Newbie here

I’ve been at this for a week and a half with no real “day off” so today will be the first day of. I’m not getting any indicators (poor erections ect) but I figured I needed a day here to let my guy rest.

My routine isn’t precise just yet but I have had experience in the past just never stuck with it.

I will be using the Bathmate and manual stretching and Jelqing. Going to start with 2 on 1 off moving forward as it will be an intense two days and I think the rest day will be essential.

Stretching will last about 30 minutes in the Am and 15 minutes before bed.

During the day or later in the day will use the Bathmate and Jelq afterwards 150 jelqs

So 2 on 1 off
45 minutes of stretching
150 jelqs (increase each week by 25)
Bathmate with 80-90% erection 15 minutes

Please tell me what you think of this. I need some feedback from the pros here please and thank you.

Furthermore I am a bodybuilder and I am using testosterone and HGH (pharmgrade) along with MK677

I have a bathmate too. But I can’t get it to suction against my body now. I press it in and it kicks right back out. Any idea why that is? I’m a newbie here too. Did your routine have anything about warmups? What is your starting size as well?

Not sure on the Bathmate.. I have the extreme with the hand pump and no issues. Could the valve be open at the end? I would check it.

Starting measurements were taken today for reference
4.75EG 5.75BPEL

I don’t think it’s the valve at all. I hope to get it figured out soon. I need to find a good routine to get into. I’m around 6 to 6.2 BPEL and 4.5 EG so we are a bit similar in size.

Yeah I’m not sure.. I hope you get it sorted out. We are close yeah. My goal is 7.2BPEL and 6EG

Today’s workout so far

Early afternoon:
35 minutes stretching
V stretch
N S E W
Reverse V
Each stretch was held for a minimum 2 minutes some as high as 4 minutes. Grip was a factor here at times but getting better. I am also using a progressive approach and not going full bore at once but relaxing into it and getting a longer stretch the longer it’s held

Bathmate 90% election 13 minutes I lost track of time here so could have been 14?

Post Bathmate I did 160 jelqs.

Ended with some edging (this is new to me I’ve never really edged before)

The day of rest just have done me good which I figured it would since I had been going pretty hard at this out the gate for a week and a half straight. I looked bigger when I was Jelqing and honestly bigger in general when I woke up. When I edged I took a quick BPEL measurement and was 6 inches.

I’ll end the day with some stretching tonight and repeat tomorrow before I take my next scheduled day off. Again, if there are some vets that happen to run across this log and want to chime in please feel free to do so. My approach is similar to my bodybuilding although I know we are taking about smooth muscle as opposed to skeletal. But I train hard DC style 3 on 1 off. So I figured go hard for two days with PE and take a day off. I won’t measure again until March 12th which. Is two weeks. I figured that would give this routine time to make any changes in my measurements before adding or taking away things.

Last night ended with 20 minutes of stretching. Didn’t warm up properly so probably could’ve been a better stretch had I been a little more warm.

Solid workout today so far

35 minutes stretch mid afternoon.
Followed by shower with Bathmate 90% erection for 15 minutes
Then 150 jelqs

Things with noting today from this afternoon were
Today I was def. Hanging lower or more full most of the day. Also, when I used the Bathmate I was able to maintain the erection the duration with some porn in the shower and I was def. Bigger (length) inside the Bathmate as indicated on the built in the measuring stick. Tonight I will end with another 15-20 minutes of stretching and I know my wife is eager to suck my dick tonight so there’s that too.

You are a new member trying that shit, cmon, do you want to grow or not? What I mean by that, don’t jump in so fast or you plateau if you already haven’t, take it easy at first and you will find what works for you. I must say, get off the dam clock, stop timing your exercises, but use FEEL. This is what I mean, you can do 40 jelqs and I do 20, but my are quality jelqs, who is going to se more results? it will be me. Now then, don’t time your exercise, but to feel you got ehat you needed out of the exercise, it may be less than 15 minutes, others can need more, use your feeling. After you are finished exercising do a wrap with a AC bandage, not to tight, to let it swell, but not for to long but you feel plump, and you will be the judge. This is easy.

I’ve done PE before just never like this (Bathmate) and stretching (v stretch reverse V ect) I just never gave it much of a chance BC I never had alone time when I tried it and I couldn’t stay consistent in my younger days. I like the clock or using a rep scheme BC like I said I bodybuilding and I’m pretty good at it. So I feel to make progress you need to keep track and have a staring point. Personally with my research on GH and mk677 this should increase the recovery time 10 fold so two intense session followed by a day off I felt was appropriate. I assure you my jelqs are good as this was something I used to use but was never consistent long enough with it. I hope I don’t plateau that quick like you think I will but I guess we shall see. And I did get a bj from the wife and she commented on the size so something is working.

Today is my planned off day.

No stretching last night before bed as my dick was tired from the BJ.

Sounds like too much volume and intensity. BUT… if you’re not getting any negative indicators. Maybe this will work for you.

Are you not satisfied with your cock? but is your partner is? This is not just you. walk to the park and stand on the grass, take a deep breath and look around with a piece of mind. I fucked up, I am 9.5 and it sucks, no balls to the wall, I was happier when I was 6.5. Sex is not like it was. Think about it, and if you want to PE, include your wife, I did, read my thread, I made huge mistakes, but I do not push, but to advise to take care and do not spend money on stupid gadgets, you have hands, you work out, SO work out………

Do you regret making it too big? How long did it take you to get to that size and what did you do? I did PE for several years but never did it as a routine and stopped for a long time multiple times. I just started a routine again.

Look I appreciate your help but I have read some of your posts. I think you and I are wired very differently. My wife knows about my PE and has seen me do it. Your sex life and the clamping ect that you and your wife did that’s fine for you but not for me or my wife and I. I’m doing PE for my own goals. I also like to test out theories and see what works and doesn’t. No person is the same. Just BC clamping and things you did wit long breaks (2 weeks) then go hard again with another break worked for you doesn’t mean that works for everyone. This whole section is for logging your routine and progress. This isn’t for people to come here and tell others to take a walk and think about why you want to PE.

Yesterday was another solid day.

35 minutes stretching
15 minutes Bathmate 90% erection
Jelqs were modified to a longer hold 4-5 seconds did 100 of them or so.

No night stretch before bed. Was super tired and had too much sex.. Lol

Today we repeat and tomorrow is another day off
