Yesterday was 180 mins of hanging 3 hours which was day two. Day one was 80 mins and today so far I’m at 100 minutes. And plan to hang again tonight. Would you believe me if I told you I’ve already made some gains? Probably not, but I have actually. And I measured before starting and my measurements were between 6 and 6 1/8. I just measured and I’m 6.25”. I can’t make this shit up if I tried. Today I took the tape measure and instead of doing bone pressed from the side of my dick I did it from above since I think the might be a tad more accurate? I have no idea but I did it to take a picture to document the before and afters for everyone’s reference.

Goal with malehanger:
To hang 3 hours Friday Saturday and Sunday and the rest of the week at least 1 hour a day. So 14 hours a week. If I get more that’s awesome. I will also use a variation of the Dave’s technique of increasing weight each week. The amount of pull and fatigue I’m already getting is unreal and this i know is going to work much faster than manual work. After hanging I hop back not my silisleeve to keep elongated and sometimes throw the shoelace back on to keep myself stretched. I spoke with the creator on his live chat and he never did this and obviously had tremendous results. So I’m thinking that this will just expedite my efforts a tad. Goal still remains to get to 7.25” BPEL and 7” NBPEL. If I can get to that I may keep going depending on how long it takes me to achieve it but at that point I will begin some girth work as well as continuing to hang.

In case everyone is wondering I will do offices measurements on the 26th or 27th. That will mark 3 months of PE

Day 3 Of Hanging With malehanger

Was able to get in 2 hours 40 minutes.

Today Monday it’s back to the work grind. So I was able to get in 20 minutes before work and went into the silisleeve. Once the kids go to bed I’m shooting for 80 minutes so 4 sets of 20 minutes. That will keep me on track for the week. I’m actually sore right now as I type this at 740pm but will ride the fatigue wave some more.

I’m Still Here

So it’s been a few days since I posted updates on my journey. So here we go:

🔘 been hanging everyday (today is day 7 in a row with the malehanger)
🔘 averaging about 2 hours a day right now (after today should he at just over 14 hours for the week.)
🔘 wife had her first fit about me hanging so much (I get it but she knows I’m goal oriented)
🔘 current weight is around 9.25lbs-9.5lbs I think. (Added a small aerobic dumbbell to my weights so assuming it’s all accurate)
🔘 no Bathmate for now (super bummed about that to be honest)

Measurements and updated signature here will take place this weekend most likely.

Routine is typically 3-4 sets of 20 minutes warm up and warm down with rice sock.

I wear my silisleeve a ton to stay elongated and I will wear the sleeve with a shoelace to do a light stretch about 2 hours a day on avg post hanging session.

All in all like I mentioned before length is the goal and I know I’ve already gained from this so I’m beyond motivated. I also have my excel spreadsheet with weight and sets and time on there I will post for everyone again to see my Progression.

Good idea to log your hanging on a spreadsheet. Then you can reference at what weight you started to see gains and hours under tension to find that growth sweet spot.

I also have a malehanger but I’m afraid to use it due to me being reckless and causing myself some discoloration that won’t go away. I have a lot of excess skin down there and I think that’s the problem. What are you using for a wrap?

Yeah I’m active on the app he provides the link to on his website and have spoken to him about discoloration and fluid retention. He said it’s normal and mine typically goes away in an hour or so. I do his wrapping style which works really well. I have some excess skin on the under side of my shaft by the glands that usually fills with fluid (no way to avoid it) every time I hang so I usually will unwrap after the first or second set and stroke it a bit and re apply heat to hit then rewear and get as much of the fluid retention spot in the wrapped area as possible and proceed with my next or final set. His wrapping methods can be found at malehanger.com/howto
He also has videos on XTube that are easy to follow for wrapping and getting into the hanger.

I’ve checked out his videos and stuff… I think I need to try the third hand loop technique when I start to hang again.

So today wasn’t super productive in terms of hanging. I will hang again before bed but so far I’ve gotten in 80+ mins. And I plan to hang tonight 4 sets so another 80 minutes. So I will be just short of my 3 hour goal for Friday Saturday and Sunday’s.

Last week I finished with 13.98 hours which is right where I want to be and keep that up for a while to see what kind of progress I can make. I’m also at around 11 pounds and I was bake to do that successfully for 3 sets of 20 minutes. The 4 set I did today I had to drop the weight due to fatigue and had to drop to 7.5 after about 14 minutes at 11lbs.

All in all the cock looks bigger and is hanging a bit lower. So I’m happy. Gotta keep pushing on until we reach our goals.

Update With Spreadsheet Pic

The plan is to measure today at some point but my kids (twins) bday was today so here I the pic of my spreadsheet. Recently as of yesterday I have been hanging exclusively behind the cheeks.

Benefits from doing so:
🔘 less stress on and expansion of glands
🔘 overall more comfortable and can hang for longer durations.
🔘 the stretch while intense during (not overly but moderately) is nothing compared to the post stretch feeling and slight ache you get from that angle. Love it!
🔘 my flaccid hang is def lower post stretching session with this angle.

Attached is my spreadsheet of weight days times sets ect. The reason I backed down in weight is to get used to the angle of between the cheeks and because my glands were getting super sore post hanging sessions.

Quick Update

Still hanging everyday. And being super consistent with it. Warm up warm down. Silisleeve post and most of the day. Add in ADS everyday for a couple hours. Trying to do everything right and control what I can. Now I’m hanging between the cheeks and it’s a great angle and stretch. I’m Up to 10.25lbs for 20-30 minute sets and 3-4 sets each session. It’s super uncomfortable and I don’t foresee myself going up in weight until next week this time.

Second Week With Malehanger

The second week is in the books.
Up to 10.25lbs which is def challenging.
And I logged 969min if hanging or 16.15hrs this week. Up from 13.98hrs the first week.

After hanging I’ve been keeping myself wrapped to stay elongated which is great and I’m hanging about 5.25” BPFL which is crazy to me. Eager to keep going and continue my log for everyone to see. I don’t anticipate moving up in weight until later next week. I’ve been at this weight for 4 days currently so I have about 3 days where

Best Day Yet!

Yesterday was a solid day of hanging. In fact, it was the most I’ve hung in one day yet!
3 hours and 36 minutes of total hang time yesterday. Used different angles and 10.25lbs.
Also worth noting, I measured 5.5” Bone Pressed Flaccid length!! Holy shit!

My current protocol/regime:
Heat
Hang
Heat
Wrap

My wrapping technique has evolved and I’m really good at it now. I basically wrap from mid shaft to just over the glands. I use my same wrap from hanging (sweatshirt strip with self adhesive wrap) it keeps my penis in a perfect elongated position and doesn’t irritate me at all! I can wear it all night and all day with essentially zero fluid retention or irritation. Last night I edged after my last hang session and wrapped. I think I wrapped a tad too tight and got some minimal gland swelling but nothing crazy because I was still able to hang for 32 mins this Morning immediately upon waking and heating.

I know this is going to take a few months of consistency to really evaluate my new regime but that’s what PE is all about isn’t it? Trial and error. I think I may have lost a tad bit of girth from exclusively hanging but remember I am after length first and foremost so I’m ok with that.

Last note: my base girth non erect is 5.5” already! So definitely gained there as well.
