Background:
In 2007, I started wondering about the size of my cock. My wife had never complained, but I always felt like I could be better. My personality type is to improve on anything I can improve. I knew that there was more to our sex life than the size of my dick, and I could improve on those as well. But why not try to get larger too?
I actually bought some pills. Honestly, I wish I would have used them combined with a routine I learned here. Bottom line is, no progress form pills (did not use them much, and my wife did not like the smell they left on my breath). But through all of that, I did discover Thunder’s Place.
I remember measuring when I first got started. I measured around 5.25” NBPEL and 4.5” EG. I had not read how BPEL was probably a better measurement and I was fairly overweight at the time. I started doing the newbie routine but never really stuck with it. I did this 2-3 times between 2007 and June of this year, and I’d gain slight amounts each time.
Fast forward to June. I’m working on losing more fat (went from fat to fit back to fat following shoulder surgeries). The main reason I started back is during one of the times I was PE’ing, I remember waking up with such a strong erection that it was the reason I woke up. I knew that if nothing else, if I could improve my EQ, I’d gain from doing this.
Starting Stat (June 2014):
NBPEL: ~ 6.00”
MSEG: 4.5”
After 3 months of newbie routine + squeezes (October 2014)
NBPEL: ~ 6.5” (just a shade under)
MSEG: 4.625”
My goal by December:
NBPEL: 6.75”
MSEG: 5”
Current Routine:
5 minute warm-up with heating pad
5 minutes stretches (up, down, left, right, out, twice in each direction)
2-3 minutes V stretch
5 minute dry jelq
10 minute wet jelq
Squeezes (expansion without pain)
5 minute warm-down
5x/week (2 on, 1 off, 3 on, 1 off)
Long Term Goals:
I have a mantra that I’m working towards: Small waist, big dick. I want to get back to where I was with fitness a few years back. But along with that, I want a much larger penis. I know my wife loves me. This is not an insecurity thing with me at all. But, being someone who strives for continual improvement, why not give my wife not only great husband, but a hunk of a lover too? I want to be the full package for her: Healthy, fit, good to look at naked, and a dick that blows her mind sexually.
So goal is to keep building muscle, then shed 20-30 pounds in 2015.
Penis growth goals? Long term, somewhere between 7.5” and 8” would probably be ideal length. I’m really more interested in girth though. At 4.625” with a wife who has pushed 3 kids out of the birth canal, I need more around than out, so to speak. But, I don’t want so much girth that getting blowjobs becomes the exception and not the norm. My goal is to get up to 5.25”, see how oral sex is then, and then progress up from there.
Future Routine:
In January, I’ll have a lot more privacy more days than not. I plan to introduce pumping the end of this year and letting that be a big part of my routine starting in January.
Planned routine:
5 minute warm-up.
2-3 minutes light jelq.
10 - 30 minutes pumping at low pressure (starting at 10, progressing to 30 over time)
5-15 minutes of jelqing
5 minute warm-down
Will probably keep with nearly the same schedule as I have now.
