Since I overstretched my unit a little on Sunday and Monday, I took it easy today. Felt good; encouraging!

10 minute stretch

6 minute JAI stretch

50 low EQ jelqs

30 second squeeze

EQ has been a little low the past few days but I expect it to come back up with the JAI stretches. I was just overzealous, but this can be remedied. Still looking to take a few pics.

I ordered some ginkgo and tribulus (100 days each) and see if that helps, it will arrive tomorrow. I think something that increases my EQ during these length sessions might be helpful. I also think I should jelq before the JAIs so my PC muscle isn’t fatigued and I can manage my jelqing EQ better. Rest day tomorrow. If I wake up with morning wood again, that’s 4/4 days of morning wood after JAI stretches and I’ll consider it a valid data point. I’ll try to edge later tonight.

I’ve added Tribulus and Ginkgo to my maca and D-aspartic acid supplementation. I’ve also exercised a little more this week, cycling for about 50 minutes twice this week. I feel like the extended warmup really helped so I’ll try that some more. Unit hanging super soft and slightly pink/filled. I’m starting to think that edging properly is the key to gains, but I haven’t fully filled out the argumentation behind it yet. Whenever I edge 4-5 hours after my main PE session, any turtling and stiffness in my unit seems to be broken up by pressing past the initial level of erection, which only happens after backing off from the PoNR.

So after cycling for an hour I had a little get together last night and I got pretty damn high. Once at home, I decided to edge for a while, ended up having the hardest, angriest raging boner ever and measured 184 mm or 7.24”. I re-measured 5 times so I’m sure. Girth came in at 136 mm or 5.35”. Temporary expansion of course, but I think edging helps set in this size somewhat. Excellent PIs, and I think I’m extending my length work by another 2 weeks, then 1 week of girth, and then a few weeks off.

Did 100+ kegels during the day, will edge as almost every day at night. Man I’ve been having munchies the last few days. May be something in the tribulus or ginkgo… Or possibly delayed effects from Saturday. My flaccid seems to be a little larger lately, unfortunately. I wanted to be a massive grower haha. After pretty heavy session today my unit hung larger than usual, both longer and fuller. Not very soft though.

Thank you! It wasn’t my birthday though. I would indeed recommend edging. Kind of how talking a walk helps when you’ve got muscle ache, recovery is easier. I also think it helps prevent any turtling-like effects. Some people claim it also accelerates gains. Do you have a progress thread?

Thank you. I do believe steady is the way to go. It’s working for me, too. The easiest way is to just make it a habit, I do my sessions when I come home from uni, before dinner. Consistency, heat and edging are my pillars! I believe you should definitely work on a solid EQ. How the hell are you going to gain if your EQ fails, anyway, right?

Stretch felt really good today. I measure how good my stretch is by how far I can stretch it up… I started about a inch under my navel, now I’m reaching the brim of it. I guess that means my BPSFL is increasing. Considering that some people are tracking that, I’m taking it as a good sign. Still on tribulus, ginkgo and maca.

Glad to hear they’ve been useful. I’ve been trying to stay consistent and accurate in my descriptions for others and my future self to learn from my experiences. I will, in fact, keep up the work. Time will tell whether or not it proves “good” ;-)

10 minute stretch (2x1 minute in each direction now, longer warmup kind of removes the need for progressive stretches)
18 JAI stretches in each direction (6 minutes)
60 jelqs of which the first 20 low EQ
about 5 minute edge, then one 35 sec squeeze
4x30 second firegoat roll during the warm down shower

Unit hanging pretty full right now. Last night I got high with my buddies again… After they left I had a solid edging session with some tentative measurements where I repeatedly measured a shocking 188 mm. I even measured 190 once and 189 three times but couldn’t reproduce those at a satisfying %… I think adding the JAIs worked. I also realize that there’s temporary expansion involved, but I’m definitely breaking my records here. After all last week was the angriest, hardest boner ever… And it was 184. I’ll try to edge and measure tomorrow. I gotta dig around for some old dick pics for comparison so I don’t get called a liar over time lol. Tomorrow is rest day! Tribulus, ginkgo and maca will not be mentioned from now.

Which exercise do you think has worked the most for you so far?


Starting Stats - BPFSL: 13cm, BPEL: 13.5cm

Current Stats - BPFSL: 15.4cm, BPEL: 14.6cm

All stats are pre warmup. Starting Stats taken on 8/20, restarted with those same stats 2/21 due to lack of dedication.

Thank you for your comment. I’m not sure I can answer your question. I think what has helped me most for length gains are the progressive stretches combined with PC muscle fatigue. JAIs do this naturally, I stretched progressively before I found the JAIs. I think the low EQ jelqs helped my girth a little since I’ve got a bit of the baseball effect with my gains. But mostly I think your questions isn’t the best question, because I think constant heat (with extensive warmup) and edging helped me about just as much as the exercises themselves. To edge successfully you should keep your EQ strong which is why I don’t drop the jelqs even though I want length, and I end with a squeeze. I think edging is very important. It might be as important as exercises, heat and edging/EQ maintenance in equal measure.
Then again what do I know, I’m still a newbie ^^. Hope that helps!

W13D1, average routine. Released before session, had morning wood.

10 minute stretch, I notice an increase in stretch length almost every day

18 JAIs in each direction

80 low-mid EQ jelqs

6 x 30 second firegoat rolls

I tried to measure again today but I got impatient and released before I could get to 10/10 EQ. With these length workouts it’s just difficult to get a rock hard edge going. I can get to 8.5-9 or so, but then I need to approach PonR several times to get it deeper into the erection. Sometimes you step too close to the edge haha. I could still verify my 184 mm measurement twice, about 44 hours after my last session. This means: more official gains! Updating my sig and stats. Next week I’ll be doing some girth work so I’m expecting to hit 10/10 more easily and therefore have a little less trouble with measuring. Another session tomorrow.
