I thought so too at first but my experiment is what it is. I did however cut out the night stretch so it’s just the 30-35 minutes daily with the Bathmate and jelqs. 2 on 1 off. My experiment is also including the use of HGH and MK677 ( increases GH levels) I bodybuild and GH does have effect on smooth muscle once’s it’s broken down to igf1 in the liver. So I’m curious as to if this is a good routine with those chemicals. Also, as I mentioned and you asked, I’m not getting any negative indicators. My erections are strong and sex is great with the wife. No bruising or anything physically present on my member either. My goals aren’t lofty at all and like bodybuilding I’m very routine and goal oriented and very disciplined.

Notes from today:
Things looked fuller, more plump, and were just generally hanging lower than normal. Again, I’m not a shower I’m a grower but today I was more pleased with what I saw over what I have been looking at all my life.

It’s been a couple days by I’ve been diligently working at this. Yesterday was an on day and I did the typical routine

Notes my dick was considerablly pumped after the Bathmate session. More so than ever before. It was 5.5” around it was crazy. I may also changed the Jelq to pre Bathmate as I lose my pump from Jelqing. Don’t get me wrong it’s pumped just no where near what it was right after. I’m supposed to measure today so we will see. I’m not expecting much since it’s only been two weeks.

Stuck with the routine but switched up the jelqs to pre Bathmate.

So 35 min stretch
110 jelqs
15 minutes 90% erection Bathmate

Notes: the pump def lasted longer Post Bathmate by doing the jelqs pre instead of Post Bathmate. I didn’t pump as hard tho as I felt the night prior I pumped too hard and had some significant fluid retention.

Today was an off day and I decided not to measure BC when I got home from work (I’ve had training all week and typically I work from home) my wife and I had some alone time while the kids were napping. And check this out: I came twice in a row. Literally the craziest thing ever. I’m not sure if this is from edging and gaining more control along with Kegels or what. But I legit came and then put it back in and came within a minute of the first one. This has never happened.

Also, I’m still def fuller and more pumped all day still and no negative indicators. I’ll probably measure this week to get a two week measurement but I’m not anticipating anything huge yet but I’m def having much stronger orgasms and I’m happy with the way I look flaccid.

Took some measurements tonight even though I didn’t want to and I’m up about 1/8” almost a full 1/4” in two weeks.

Another day same stuff but keeping this log is motivation as well as the gains I’ve already gotten.

I did measure yesterday my girth since I didn’t take the measurement before and I’m sitting at almost 5” exactly for EG! That’s a quarter inch gain in under 3 weeks. Super pumped about that. Also, today after pumping I measured just for fun and I’m almost 6.25” BPEL! Crazy!! I’ve been edging a lot lately and tonight I’m going to reward myself. Wife was too tired so it’s a solo night.

Just finished my session for today. I was hesitant because Bathmate recommends not to use it for more than 20 minutes in a 24 hour period.. Well I did and I’m fine. Actually I had much less fluid retention than I normally do and I was pumped just as long and fat in the chamber as I usually am. I did however listen to my penis and when the tension was good I stopped pumping. Typically I pump until it’s semi uncomfortable which I’ve noticed causes much more fluid retention.

Today’s session was much better than yesterday nights session. Stretching was better and so was the Jelqing.

Side note: if Anyone is following along with this log has anyone used the phallosan forte? I’m tempted to invest in it as a sort of active recover while I sleep. My thighs process around this is keeping my penis in a slight stretched position might be good for recovery and obviously keeping the ligaments slightly fatigued and used to being longer and more stretched.. I’m welcome to anyone’s input on the subject. I’ve been researching it for over a month now. Part of me says I’m getting great results right now with what I’m doing and if that slows down maybe then introduce it, but the other part of me is saying maybe I’m missing out on even greater gains!

Next measurement will be Tuesday. I cheated and I already have a pretty good idea where I am but excited to post it and make it official.
