As I edged a bit yesterday, I played around a bit. I wanted to get as much expansion as possible so I cut off outflow of blood by squeezing the base slightly with one hand and using the other hand for stroking. After like a few minutes, I had a ridiculous engorgement. It was never that thick before, even when jelqing erect or other same girth routines.
Perhaps this type of “exercise” could yield me some girth gains.

I think my EQ is decreasing.
I have been having 7-8 EQ recently.
I didn’t really realize until I measured just now. I was shocked to measure my previous BPEL stat.
Then it hit me. The base / my ligaments have been kind of sore lately and my erections aren’t steel hard anymore.

These are, in absolute terms, negative PIs.
But relatively speaking, this is expected bodily response to a length-only routine, as described by the (outdated) TGC theory. So therefore, this makes me slightly happy.
Perhaps I will now gain some bpfsl.
I will officially measure next month; anytime in the first week.
Perhaps I’ll do some edging/girth work a couple days prior so I can get a better EQ measurement. I’ll see… Furthermore, I will refrain from ejaculating for a couple of days prior as well, as this might also lower overall EQ and therefore length.
I’m excited, it has been a while since I have had less than 10 EQ xD

I figured I should increase volume for these 3-4 months that I still have before graduating; before I lose all my spare time.
Aiming for 4 sets AM (+2 sets) and 8 sets PM (+2 sets).
8 —> 12 sets = 120 —> 180 min.

Its kind of early to make statements about changes but I think… my base girth has increased after about 3 weeks of hanging (15 days of actual hanging)!
It looks visibly bigger. I’ll be delighted if this continues and the entire process actually evens out my shaft :)

Right now, I am using 2x 1 liter bottles, one filled entirely, other one just half (= 1.5l = 3.3 ~ 3.5 lbs)
Instead of the 0.25l increment, I might fill the second bottle up completely, leading to 2l = 4.4 lbs.
Im just doing this to see if I can shock my penis more into fatigue state and I think at these lower weights, a +1 lbs increase
is not that dangerous. I can always lower the weights by drinking it down to ~4 lbs or something (1.8l)

I think I need dimensionally smaller weights. I gotto look into this some time later… The bottles almost touch the floor.
At 3 bottles, I would have to stand, dont want that.

In PPM, this is: 520*2.5 + 580*3 + 540*3.5 + 120*4.4 = 38920 PPM
38920 / 1440 ~= 27 days

So thats about the same amount of work as someone extending 2lbs for 12 hours for 27 days.

Forgot to add to yesterday’s log:
1. 4.4lbs were nice. I think I will keep this trend of uppin weights not on mondays but rather fridays, right before the 2 day break, like a little mini shock just before recovery..

2. Seems like I did some calculations wrong, the last two need to be:

So what is your final say about the afb, do you prefer the other hanger? As far as I know the afb does not restrict blood flow in the cs so you should be able to hang for longer than 20 mn each set.

I’m curious to see how well your girth evens out (how high up the shaft) as I’m very interested in base girth.

Regarding the AFB hanger, it is very comfortable.
But my build is not stable, meaning that it can sometimes slip off. I didn’t use bolts but just a string/rope.. Because of this, I have to hover my hand near it as security measure just in case it slips off somehow. I’m sure the bolt version is much more stable.
It is very comfortable otherwise, doesn’t restricts blood flow and so on.

The other hanger (pipe-clamp mod with rope) is useful again since I am not hanging 20m but 15m. At 20m, it my glans was turning into weird colors + it was cold.
15m - no problem. I also wrap extra thick perhaps that also plays a part.

I think no matter what, I will not go up to 20m, Ill stay at 15m.
Even if its the most comfortable hanger… Tissue death occurs at around 17m (+- something-something), if you cut blood flow completely. Even though I am cutting no blood flow, I am still gonna play it safe, 15m is safe for me. I stay warm, I have no discolorisation and I feel fatigued (especially the 4.4 lbs now..).

I am also very excited about the base girth. I think its gonna take quite some time, like 3-4 months. Ill make sure to keep the journal updated.

Yesterday I tried out ballooning and I think I am replacing edging completely with ballooning since holy moly, it is much superior.
Furthermore, I also noticed some cool veins. Normally, my veins go vertically, but this one was going horizontally just right below my glans. Didn’t even know I had it. That one looks intimidating and awesome!

midway through, experienced some bad dark glans color and I switched back to the AFB hanger.

Just before the PM session: 15m light stretching

dark coloring was still happening, but not as heavy. Now adjusted my 15 minutes to 3x 5 minutes with 10 secs weight-release and glans-squeezing to fill it with some new oxygen inbetween. Seems to completely solve the problem.
I think, for the time being, this is the best and safest strategy.
Even if my hanging-technique was completely bad (which is not, far from it), I do not risk tissue death since I am below the approx. 17m and furthermore, I recirculate blood to penis periodically..
I just hope that I don’t have to keep coming up with ways to combat the returning dark-glans problem when I go up in weights.
Btw, I think I’ll go max 11-12 lbs (~5kg) think, not more. I’ll see later.

It feels uncomfortable, not painful, nowhere near it but just.. uncomfortable..
Like the discomfortable feeling one gets when he e.g. masturbates and cums like 3x in a row. Your penis just stops liking you and doesn’t want to have anything to do with you. Yesterday I had some slippage and that resulted in some bruising and extra soreness, therefore I skipped today’s AM session. The bruising & soreness was gone today, as I checked before PM session.
Furthermore I think that the combination of +1lbs & +4 new sets/day (sum 12 sets) is too much for the time being, I have to condition up to it - my strategy: every other day 12 sessions and see what soreness levels they lead to.. I’ll do that until I feel comfortable with 12 sets.

On another note: Today I hit my lowest body weight of 70 kg (was floating around 72kg meaning 71-73kg), so I guess I’m floating around 71 now. I’m curious about its effects on NBPEL. Weight-loss at my current level seems to directly translate into ++NBPEL so I’m excited.
I will not go below 70 though on average.. floating around 70 will be my absolute minimum. 69-71 kg. Then I am calling weight loss quits.

So, I tried the pipe clamp hanger again but this time, with a different technique:
- I thickened the wrap
- I used the least amount force to tighten it, I left it pretty loose but still tight enough that it would not slip off

I seem to have the discolorisation under control this way with the 5 min periodic 10s glans squeezing rests..
I also have to note that the 4.4 lbs start to feel very light, perhaps this new technique makes it so. Dunno, I feel more comfortable increasing now. Lets see if this was just a fluke.
