Today’s routine much like yesterdays. Post pump plump did not last as long.

Tomorrow I plan on taking a rest day and move to a 2 on/1 off/2 on/2 off schedule for a while. I’m debating moving to M/W/F only routine and testing the “less is more” theory.

I think I’m going to go to something like this and only 3 days a week. I may add a 4th day in that would be nothing more than pumping for a long period of time at a low pressure (30-40 minutes at 3-4hg). If I do that, I’ll do that on Sundays.

I found my expansion is best when I do this. In fact, by the time I got to my squeezes, I could barely make the “ok” with my hand and grip my entire cock. That’s the initial size I’m looking for. My goal is to keep pushing for that size, allow healing to happen, and get there over time.

This week’s workout will be tough. My heating pad is no longer working and I have been using a heated gel pack. But with the kids and wife home all week, heating up one of those simply is not going to work (and I’m not wanting to spend quite yet on a new heating pad with Christmas coming up). So I’m doing the best I can.

Today’s workout:

Stretches (up, down, left, right, out, V in all directions)
Pump 20 minutes @ 5hg
Jelq 5 minutes
Squeezes/jelq

I’m going to continue this routine until Christmas, take a two week break, and then pick back up where I left off. I’m probably going to incorporate longer times under vacuum at lower pressure a couple of days a week as well.

I’m 13 months out from our 15 year anniversary trip. I’m setting a lot of goals physically:

1. My goal is to be 13% or lower body fat. Right now I’m at 22% by the calipers, which means I am probably closer to 25%. I’m going to purchase a device that will help monitor this better.

2. Waistline, by the tape, should be 34 or lower. Right now it is at 42, so a lot of work to do there.

3. My measurement a couple of weeks ago put penis length at just over 6.5” BPEL and just over 4.5” MSEG. Base girth is around 4.75”. My goal by this trip is to be north of 5” MSEG, and hopefully approaching 5.25” and a BPEL of over 7”. I am going to have to work on getting my fat pad down as it is currently 1.25 - 1.5” and taking away a lot of penis length to the eye.

4. I’m going to keep digging into supplement research to make sure I can easily get an erection and that it is rock hard when needed. My wife notices when I get really hard (I think it turns her on quite a bit).

5. I am also constantly working on my game outside and inside the bedroom. Life is busy, but my wife and I have a date in the near future to sit down and really talk about needs, turn-ons, etc. We do this every now and then and it is time we revisit since seasons of life have changed recently.

Last week was almost a complete bust. I could only PE one day. Was very bummed.

This weekend I did pick up a new heating pad so I could resume work with normal heat. Today I decided to go longer in the pump at a lower pressure. I forgot to stretch though. I have a sick kid at home and had to keep stealth as well as hurry up in case they needed something.

So today was not a full “rest” day. No pumping, no jelqs, no squeezes, but I did stretch. I plan on stretching as often as possible (trying to condition myself to doing piss pulls as well as focused stretching).

I’ve been thinking a lot of motivation. What drives me? What keeps me focused on my end goal?

For my determination to lose fat, my motivation is my wife. She’s a gorgeous size 2/4 even after having 3 kids. When she exercises, she’s closer to a 0/2. Right now, I’m nowhere near “in shape”. Sure, I’ve put on a lot of muscle, but by my body fat measurements, I have at least 30-35 pounds of fat to lose in order to look chiseled. My affirmation I am repeating is that she deserves more of me. She deserves a husband who is healthy, fit, and looks good naked. I want her to be attracted to me in every way. She does not emphasize the physical, but I want to give her something to enjoy both to the eyes and to the touch.

My penis is twofold: Both for her, and for me. More for her. Along with being fit, I want a penis that when it is against a more slender physique looks big. And when it is aroused, it is even bigger. Again, I want all of my body to be a physical turn-on for her. That way when I court her outside of the bedroom and do the non-sexual things she needs to feel loved and more easily aroused, she has one more (bigger) thing to enjoy in the bedroom.

Right now I’m on a small cutting phase before Christmas. Watching my sugar intake. Eating better. Adding in more cardio. Doing the things that I need to do in order to drop 5-10 pounds of fat. Starting the first Sunday in January, my focus is to rid my body of fat and reveal the muscle I have worked the last 2 years to put on. We have a big anniversary trip planned next year and I want to be the husband that has it all for my wife.

Penis goals: 7.5” BP/6.75 - 7” NBP length, 5 - 5.25” MSEG

I’ll take end of 2015 measurements the last weekend of the month and have a starting point from there.

I wanted to go 30 minutes in the pump today but had to get back to work. Tomorrow will be another 20 minutes in the pump and more jelqs and squeezes. I think I may shift my workouts to be Sunday/Monday and then Wednesday/Thursday. I need to go back and read more threads on pumping to see who has done what successfully.

Friday I thought I overdid it. Did my normal routine but split my time in the pump. Later in the day I did 30 minutes extra at low pressure. Saturday I did not wake up with my normal erection. Sunday I did though, and this morning’s was very, very nice.

Today, though, I did find it hard to get an erection while doing my routine. Just one of those days.

Interesting event: I ordered a supplement called Libido Max. It is mainly aimed towards NO2 production and getting more blood to the penis. I took 1 Tuesday afternoon and then 2 later that night an hour before sex. Well, getting an erection was a LOT easier than normal. My wife and I are trading “naughty and nice” nights (nice is where I focus on her, naughty is where she focuses on me). Tuesday night was supposed to be a “naughty” night. When she walked out in her lingerie and I sprang to attention, she felt it and completely changed her plans for the night. However, I did not rest well that night. Woke up at 4a wide awake. Going to play with dosing to see how that works, but the supplement did, at a minimum, exactly what it said it would do.

So where’s gottago been?

Been a very weird start to the year. Lots of ups and downs. Right now, I’m on a slight up. Doc tuned down my T treatments which caused my T to bottom out about February. They have bumped me back up and things are climbing back up nicely.

I’ve been experimenting with a pumping routine. I love the immediate results post pump. My EG has been slightly above 4.5”. After I pump, and get an erection, I measure a bit over 5” firm. My penis is fairly rigid with this too (does not feel squishy). My theory is to continue this pumping routine for a while, slowly expanding the time, and see if I can get some more permanent gains out of it.
