Traveled the end of last week for work. This week, back to work.

Today’s PE routine:

5 minute warm-up
5 minute stretches
10 minute wet jelq
5 minute cool down

Today I could only sustain around 50-60% erection level, which I was a bit bummed about. I prefer to jelq in the 70-80% range. Not sure what my deal was other than being physically tired from yesterday. Hopefully a good night’s rest tonight will solve that.

Ordered a supplement called Status today. It is a T booster/estrogen blocker. I’m ordering it for my fight in losing fat, but will take any benefit it may give to my unit. I’m down 7 pounds so far in a bit over 2 weeks. My goal is to cut as much body fat as possible between now and the summer. I’m also going to start a PE specific stack possibly next month: ZMA, L-Citrulline, and Fish Oil. I figure anything I can do to make my body healthier can only increase my chance of PE success.

Why are you doing now a shorter more simple routine? havne you taken time off?

Quim - The gains I have are based over several years of start and stop. I’ve been fortunate to gain, and not lose a lot when I stop. I did take a break recently when my EQ bottomed out (a bit over 1 month). I lose a little length and girth (only about 1/8th” in length). My girth kills me though. It does not want to seem to grow via these methods. So I’m working slowly back up to 10-20 minutes of jelq and preparing to get a pump (again, girth main focus going forward).

I’m not taking a full rest this week until Saturday. Today’s routine:

2-3 minutes stretching

Decided to throw some edging in there to keep a pretty full erection after the jelqs. Figured I’d see how I felt later today after doing that.

Yesterday, I decided to take a quick measurement just to see where I was. BPEL was over 6.5” (around the 6.625” range) and MSEG was 4.625”. Nice to see that improved EQ is helping already.

Thanks guys. 3 years ago, I was 40-50 pounds lighter. Now, I have put on over 10 pounds of muscle over the last 2 years, but the rest is fat. My goal is to get down to where I keep 20 pounds or less of fat on me all the time. I’d love to keep my current LBM of 162 lbs and drop down to around 180 lbs total weight. That would be right at 10% body fat. Heck, anything under 15% I’ll take. My overall goal is to make my body as attractive as possible for my wife. She’s a stunner (5’7”, size 2/4 range after having 3 kids) and deserves the total package in a man. Pun intended, of course.

alivegeta - My fat bad is nearly 1” right now. I’m ready to see that go down so more of my length shows. Of course, combine that with my goal of gaining at least .5” girth (and cutting the weight) should give my wife some good eye-candy.

Yesterday I did a short routine (hard to get this in before the kids wake up without being up at 5a on a Sunday).

Today I have a sick kid at home, but she is old enough to tend to herself. I got my routine as I wanted it in this week.

15 minute jelq
5 minute edge

I’m beginning to like edging at the end of my routines. I like how it keeps me inflated for that extra time instead of going straight into my warm-down and losing a bit of my erection. I plan to continue this and steadily increase the amount of time.

I am ordering my pump the end of this week. I’m going to follow the routine laid out in the Vacuum Pumping 101 thread, just with edging and defined jelqing time. I’m looking forward to being smart about it but gaining some girth as I go through this.

Next year is my wife and I’s 15 year anniversary. I’m using that as a mental milestone date on being where I want to be, both my physique and my penis. I’m using that as my motivation to keep with everything.

Sometimes I really wonder if I jelq correctly. I don’t feel like I’m pushing blood up the shaft, but I don’t want to apply any more pressure. This is something I am going to pay very close attention to over the next few sessions.

Still loving the edging at the end. My cock was rock hard during most of the edging session. I’m purposely not ejaculating at the end. My goal is to bump up to 10 minutes of edging, then 15, and so on and so on, and focus on control of the process while maintaining my full erection.

Do you just do normal stretches in 6 direction or do you do some other kind of stretches in those 5 minutes.

I do up, down, left, right, out (and repeat) with holds anywhere from 10 - 30 seconds. I then do A, V, and the same type of stretch but going out to the side using my thumb as the fulcrum. Two bends, 10 seconds each in each direction.

But, in previous iterations of my PE routine, I did not follow the same stretch routine. My first gains years ago came from basic stretches and dry jelqing. Last year when I gained .5” over 5 months I was doing a variety of things and varying my stretches.

Today’s routine:

15 minute wet jelq
10 minute edge
5 minute warm-down

Today during my edging was the first time I looked long. I was so tempted to measure but did not want to break up my edging. I’m sure I was no longer than my current measurement but maintaining 100% EQ just made it look big. Still not particularly thick, but that will come.

I decided to take a measurement while edging today, just to see. Unfortunately, my body is a bit more tired and my full erection quickly subsided (yesterday I had a LOT more energy). I still measured at around 6.625” BPEL and 4.625” MSEG. I think had I been able to keep my full erection my EL would have been above 6.75”.

Tomorrow I order my pump. I’m excited to move on to my next phase which is wrapping up length work and focusing on girth. My plan for week 1 as as follows:

5 days/week
5-10 minute warm-up
10 minutes low pressure pump (1 set)
5 minute jelq
Edging TBD
Warm-down

1 Day week rest, and then 1 day I will pump without jelqs or edging after.

I’m right at my first month goal weight. I’m staying very focused on losing the extra fat, boosting testosterone, getting strong, and back to feeling how I felt almost 4 years ago now.

Ordered my Leluv Maxi pump today. Also started taking my T booster. These are exciting times in my PE journey! Tomorrow will be a full rest day. I also do measurements tomorrow after 1 month of diet and exercise. I know I am down 10 pounds, but will be interested to see how many inches I’ve lost, how much body fat, etc. Really focusing on my motto: Small waist, big cock.
