I am 180lb right now, I am hoping to get down to 150, the last time I was at that weight, my fat pad was half of an inch, its now a full inch maybe more.

Measured today and was just under 6.25. hopefully I can get there soon. Increased my intensity. Added back stretches plus more manual girth work. Haven’t felt this sore in a while.
Couldn’t complete my 50 week plan. Don’t know how to be more consistent, it clearly doesn’t correlate with how bad you want it.

Today 200 slow jelqs,
Stretches 5min
Edging
Lots of ulis and squeezes.

4 days length training.
Warm up 5+ min
Stretching 1 min, 15- 20 sets
Sometimes add lite dry jelq/ edge/ or warm shower for warm down.

3 days girth training
Wash cloth warm up
Jelq 200-400
Ulis and squeezes.

So I changed my routine I think this is better.

Just under 6.25 BPEL right now and I think I will reach it soon just have grind towards it.

Also trying to reduce the amount of ejaculation a week.

Edging And Decided To Measure

Yeah I know it’s too early but I was getting a lot of boners after work out today. So I decided to edge a little and measure. During the measurements I hit

6.25 bpel a couple

And 4.81 Meg

But they were not consistent enough to be gains and I worked out today although I didn’t do girth work today.

I’ll just see it as a good PI and hope I’ll get there soon.

I was edging and unfortunately I came, but when I did I didn’t feel nothing. It was not a weak ejaculation either, with a huge load. But nothing felt no. Good sensation. Been having this for over month and it feels bad, being robbed of your orgasm.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

Rest From Injury

I got hurt and now I can’t feel orgasms anymore, it’s depressing but I’ll have to rest for now.

I think it’s been a great journey in PE and thunders and I am grateful for all my gains and for the people who helped me.

Just read Yguys progress for motivation.

I lost some gains lately, and I’m just demotivated.

I basically threw the year away, I don’t know how the vets do it but staying in the bathroom over half an hour gets old and boring and it’s difficult to keep up for a long time.
