Unit hangs thick, slightly longer and feels pretty well-worked. Rest day tomorrow. Really starting to feel it being bigger in the hand now, and with the narrower parts of the shaft getting thicker I’m starting to feel like my unit is too fat for its length; will probably increase stretching time as a short term strategy.

I was supposed to get an IR lamp delivered today but they’re 7 1/2 hours after latest delivery moment already. I guess I’ll have to re-direct the delivery to a pick up point after Monday (when they actually try to deliver but I’m not home). /endrant

Yesterday was a rest day, this is day 8 of the subliminal tracks (back to track 1). No magical inch appeared but I’ll give it another week. IR lamp got delivered today, a 100 watt Philips lamp. It’s a little clumsy to be honest.

I’m starting to look forward to posting my progress at the end of each ‘on’ day. I’m going to stop mentioning the warm up and shower off since that seems to be both obligatory and consistent. Same goes for 100-150 kegels. Week 2 of subliminals (track 2).

I’m now using constant heat with a 100W IR lamp.

9 minute stretch, now 20-25-35 seconds instead of 15-20-25 in 5 directions

80 wet jelqs around 50% EQ with pretty high intensity, the last 15 or 20 I went up to 70-80%

End with a 30 second squeeze (squeezing feels great but I know it’s risky)

I didn’t edge today, I want to go without releasing for a while to keep up EQ. Yesterday I used constant heat and I was pretty rough, but I think the heat helps recovery a lot. Also I can only use oil based lubricants now because water based lubricants would dry up too fast.

After reading Falco84’s last post I also looked into the “new jelq city” post and decided to give the very low EQ downward jelqs a go. After all people here tend to advocate mixing up your routine AND I wanted to do more length work anyway. So omitting heat work before, after, during:

9 minute stretch, 15-20-30 seconds in 5 directions and a few rotors

100 standing, downward Jelqs. My unit got surprisingly plump despite being almost completely flaccid. It gave me a good stretch at the upper ligs too, and unit hung very full until the firegoat rolls in the shower. After firegoat rolls it seems my unit always (almost completely) returns to its original dimensions. After all I’m squeezing out the collected blood.

2x 25 second squeeze.

Subliminal track #4, week 2. I never skipped this but no magic yet.

Yesterday was rest day, 8/10 morning wood (with happy dreams) and I did about 5 minutes of firegoat rolls under the IR lamp. I decided not to ejaculate until my morning wood goes back to 10/10. Since I’m doing a lot of length work I don’t expect great wood. Next week is rest week with just kegels, I haven’t decided what to do after this. I might repeat the newbie routine if I gained during this second half, too. I might continue the subliminal tracks just for kicks and science. Also more measurements next week!

I’ve been doing a whole lot of length work and EQ has definitely been suffering. Unit feels thoroughly worked. I’ve read that some others have had success keeping up EQ by edging, so I’ll probably try that tomorrow. I’m kind of at a loss to what I should do after next (rest) week. I want to gain length and it seems to be the consensus to start with length work but the poor EQ is kind of a turn-off. Well, at least it keeps the libido in check, a high sex drive is the last thing I need right now. Flaccid seems to increase in size slightly but I haven’t decided yet if I think that’s a good thing. Subliminal day 12.

All righty boys, this was week 6 day 7. That means I’m taking a week long break from tomorrow.

Today I had an extra low intensity, extra long workout.

Considering that I usually jelq 80 times or so and that takes 6-7 minutes, today was pretty long. Unit hung very dark afterwards and pretty large. Firegoat rolls in the shower and it was completely back to normal. No length no thickness increase. However it was very soft and fluffy.

This morning I did some edging with release but it felt kind of small in my hand, that might be due to all the length work. During my week off I’m hoping to get my EQ back and measure some growth, wish me luck!

I wasn’t supposed to do any PE this week but I’m bored off my ass so I did some piss pulls. And then after washing up I went to warm up under the IR lamp. And then did 8 minutes of stretching. And then 80 jelqs. and a squeeze. and took a shower. Oh, that means I did a whole routine today!

