Hi dickerschwanz…this makes me smile :) . Someone a few pages back suggested something similar…but with individual rings. I’m happy to see that your drawings showvthe offset, out of phase configuration that in 2 dimensions is reflective of a continuous spiral ridge in 3 dimensions.

I don’t think that I can rationally justify building another PE gizmo, but then again, I enjoy doing so.

Let’s brainstorm what could be used for the spiral ridge…this is a non-trivial question.

Im wondering if using the cock coil materials could be a useful spiral or for rings in the pump

Yea 4years, I was pondering using a CC too, but I think it should have a ridge shape (triangular profile like dickerschwanz’s drawings) and be about 3/4” high.

Having stated that, it appears that the ability to be shaped into a spiral may be the limiting factor…and the CC does meet that criteria.

Suppose I could nest 3 CCs into a sort of triangular shaped profile spiral.

Cap1 on the other thread had the idea of holding metal pieces inside the pump with magnets from the outside.
It would also allow the inside the tube pieces to potentially be moved around. Creating a dynamic force similar to a massage.
I think that’s a genius idea and I created a digital model. :D
I used in attached pic metal balls, but obviously it could also be elements shaped like the TT pieces and I read your explanation on why you choose the shape on the other thread. The hooks are Neodymium magnets.
My idea would be to coat metal balls with silicone to allow them to be moved while being pumped without skin friction.

I mean obviously its insane lol but I would try to do it.

TG's Theoretical IPR Campaign (second attempt)

So, for my next I-phase, since I’m going to be immobile coming up here very soon, I was thinking of working it differently.

Instead of multiple clamps and bending and then going into the pump for 10 minutes with high pressure up to say 18HG for 60 seconds ala PEFF style, I was thinking instead of going long duration at medium pressures. Like say, 30 to 60 minutes at 2-7HG with a heated tube. Or doing 30 to 60 minutes in a heated tube at 2-5HG on the day after a workout. So something like:

Day 1:

Stretching warmup
10 minute set of multiple clamps and bending (up to 3 sets)
Pumping at 2-7HG for 30-60 minutes with heated tube
Warmdown with massage

Day 2:

Stretching Warmup
Pumping 30-60 minutes at 2-5HG
Massage warmdown

Day 3-4 off

Repeat the cycle 5 or 6 times. Which is 20-25 days total before entering R-phase. My thoughts are that the extended time in the pump slowly expanding and being held at maximum expansion may make more productive time of the inflammation from the clamps. Especially on Day 2, as in essence it would double as Cock Coil or ADS time for the same purposes. Because I’ll be confined to my home until I recover, I figured a longer routine with more time commitment may be able to net me more since I have no other use for the time.

What are your thoughts?

Well I seem to be trying something similar to you - am doing 6 x 10 mins at low pressure (2 hg) and with IR lamp. This is done after the clamp session and before the ADS. Definitely seems very plump today, will continue!

So hello again everyone. I’m now starting my second IPR cycle, after an R-phase of 3 months.

- TT dimensions are detailed there - can’t say it’s the most refined TT by any standard, let’s just hope it works!
- The Oxballs cock ring I put up there as I thought maybe some of you doing IPR might find it useful - it’s an uber-stretchy cock/ball ring that has a decent surface area, so not as constricting as others. So far I’ve found (after only using it a couple of times) that it holds plumpness pretty well after an intense session, so it could be a good addition to the CC when you don’t want to wear a CC as part of an ADS during the I-phase?
- As stated in the last post, I’m experimenting with some low pressure pumping after the intense clamp session and it seems to really add something.
- Needing to experiment more with the Sumo Stretch - have re-read how you do it, so will have to figure it out. The way I’m doing it now produces not that much. For the BB, I plan to get a more oval shaped bit of wood.

First day with the TT, and wow - definitely pushed my girth to a new level. I went in carefully - didn’t want to overdo it - and managed 4 sessions totalling 9 mins. The first one I was totally rock hard, and it wasn’t really possible/easy to close the device, but subsequent sessions it seems there was more give in the erection, which I’d thought was going to be a negative thing but in fact with the squeeze that comes, the shaft is distorted a lot anyway. At the end, I could see the shaft had a sort of darker colour inside. Between sessions I slackened off the clamps to almost nothing but still kept them in place (using 2 clamps at base), I guess this is what others are doing? I also find that due to the less than perfect nature of the bolt threads, the wingnuts on mine don’t fly in and out, so I seem to find that it’s easier to just hold it in place manually since it’s such a short time.

Anyway my unit was a bit red/warm this morning before starting, I guess from yesterday’s routine, which I take as a good sign.

So I reckon it’s going well!

2 weeks Inflammation (girth focused clamping and horse squeezes whilst clamping during last set each workout)
Days:
1 - 3,4,5min clamp sets *then cock ring 4 hrs*
2 - rest
3 - 3.5,4.5,5.5min clamp sets *then cock ring 4 hrs*
4 - rest
5 - 4,5,6min clamp sets *then cock ring 4 hrs*
6 - rest
7 - 4.5,5.5,6.5min clamp sets *then cock ring 4 hrs*
8 - rest
9 - 5,6,7min clamp sets *then cock ring 4 hrs*
10 - rest
11 - 5.5,6.5,7.5min clamp sets *then cock ring 4 hrs*
12 - rest
13 - 6,7,8min clamp sets *then cock ring 4 hrs*
4 weeks Proliferation - Cock ring worn 6hrs a day tapering down to 4hrs
8 weeks Rest - Complete rest

Is this what you did? I realize the jump from 12min of clamping on the first day of inflammation phase up to 21min might be a larger increase of work than you did for length, but I recall you mentioning girth work can be done more frequently (every other day) and the workload should increase faster (more than the 1.5 workload mulitplier) than length work.

So I had a great day yesterday - TT is very effective! Have updated my log (waterman888 - Waterman888’s progress log).

Would appreciate any feedback from TT practitioners on:
- The cock ring ADS question (do we think ADS should always be in a gently stretched way longitudinally, as with CC, or is there value in keeping it expanded laterally).
- It feels as though I’m stressing the tissues enough, again any feedback on what you think is welcome. I’ve added some photos.
- Expansion - seem to be getting 0.5” girthier after a TT session, what have others found?

One other thing - I’m struggling to be patient between work days. Today is the second day as part of the 1 on / 2 off cycle within the I-phase and tomorrow will be doing the TT/pumping again. But felt like I could have done the TT/pumping today - I’m guessing you’ve tried previously to do a 1 on / 1 off before and it negatively impacts things?

The TT/pump/clamp routine from Tuesday was super effective - just need to make sure that every work day is like that, because if the I-phase is 3 weeks max, then every work day has to count as there are only a limited number of them!

Hey waterman, looks like things are coming along nicely with your TT and your IPR protocol…great to know and thanks for sharing!

Little update: started my next cycle this morning after an eleven week R-phase. Things are looking promising; reached full packing…and the 9.00” mark on my 2.25” cylinder…had never done either before…on the completion of my 3rd and final set. It gets better, I moved to my 2.375” cylinder…and did the same thing…fully packed and reached the 9.00” mark.

Basically using the Ninja protocol but I-phase on Saturday and Sunday, with CC use on Monday and Tuesday and then rest Wednesday through Friday; daily BB and Sumo stretches, multiple clamp clamping with erect stretches and bends, TT and TTr compressions and short duration/high vacuum (3-90 seconds/22-26” Hg) pumping to end each set. Two CCs for P-phase. Good times.
