I’m sure that you’ll appreciate the complementary nature of TT/TTr work with high vacuum/short duration pumping. Really sure.

Try searching for TTr Dave. You’ll find both it and the TT presented in this thread as well as in other threads by other members who have built one or the other.

Thanks man, the thread is amazing. I did search again with the correct acronym, still have not found anything. This was asked by someone else as well, with just a link to a 60 page long thread for a answer. If anyone has a simple link to the post or can clear this up in a sentence or two it would be great. I am not trying to be lazy, it is simply difficult for me to find anything on this. Much respect for everyone.

I decided to go on a break again and this time I’ll try to work the ipr way!

So here you told me your suggestion and I guess the advanced one is better for me to start with.

Just 2 things I still don’t quite understand, one is about this hanging suggestion, could you give me a practical example?

“3. IPR based hanging:
1. Use a work multiplier of (1.1) x (lbs. x time) from previous session to calculate work (lbs. x time) for the next session. Use SD, BTC and Swami positions.”

Another thing is that I never got a good stretch from the sumo stretch, maybe I’m pulling too much pubic skin and the stress applied is divided with the skin?

Anyways I was planning something like this:

Night trainings only on week days
- Bb and ss stretches in the morning.
- Ipr hanging
- ipr jelqing
- TT up to 5 minutes
- high vacuum pumping 7 x 10s for as high as I can
- cock coil as much as I can.

This would be on I days, P days with cock coil during the day and 1 rest day.

Five cycles like this then go to macro P phase.

Is that good for a first time ipr training?

Read through some if your CC threads and have adjusted what I was doing when I applied and am very happy with the results. It is such a great stretched feeling. Many thanks for that. I had the coil too large which required me to manipulate it to fit. I found one of Mrs Rods vibrators which is nearly the perfect circumference. I recoiled it and we are in business now. Looking forward to many happy hours of coiling. 😁

A few questions if you please.

When you do your pumping, what level of erection do you have, if any?
Also, do you do all your TT work and then all your pumping, or a set of TT then a set of pumping then repeat?

I’m back after about a 4 month R-phase. I plan to build a TTr for my upcoming I-phase as I want to try that as opposed to my TT, while also incorporating higher pressure pumping compared to last time (and shorter pump session clearly).

From my notes on the TTr from elsewhere in the thread, I have it down that you’ve been doing around 20 compressions of a few secs with the TTr, yet distributed over 3 sessions. Now I think I read before (but can’t find now… so maybe I’m making this up and want to check) that the high pressure pumping is done in between those TTr sets - as in, you do TTr, pump, TTr, pump, TTr, pump? If yes, then I’m assuming each pump session is as you describe above (3 x 10 secs), and done three times?

OK so I built a TTr - see Next I-phase starting for photos.

You can see in that post that I’m trying to figure out how to use the TTr best. At the beginning when clamped off, the shaft is very very rigid, and the teeth seem almost too big/hard to use - at this stage a TT may seem easier. I found the TTr was easier once things got β€˜spongier’ on subsequent sets - is that what you found?

Also I’m feeling my way forward with the intensity - today I had a small bit of blood on skin at one point, so was a bit too much too soon. But it’s like you’ve said before, you have to go slow at the start and it’s only the final part where you get most compression/deformation. So the issue for me is to know how much to press when the shaft is at its most rigid (at the start) - seems easier as you go on…
