Looking For Growth

Off day yesterday and I needed it.

Erection wasn’t as strong as it usually is. So I’m not sure what the problem is but I have found that I get hard but lose it quickly bc if I keep going to get myself harder and bigger I just want to cum. Almost like my cock just wants to release what is built up in there from edging and not cumming for 4 days. Is this normal or is this an indication I need to take another day off?

Update My Thoughts On What Happened

I’m usually one for limiting variables but, I did a couple things yesterday to help get my penis back to “normal”

1. I used my makes shift all day stretcher lol. Wore that from 4pm til 12am then re attached it to the other side 1am til 430am.

Side note:For those you that don’t know what I’m referring to I use gauze tape and a shoe string tie it to my lower quad (just above the knee. The knot slips so as a I change positions the tension is valuable which is good for walking and sitting ect. It keeps tension (very very little) but more so keeps my penis elongated for hours until I take it off or switch sides.

2. At 12am I decided I was going to release as it was the only other thing I could think of hindering my ERection quality outside of just being over trained slightly.

Side note: Not divulging too much info about the circumstance I am basically fixed (vasectomy) so I do not produce seamen but rather all that comes out is basically prostate fluid. ( if you’re fixed you know) so the amount I cum isn’t what it used to be and the thickness isn’t what it used to be for obvious reasons. Well, last night was an unreal amount. All that edging with no relief was def built up.

What does all this mean?

Another Off Day

Well I took another day off basically.

So we traveled all day for family stuff (Easter) out of town.

Last night I only used the Bathmate
80-85% erection 16 minutes.

Notes: erections are stronger and I was able to pump a bit harder or at least my Dick got much bigger in the chamber. When i pulled it out it was huge. The girth was around 5.75” post pump session.

No I won’t run tren unless I’m in prep. Way to harsh on the system. Yeah it’s weird I’m honey but I think my stress is high and i think that’s why I have a difficult time maintaining a super hard erection for a long period right now.

Getting A Better Feel For My Limits

Yesterday was a shorter routine. I opted to take out the jelqs due to time restraints. Having to get up early for work and working later than normal right now I’m prioritizing my workouts. As I mentioned before my main goal is length and the two things in my routine that will help with that are my stretching sessions and the Bathmate.

Stretched 42 minutes.
Bathmate 90% erection 19.5 minutes.

Afterwards I was rubbing my wife’s back and she reached around for my dick and made the comment wow your dick is really big right now. She knew i pumped but she said it’s much bigger than before when I started pumping.

Learned my limit yesterday too with the Bathmate. I decided that the hand pump is great for getting the Bathmate on and secure with a good deal but, once it’s been on for 10 minutes or more it’s pointless to use the hand pump because there’s no way of gauging just how hard you are pumping and that’s why I prefer to take the hand pump off at this point in the session and just pump manually. Doing this limits how hard you can pump because only so much water can come out creating just enough pressure. Still haven’t even been at this for 2 months and I feel like my progress is pretty darn good. The over all look of my penis and the way it hangs it’s just hanging lower and much Fuller. Now again if you’ve been following this journey I stated before I’m a grower and I mean a grower. Another Day But Not

Today marks two calendar months of PE! I’ve been super consistent with this and have seen some pretty good gains so far. 1 year goal is an inch of length or more and girth goal would be to just gain something which I already have gains a quarter inch. If I could gain another quarter inch or even another half inch I would be super happy and would put me in the 5.5” or slightly bigger category in girth.

Last night was another “jelqless” night
Again length is my priority and once I start adding jelqs back in permanently instead of a 1 time a week basis maybe twice it will be low volume and I will work back up.

45 minutes of stretching

Yesterday’s Session And What’s Been Accomplished Today!

So yesterday I decided in my 20 minute session I would break it up a little after reading some people get less fluid retention and better results if you break the session up into 3-4, 5-7min sessions. Well 13 minutes in I remembered to do that and did 2 5 minute sessions. One thing I did notice was I was able to pump harder and my dick my bigger in the chamber.

Down side was I pumped too long the first part then too hard the last two 5 minutes sessions which equaled 23 minutes…. I will try it again today and see how it goes and really focus on 4, 5 minute sessions

So far today I wore the ghetto ADS for 6 hours and now I’m starting my stretching routine. After that’s fine I will throw my ADS back on until later this evening and pump again. Kids are sleeping so I have time to “dick” around lol

Last Post Today

So I did the 4X5 in the Bathmate (literally just finished) and I can’t say that I have any less or any more fluid retention. Although I was able to pump harder and get my dick much bigger in the chamber

Ive also decided to further my journey by adding in the MOS ADS. This will most likely be utilized at night post stretching to heal in an elongated state and further enhance my journey. Days where I work from home or weekends I will wear it all day with more tension.

Today I really sat and thought about the fact that I have truly grown over a quarter inch in both length and girth in under 2 months and I got all excited and motivated to keep pushing on. Like I said I’m giving this a year and seeing how it goes. To be honest it’s nit hard to keep up with and I think the addition of a real ADS like the MOS one it will only help especially on days I don’t have time or energy to give it a go for a full routine.

Off Day Today But We Have The ADS

So today is an off day but I’ve decided that I’m getting pretty good at rigging up my own ADS with just some gauze and a shoe string that I will keep wearing it at a very low tension (really just keeping myself elongated) for as much as I can of each day. Today I have worn it from 9am-230 (5.5 hours) and put it back on at 4pm and will wear it for a few more hours. I guess my goal is to wear it as much as possible since I’m really just trying to keep my ligaments loose and heal in an elongated state.

There’s a few studies out there that show results of up to a 40% increase in flaccid length which I would hope combined with intense stretching and pumping that I’m already doing will equal more erect length. I know the flaccid size varies greatly on the day, body temp, arousal ect but I’m hoping for at the very least an increase in flaccid length from this addition as I already know my routine for erect length is working.

As I mentioned yesterday I am going to order the MOS ADS as it has great reviews and I’ve spoken to several people using it and they say it’s super comfortable. My main goal with that will be to wear it at night mostly. But during the day would be a plus at a higher tension if work/life allow. For now I’m cool with my ghetto ADS.

Goals are still a 7.2” erect penis. Whether that BPEL or EL I don’t care I just want a 7” Dick. As far as girth I’m good with another quarter inch or half inch. When I pump I’m at or above 5.5” in girth and my wife is more than happy with that. As always thanks for following along

Recap Of Yesterday And Today Is An On Day

So yesterday including bedtime I wore my ADS
14hours total. (Low tension mostly just keeping it elongated)

The way I have it rigged up I have zero issues and main goal is keeping it elongated all day with some slight pull. Today will be the first time I attempt to wear it at the office and we will see how that goes.

When I get home I will do my routine. Stretch and Bathmate. Only draw back to my current set up is I cannot wear the ads after the Bathmate session because my penis is simply to plump and big for it to stay attached.
