I started PE last year with BPEL 4.5” and mseg 4.25”. After experimental PE I added .25”. I was hooked on PE. I did PE experimentally with little jelqing, stretching, and lots of squeezing. I gained another .25 BPEL and .25” girth. I somehow thought this was average. I was satisfied with my results and it also looked big to me then. I slowly stopped peing till December when I found out my dick was small. This new year I started PE again and regained .125” which I had lost and added another .5 inches. With no consistency at all I have gained 1 inch BPEL and .25 mseg. I just started a routine and hope to be consistent. I am currently on the third day of routine. Here is my routine:


Start July 2016 - 3.5 NBPEL x 4.25)

Now Dec 2018 - 5.63 NBPEL x 5)

Goal for Dec 2019 - 6.5 NBPEL x 5.6)

PE 6 days a week

Day1 stretch down
Stretch lower diagonals
30 sec each 3 sets each
20 jelqs,
Base squeeze,
Double end squeeze.

Day2 stretch left, right & out.
30 sec 3 sets
20 jelqs,
Base squeeze,
Double end squeeze.

Day3 stretch up & upper diagonals.
30 secs 3 sets
20 jelqs,
Base squeeze,
Double end squeeze.
Repeat for the next 3 days and take the last day off.

That’s awesome! I can’t wait to be 5.5. I’ve been at this for a little over 3 weeks and feel great. Your starting numbers are similar to mine. I was probably 4.75 BPEL when I started. I’m very interested to track and follow your success story in the future.

Possible Lig Pop

I completed day 4 of my routine. The ligs were sore at first while stretching, but they got better.

While stretching downward and towards the left.

I quickly lifted up my right leg to get a better stretch, and pop, not very loud, kind of like cracking your fingers. I immediately stopped and freaked out for a few seconds and remembered what it is so I calmed down. It was not painful at all. It was just kind of surprising.

Nice gains. Was your routine always this light?


7-20-16: BP: 7.63 NBP 6.75 x 5.75

3-22-17: BP: 8.44 NBP 7.56 x 5.75

No I would normally do longer and more intense routines but I never stuck with them. So I changed my routine cycling the stretches throughout the week. I haven’t gained with this routine but I have been getting positive PI’s.

Are the ligaments supposed to pop? I haven’t read anything about that yet. That might freak me out a bit.

No, not necessarily, but from what I have heard if it happens, it is kind of a good thing (it might lead to faster length gains). However you can’t and should not try to forcefully make them pop, it sort of happens on its own.

Day 5, No stretching yesterday.

I did no manual stretching for the 5th cycle because of my sore ligs. But I did 50 jelqs with kegels in between each rep

Stretching, Jelqing and some head and mid shaft squeezing. Could someone explain horse440 squeezes?

Just Measured After my Workout

It was 5.75” and 4.625”. I think it might just be a temporary increase because of my workout. But that has never happened before. I would take it as a positive PI and repeat whatever I did today. For two weeks. And see if there’s any progress.

I did basically the same stretching, but now there is 2 mins of double end squeeze. And 2 minutes squeezing at the end of the jelq while simultaneously pinching the head. I’ll call it head pinches.

so , my friend you gain doing pe for 6 days with 20 jelqs only ,where as others do 250-300 jelqs 2 days on and 1 off ?

thats intresting cause you gain really fast .

horse squeezes , you must be as hard as you can, make an ok grip in base tight ,then loose a little then pump blood as much as you can with kegel and then tight again the ok grip .

do an ok grip very small to the head and start to go down to the other ok grip and stop when you pass the head ,stay for 10 secs and let go the first grip and then the other .

thats what i do !
