Been fighting with head cold-like symptoms, so exercise has been lacking. Yesterday PE was tough. I found it hard to keep enough of an erection to jelq due to how bad I was feeling. Today though, feeling better.

Today was measurement day. BPEL is now 6.625 and MSEG is 4.75. BG is 4.825. 1/8th” in all directions is good for a month’s work. If I could keep that pace, I’d be at my goals in just a few months. I realize that focus, dedication, consistency, and safety will be the things that get me there. I’m just grateful it is still growing!

Next week I hope to return to my normal exercise routine.

One track of measurement I use while PE is max expansion. When I do my squeezes, I’ll measure to see what the most my penis expands. Today I was just under 5”, which is up from the 4.75” the last time I measured it. I’m looking forward to seeing 5.25” over the next 2 months.

I’ve been PE’ing consistently for a bit over 4 months, so today I started adding a bit into my routine. With the rate I am growing I think I can see 7” in length and 5” in girth by the end of the year.

If I don’t hit 7” in length but get to 5” in girth, I’ll consider the next two months of routines a success. I’m decently happy with length (although more length is definitely in my goals) but girth is where I really want to focus over the next two months.

Yesterday I got back into the gym, and today was supposed to be intervals. I am still not 100% and had a hard time breathing during the routine, so I had to cut it a bit short. Hopefully I can finish getting over whatever this mess I have is and get back to working on my body as much as my cock. I often talk to myself to keep myself focused. Took a short break to see if over-training was why I was having issues achieving night/morning wood. I don’t think that is it. Regardless, woke up last night at one point with a pretty good erection, so I’m assuming that training is not the problem and is most likely stress, not sleeping well, lingering illness, etc.

Today I am back at it. Since I took some time off I scaled the routine back a bit and will keep it scaled down this week.

My goal is between now and the end of the year to do a good job of not only my main PE routine but working on consistent kegel work as well. Wife and I are going on a trip over New Years and want to be rock hard and ready for her that entire trip. My goal is to do moderate kegel work 3 times a day. Going to set my routine this week like this:

20 2 second squeeze and release (1-2 seconds between)
20 5 second squeeze and release (5-10 seconds between)
20 2 second squeeze and release (1-2 seconds between)

Goal is to do that 3x a day this week and see if I notice any positives/negatives to my EQ doing that.

A short break and a return to a less stressful PE routine seems to have paid off. Woke up this morning with a raging hard-on, something that has not been there in a couple of weeks. What is amazing about that is with a hugely stressful day yesterday and a late night of work, I was not expecting morning wood.

Maybe your stress caused a testosterone spike. Like a survival mechanism. Or probably the break had to do with it.

Usually stress does not boost testosterone unless it is a “fight or flight”, life threatening ordeal. Unfortunately, the stress I’m dealing with is not the good, endorphin releasing stress.

I do think the exercise program I was attempting had something to do with it as well. Recovery probably was not good, so it cause me to have an issue with it. Taking this week off from exercise to let my body recover and get over this lingering illness and then focus on what I had success with over the summer (which really helped with T production, since I was losing fat and horny all the time).

I just have one of those jobs that requires me to be on point at any given time. If I took breaks from PE due to job stress, I’d never PE. That being said, I do have some vacation time coming up (will not be working but 4 days a week at most for the rest of the year. I do have 2 weeks coming up end of December off, one with a trip with the wife (6 nights no kids).

I’m beginning to think that my exercise routine was causing my drop in EQ. I’m going to drop down to just heavy lifting with some walking and sprints one day a week and see how that works. Nothing else has really changed outside of a small PE break. But I woke up with a raging erection overnight (the type where you can feel you are at your fullest).

My EQ skyrocketed last night even after eating way too much sugar (I’ve noticed that sometimes sugar has a negative affect). I woke up at 3 different times last night with a major erection, including right before the alarm went off. I stayed up without stimulation for a good 15-20 minutes with that one. I kept nudging the wife with it but she didn’t get the hint.

Routine yesterday was normal:

Today, my routine was exactly the same but my erection level stayed near consistently around 80% the entire 10 minutes of wet jelq (it died out a bit around 7.5 minutes after the lube started drying up a bit and I was reapplying between strokes).

I can honestly say as glad as I am that EQ is getting better I’m dying for girth. I’m not thrilled with my length but it is something I could live with. Once I lose 20-30 pounds the length would look more impressive. But the girth? I look like I have a pencil dick! My wife had delivered 3 kids vaginally and she’s a bit looser as well (trying to encourage her to kegal/use the beads I got her to help improve her muscle tone there), but I really want to be able to enter her and stretch her just a bit. Pretty sold on doing a hybrid pump/jelq routine starting in January. My goal is by May to be cementing in 5.25” in EG. Still reaching for 5” by end of December, but progress just is not going well on that.

From now until the end of the year, I’m doing the newbie routine only. I’m just extending the amount of time I jelq.

Next week (with more privacy) I’ll move to 20 minutes wet jelq.

I plan on taking two weeks off the end of the year and then restart after my trip with my wife. Goal there is to have a pump. My routine I’m planning on will look like this:

Along with this, I’m going to start a regular edging routine. My goal is to be able to last 15-20 minutes with sex by summer. Sometimes I can do this now, but depending on foreplay I last anywhere from 2-10 minutes average. I want to last long enough to where my wife can ride me, find the right motion, and bring herself to orgasm (and then me). So close last night, lasted almost 10 minutes.

I’m back!

Around Thanksgiving I had the oddest thing happen. I went from fairly regular morning wood, nice hard erections, overall good EQ to really wondering if I was having ED or something. No morning wood. Erections were never really full. Scary!

I thought maybe I had hurt myself. I honestly figured it was stress, and may be right. I tried to jelq, but could not get an erection enough to make the routine worthwhile.

I did make a couple of observations though:

1. After a couple of nights of sex with my wife, I was able to have a slight morning wood.

2. One morning, after two blowjobs in one day, I woke up with a raging hard-on.

3. Towards the end of December, normal erections started coming back. Morning wood was back consistently. Some mornings it was harder than others.

I retook a measurement last week. During the month layoff, I lost 1/8” from both length and girth. A bit of a bummer, but hey, at least I can get erections again! I’m back at it though, and figuring out my plan for this year. My goal this week is to just do very basic newbie routine (5 minute warm-up, 5 minute stretch, 5 minute jelq, 5 minute cool down) and get going again on my kegals. Each week I plan to add 5 minutes to my jelq routine. I also plan to start edging later in the day so I can begin working on building up stamina.

In mid February, I plan on purchasing a pump. My routine then will shift to less stretches and more pump/jelq only.

My goal for 2015 is 1” of length and .5” girth. That would put me at 7.5” BPEL and 5” girth. I’d love to overachieve on girth, but I have a really hard time gaining there.

I’m also back on a strict diet/exercise. I’m using a fairly popular exercise routine to cut my fat. It has worked for me in the past, and gunning for it to work again. In my first week alone I dropped 5 pounds, but most of that was probably salt/sodium/nasty bloat. But, I still think I can lose 20-25 pounds of fat during the late winter/early spring. That will put me in a much better spot health wise than I have been in a long time. Going back to my slogan: Small waist, big cock.

One thing I should note: One of my big areas of concern is either low T or high estrogen. I am going to take a supplement for a month to see if it has any affect. My guess is that T is fine, but E is also a tad high (based on how I store body fat). We’ll see if that has any positive effect.
