Did my night routine after an hour and a half of cardio (boxing + running). Measured my weight and was 173 lb ten plus pounds lost.

And workout 6-7 days as well.

A 7 x 5 and 10% body fat is my goal by this time next year.

I want to start a self Improvement thread on something other than fitness and PE, but I don’t know where to post it.

I have so many things I want to improve on, for the past years of my life I will just get depressed over them, but now I will tackle them.
Hopefully that would help others in similar situations who feel defeated and feel like nothing can help.

Wow thanks, sometimes I feel like no one is really reading, great to hear that it helped someone.

I have always hated myself and blamed everyone and everything around. But then I said to myself if I can grow my dick, what else in life can’t I change, be it fitness, PE, happiness, confidence, dating, money, whatever. I could change all that and more for the better.
Taking little steps till I reach my goals.

Working On Social Skills

Yes something so easy for everyone is very difficult for me. Social anxiety & akwardness has made life difficult, I thought if I leave it and grow up a little it’ll get better with time. I will be 20 next month, it’s only getting worse, rapidly. So I got to do something about it. #SelfImprovement

Being more social is now something I must do, going out at least once a week and meet new people.

Sometimes I feel like I got the Game of Life on hard mode, but it’s a challenge :)

It could be to help others, maybe other young guys like me. I never really had a father figure helping me with shit like this, but I will help others, be it on this site or in real life.

Stay Consistent guys, improve yourself long term and with small steps. To me the greatest qualities for Self Improvement is self acceptance and self love.

You’re doing great stick with it. There is a book called Intimate Connections, which is a primer in cognitive behavior therapy, but gives a nice step by step map towards improving social interactions ultimately leading to greater levels of intimacy. You can probably find a pdf of that one for free online as it’s an old book. There’s another book that was useful to my son that was on pickup I’ll look it up and message you with it, but it was more about managing your state. In any event just work on it daily step by step and over the course of time you’ll do well.