I’ve been disappointed by my recent erections, they either don’t come in 10/10 like a few weeks ago, I don’t have morning wood, and they feel small. Sad, disheartening days haha. I know it’s just because of the length work and because I’ve been jacking off more than I’ve been used to this week, but still. Had some morning wood this morning and that was fine, I’m using the subliminal blaster to increase dream activity which seems to bring the happy dreams a little easier which I suspect should also increase the morning wood. I’ll take a rest day tomorrow and do a few weeks of length work starting monday.

this is week 3 day 6 of the subliminal tracks, I forgot last wednesday but I’ve been pretty strict otherwise and I have NO RESULTS so far, so I’ll discontinue the program after tomorrow.

Other notes: I did about 4 seconds per jelq stroke, very low EQ. I hung with a larger flaccid than ever before but it was gone after about a minute in the shower even without firegoat rolls. Going to fowfer tonight.

W7D7 Last day of my rest week, subliminal track nr 7

I edged for about 20 minutes and measured length… 178 mm. That’s less than last measurement but last time I felt like I had never been that hard and today I felt like I was 8 or 8.5 out of 10 in hardness. It feels kinda soft and squeezable but pretty thick. I guess it’s still bigger than my starting size, so that’s nice.

I’m guessing that the idea is to do length work to stretch out the tunica and later “fill it up” with girth work, right? Intuitively I’m thinking about a 3 week routine; 2 weeks of length work followed by one week of girth work, then repeat for another 6 week track. So I’ll start tomorrow with those 2 weeks of length work. It also seems to be in line with the “keep your unit guessing” philosophy.

Any thoughts?

I don’t hot wrap anymore because it’s too messy and takes a while to get rid of the moisture and stretch properly, I now just warm up under the IR lamp until it’s soft when massaging it a little.

At least I didn’t need porn to edge today. Unit feels thoroughly worked, I might have overdone it a little… I had a glass of wine before so I’m naturally not 100% sure if that was the best course of action. We’ll see tomorrow, I might stick to some stretching if necessary.

Surprisingly I had pretty good morning wood today, despite length work on Saturday and yesterday. I know I’ve had beginner gains but it feels like the difference is too small right now to call it real, solid bro science. Hoping to see more soon!

Quick update from my rest day. I had some soreness in my unit today but it went away after about 7 minutes of warming up under the IR lamp followed by about 4 minutes of massaging and firegoat rolls. I’m getting decent (8.5-9 out of 10) morning wood and erections are easy. What I’m doing to try to improve this is ending my PE regimen with a squeeze and some high EQ jelqs as well as edging maybe twice per day, at least trying to get erect several times per day. This gives credence to the idea that edging helps PE since morning wood and easy erections are a positive PI. I’ll probably edge for a few minutes before going to sleep very soon. Other than that I did kegels off and on throughout the day.

I’ll work on a comprehensive list of all the things I’ve learned so far this weekend I think for, you know, myself and maybe new players to the game. Things like length before girth, constant heat, taking days off and getting the grips properly before going for high intensity jelqs. Any suggestions to this list are welcome!

I like the IR heat lamp on rest days too. Makes me feel more active, and keeps me from doing “real” PE on my rest days (which - as you know - would lead to overtraining and to bad PI pretty quickly)

Did my kegels all day, will edge later tonight. I’ve noticed that 10 minutes of edging is about right to get the EQ back up. Morning wood decent, still not 100%.

Thanks Lenny! The reason I wear sunglasses is that the IR lamp is pretty bright, I don’t want to get blinded over the 45 odd minutes I’m looking near it’s focal point.

I noticed my unit is getting more stretchy during stretching and jelqing. I know TGC theory is probably not true but it might be true that stretchiness and low EQ/length work go together. Which tells me I’m on the right track, going length now and girth in 2 weeks
