Oh I mentioned that last month.

Update on fitness:

I started strength training, with compound lifts doing the 5x5 program.

Trying to Run more consistently 20-30 miles a week, last month I did like 60 miles total but I could do better.

Eating about 2600-2800 calories to maintain weight at 153lbs.

And boxing 3-5 days a week

Been sick this month

Didn’t go to the gym, or do anything.

I think I have lost size, and lost the entire month. I admit I was super lazy at the start of this month and I’ll make it up.

Feeling more motivated after the break, also increased sensitivity and some of the injuries are gone.

Update: had an injury that put me out for a few weeks, made a thread about it, but I’m back and have been doing stretches 5-6 times a week about 20-30 times a day. Been slacking off going to the gym but I will work on that and be more consistent next week.

Started waking up early to run it helps my Pe routine.

I have been in a plateau this year because when I gain like maybe .15 in I would not cement it and end up losing it and it feels harder to gain again. I have been in this loop and have stalled throughout this year

Overdid my routine today Peed blood,

It was a 35 min Erect jelq but for I’m no longer conditioned to do that intensity.

So next time 5-10 min semi jell would be better. But it looked fat as hell after the session lol.

I feel like gains are near. I’m making progress in all areas of my life that insecurities and anxiety is fading away.

Maybe try to write down your goals and read it out load every day, it might help with keeping motivation always. Awsome weightloss Im skinny fat myself, great motivation.

Yep I do that and it helps. Thanks weighloss has been the toughest but slow and steady I’m making progress

12 more weeks For my weight loss I lose this remaining 12 lbs I’m done I will have surpassed my old goals, I didn’t think I would even get this far at the start of this year lol.

I wish I was consistent like you I would have even gained more but it doesnt matter.

I wont lose hope I’m grinding and will be there at my goal soon.

I have a question for you what do you attribute your length gains to which streching exercise? And what was the instensity of your streching exercises and what was your gripping force?
So did you keep streching until you felt a resistance or did you feel pressure that it was getting streched but there was pressure at the same time?

Sorry for all these questions but I’m desperate thats why regarding length.

Would be very grateful to you if you tell me.

To be honest I don’t know. I did all of them, a hard stretch or a light stretch for a longer time, in every direction. My advice is to switch things up. Some people like to stretch lightly and ease into the stretch while some are more intense with it. I hope I answered your question.
