Just a stupid thought what if you make a hanger out of a restance band or something so it’s like stretching, the pressure can be varied easy, attach it any where to create resistance and hit any angle even around your body.
No stress of holding and safer to reduce or remove the resistance. Also it allows you to ease into the stretch for more intense stretching.

I might actually build on this idea in the future, haha

No, if I did it would have been in error. Currently my expansion just about hits 5” after my afternoon jelq. It’s in my future, just not quite there yet.

Back when I was pumping a lot I had some 5.5”, but I really don’t count those days, mostly edema.

I’m fairly lean now. It will suck if I get shredded and it never gets less than .25.

My nbp went up a little but so did my bpel.

I’ll say 30 more pounds to get shredded.
