it for another 5 hours. Followed by Bathmate and sex.

Quick Off Day Update

Today is an off day.

Penis was still super plump and pumped so decided not to mess with a good thing and to be honest my Ghetto ADS doesn’t stay on great when it’s this pumped so I’ve been using my sport trunks (leg band part) to keep my penis elongated by keeping it in a fixed place as opposed to keeping my penis all locked up and smooshed. 6 days in and I’m averaging 10 hours of wear time a day right now.

Today so far I’m at 14 hours of wear time counting last night I wore it from 1130-430am (got an erection and had to pee so took it off) then put it on from 7am-5pm too off when I left work.

Stretched 38 minutes intense (manual)
ADS back on 430pm-930pm 5 hours (total 8.25hrs)
Bathmate 90% erection 20 minutes (4X5)

And….
I finally bought the MOS ADS and hanger. I don’t believe I got the weights with it (not too sure about hanging may add that in after I’ve got a year of this under my belt) with the silistretcher I also got the strap to add in different angles of stretching like behind the butt ect. And finally I added in the silicon penis sleeve to prevent turtling post workouts. I might even try it when I use the Bathmate as I read it does a great job of limiting the fluid retention and provides some resistance as well. All in all this log just took a huge step in providing the content you all need with a real human logging everything they do and we will all find out together if getting a bigger dick is a matter of will and determination or just something you need to be born with. Stay tuned in for the addition of MOS.

Off Day Today

Just woke up. Today’s a rest day and I’m undecided if I will throw on the ADS yet or not. Part of me wants to just to keep things moving and hanging lower and the other lower if me says no just let you dick rest.

Last night I threw on the ADS for 4 hour while i slept. It only last 4 hours due to have to pee and getting an erection. Probably keep the ADS off today and might throw it on tonight? I don’t know yet.

Funny because I don’t feel like a big gainer to be honest. You can see my routine and I’ve cut out the Jelqing for now going on a couple of weeks jelq free.

Honestly I think it’s the manual stretching. My 30+ minute sessions are pretty intense and i use a ton of baby powder to get a good grip. My stretches are as follows
Straight down
Down and to the left
Down and to the right
Behind the the left leg
Behind the right leg
Behind the left butt cheek
Behind the right butt cheek
Straight back behind the butt
Lower A stretch use a couple of fingers for the leverage or fulcrum
Reverse power a stretch push down at the base with index finger
Straight out
Straight out to the right
Straight out to the left
To the right
To the left
Straight up
Straight up to the left
Straight up to the right
Repeat.
I hold the stretch as long as 2 mins sometimes 2.5 depends on my grip and how pumped my hands get they can start to cramp.
That routine takes 30+ minutes depending on hold lengths. Sometimes it takes 40 minutes. Really just depends.

I just got a penis sleeve and the MOS ADS so those will he added to cement the gains and prevent turtling and retraction. That’s all I got man.
Bathmate is pretty straight forward pump release pump again repeat you get the point. I’ll know if my ghetto ADS is helping at the end of this month when I measure again. From now on I’m sticking to once a month measurements.

I just searched this site yesterday, to see if anyone had mentioned this device. Google Massage cupping sets. I just bought 4 of them off Ebay for 11.00. They make them with the same piston design, as well as ones with a separate pump. I have tested one with as much as 20 lbs. They do work.

Gave In On The Rest Day

So I strapped the good ole ADS (ghetto version) for a free hours today. Was very aware when it wasn’t on about keeping my dick in the leg band if my sport trunks to keep it for retracting and keep it elongated as much as possible. Ghetto? Yes. Effect? Hopefully

Rest Days Suck When You’re Making Progress

I hate rest days because I feel like I’m not making progress and to be honest you don’t really know if your program/routine will keep the gains coming so it’s all really just guess work at this point. Yesterday I wore the ADS and I strapped it on last night for 3.5 hours while I slept until I got a massive erection and had to take it off to pee.

Today I threw the ADS on at 1210pm and wore it until 5 low tension as always.

So up until my stretching session I’m at 8.25 hours in the ADS (75.25 hours total)
Stretched for 35 minutes super intense (most intensity yet)
Strapped ADS back on (on right now as I update this) 5:45pm-845pm 3 hours (78.25 total hours)
Bathmate 20 minutes 90% erection (4X5)

Solid day today.

Pre Work Update

I like to update here since it keeps me accountable.
