So I was searching the web to increase penis size and I come across this gem of a website. I have decided to start PE because I want to feel more confident with myself and not embarrassed to show it to women . My size has never been a issue when having sex but it must feel great knowing you have a good sized weapon behind you lol.

I want to share my progress stats with you. If I reach my desired goal I will upload before and after pics of my penis size.

I have just started the newbie routine and have seen a increase already of BPEL 0.2. My EQ was great before stretching so I don’t think that the reason for the increase in size.

And a question I have are my goals achievable.

I am also very active and 22 years of age

17/06/18 BPEL 5.8 x EG 5.5
02/07/18 BPEL 6.0 x EG 5.6
GOAL BPEL 7.2 x EG 6.0

Welcome to Thunders!

Your girth is already substantial.

Your goal is very achievable and you are starting PE at a nice young age.

Be patient, stay consistent, practice safe PE and the gains will come.

For many of us here size isn’t the issue and we do it for our ego and nothing more. If that is the case for you too, don’t be ashamed, people are open here.

It’s good to read that you have begun with a level-head - 99% of people here will advise you begin and stay with the Newbie Routine so you’ve made a good start.

It is very common to report an initial improvement in size. Some have more than others, but be aware these will eventually slow down as they are generally attributed to improvements in EQ. You might not think yours are, but as you are new to PE and probably regular measuring, there is bound to be some variation. Check your technique is correct and remember to reproduce the same technique each time for accurate results. As for a reason you’re suddenly a little longer, it is temporary and happens to most of us after stretching. It is not uncommon for me to be around 4mm longer after doing some fulcrum stretches but it will return again to its original 6.5” BPEL over the course of the day/night.

I think judging by what many people here state as their gains over time, with perhaps a year and half of dedication you can achieve your goals.

Been on to this newbie routine for a few weeks now. I think the amount of jelqs is way to high I struggle over 20 strict form jelqs in one session. But that is fine for me I can see a visual gain but going to lay of the tape measure until I hit that 3 month mark.

Are you saying you do only 20 jelqs per session?

Very smart to keep away from the tape measure for 3 months. In theory with great gains you’ll be getting 2mm per month, but good luck actually measuring that in a sinfgle month. But after 3 months, thats around 0.5cm and measurable. This is what conclusion I have came to after a lot of reading and experimentation, i wish you happy gains ^^

My sessions vary I find that I fatigue quicker than most on these forums, I rarely go over 50 Jelqs at the moment but I’m guessing that will increase over time?

Good to start with the newbie routine and take your time. Patience is one of the big keys. We all think that if we do more or do it harder things will come faster but the key with PE is consistency over time. So be patience.

Probably, just do what you can and take your time. Get accustomed to waht you are doing before you decide to increase it :)

Sorry for the inactivity still want to stay away from the tape measure at the moment I’m in no rush to measure up. Missed a few sessions so getting back into it in full force.
