In 2007, I started wondering about the size of my cock. My wife had never complained, but I always felt like I could be better. My personality type is to improve on anything I can improve. I remember measuring when I first got started. I measured around 5.25” NBPEL and 4.5” EG. I had not read how BPEL was probably a better measurement and I was fairly overweight at the time. I started doing the newbie routine but never really stuck with it. I did this 2-3 times between 2007 and June of this year, and I’d gain slight amounts each time.

Fast forward to June. I’m working on losing more fat (went from fat to fit back to fat following shoulder surgeries). The main reason I started back is during one of the times I was PE’ing, I remember waking up with such a strong erection that it was the reason I woke up. I knew that if nothing else, if I could improve my EQ, I’d gain from doing this.

Starting Stat (June 2014):
NBPEL: ~ 6.00”
MSEG: 4.5”

After 3 months of newbie routine + squeezes (October 2014)
NBPEL: ~ 6.5” (just a shade under)
MSEG: 4.625”

My goal by December:

Current Routine:

5 minutes stretches (up, down, left, right, out, twice in each direction)
2-3 minutes V stretch

10 minute wet jelq
Squeezes (expansion without pain)
5 minute warm-down
5x/week (2 on, 1 off, 3 on, 1 off)

Long Term Goals:

I have a mantra that I’m working towards: Small waist, big dick. I want to get back to where I was with fitness a few years back. But along with that, I want a much larger penis. I know my wife loves me. This is not an insecurity thing with me at all. But, being someone who strives for continual improvement, why not give my wife not only great husband, but a hunk of a lover too? I want to be the full package for her: Healthy, fit, good to look at naked, and a dick that blows her mind sexually.

So goal is to keep building muscle, then shed 20-30 pounds in 2015.

Penis growth goals? Long term, somewhere between 7.5” and 8” would probably be ideal length. I’m really more interested in girth though. At 4.625” with a wife who has pushed 3 kids out of the birth canal, I need more around than out, so to speak. I’m trying to slowly add on to the newbie routine between now and the end of the year. I’m working on varying times of workout, various stretches, expansions, etc, all while watching my PI’s.

So far, PI’s are pretty solid. We had a sick kid last night and was up and down all night with her. I woke up several times with night wood and had a great morning wood this morning. The other morning I wish I would have had the chance to measure my morning wood. It looked long!

Being I’m a bit tired, I did a bit less jelqing today (5 minutes dry, around 6 minutes wet) and did some expansion work.

Today was the first day in a while that I have not woken up with morning wood. I don’t think it’s necessarily PE related though. I woke up and had drenched my bed in sweat. Not sure if I was running fever overnight, but the lack of wood may very well have been due to my body’s reaction to either being too hot overnight or running a fever/breaking.

Yesterday I noticed a slight soreness on the right side of my shaft. Not pain, just a deep soreness. I took Saturday off from PE (like I normally do) so I know it was not from training. This morning, no morning wood. Not too concerned as I have ramped up my non-PE exercise and my body is adjusting. Yesterday was the first “brutal” day and I could feel exhaustion at the end of the day.

During my PE session this morning, I felt thicker. Not sure if I really was, but during my dry jelq, I felt very plump even before I started. It was a nice feeling. I’m not sure I can gain the .375” before end of December, but I’m certainly not going to give up on it. Thursday I had a start-and-stop session of PE. When I restarted, I felt sore. Really sore. Scary part was I had a hard time, at first, getting an erection for sex. It could have been from overall exercise routine from the day, but was enough to cause red flags. Friday morning, still really sore, so I decided to not PE at all. I was rewarded Friday night with a really good erection, morning wood Saturday, and today. Big point here: Even with exercise, I’ve become really in-tune with my body. Every now and then I do a measurement during my squeezes to see how my expansion is going. I measured at full erection and squeezed just under 5” girth. This is up from 4.75” I had earlier this month. Hopefully I can start converting this into normal expansion during erections over the next month or two.

Still watching for a pump. I need one 1.75” in width. Leluv used to have some great ones on eBay, but recently it seems they have been out of 1.75” cylinders.

Yesterday my PE plans got shot down. I had planned to PE right after my wife left and before I had to be out for a golf tournament. But my father-in-law (who was playing with me in the tournament) was going to be there too soon after my wife left, so I knew I did not have time to PE. So took an unexpected break yesterday.

I’m noticing how exhaustion plays into not only my PE but my overall EQ as well. Yesterday, after morning workout and golf, I was toast. Last night I had enough energy to have sex, and that was about it (amazing how we guys can always summon up the energy for sex). But my morning wood was not as hard this morning, and I was, and am, still feeling the exhaustion from yesterday. This morning I had a softer morning wood. I can tell getting more rest is going to have to be a priority.

For the next little bit, I’m going to shorten my sessions a tad and focus on manual girth exercises. Today is probably a pretty good routine that I’ll stick with.

Why no regular stretches?

Just trying to shorten up time a bit. If I am focusing on girth, I was not sure how helpful normal stretches really would be.

Maybe my mind is playing tricks on me. Maybe not. But after my PE session early this morning, and an arms only workout, I came back, showered, and the wife came in wanting sex. Today was a wierd day for me. I did not get to PE in the morning, so had to this afternoon (only to have an interruption). Not a great session, but a bit:

5 minute warm up

2-3 minute of squeezes
5 minute cool down

Today I took my first BPFSL measurement. I never knew what this was and was curious what mine was and what indication it may have on future gains. BPFSL was just a bit under 7” (almost to the line, but not quite). With my BPEL at 6.5”, hoping I can keep monitoring both of those for growth. I also took a girth measurement post jelq, just because it always looks bigger. It came in at 4.75” and I was nowhere fully erect. I’m still aiming to see something near 5” by end of the year.

Forward thinking a bit, my wife and I celebrate 15 years in a couple of years and are looking at going on a trip. I know she’ll see it plenty between now and then but would be awesome to be at my goal well before that and see if I can go beyond. I think if I hit my goal and my wife can still take me in her mouth without scraping, I’ll keep trying to add size.

Fat loss wise, I am keeping on track. I ate a bit more than I should last night, but still no sugary foods or soft drinks. Keeping focused on my goal: Small waist, big dick.
