Hey Vash,
don’t take my word for gospel, these are just some things that feel good for me. I’ve tracked my morning wood and it has very consistently improved since I started JAIs, but correlations do not prove causation of course. The evidence about edging seems a little more widespread.

W13D3, rest day
I’ve still been watching some porn here and there, mostly when I want to measure. Not by far as much as I used to though, and I’d like to go to zero. On the other hand I think edging is so important that it’s worth watching porn if otherwise the length work would prevent edging. Yesterday night I was edging with my girlfriend on webcam, the first time she saw my unit since I started doing PE seriously. Ended up edging for about 45 minutes with a full on 10/10. Since I’m stealth, I couldn’t measure unfortunately. After some prodding she mentioned today that “it looked even bigger”. In addition to that I had several half erections during the day, something I last remember having when I was between 16 and 18. Excellent PI.

I’ve been considering naming my unit. I want to call it “Ziggy”, which I can upgrade to “the Ziggurat” when I’ve reached my goals. The Ziggurat after the Marduk Ziggurat, which is an ancient Babylonian temple dedicated to their chief god Marduk. Why you ask? Well, if you believe contemporary historians this is the tower of Babel.

Keep it simple, keep it safe. I’m swapping out the grips sometimes because my hands start to cramp after a while. The good PIs have been pouring in lately; morning wood, random erections, easy and strong erections. I’ve been off porn since last weekend and haven’t released since Tuesday. Good for EQ!

I’ve been waking up with wood almost every day now, and I get kind of aroused after my PE session. Good PIs. Tomorrow I’ll start a week of doing more girth-oriented PE to get my EQ up, possibly extending it until I have the desired EQ. Then I’m planning to take a break for a few weeks. I’ve also been thinking about doing some flaccid size exercises. I think it makes sense that the more of a grower you are, the higher your EQ needs to be for full effect. I overheat easily so my EQ is usually ~80% during sex. In my case that means I’m about a full inch shorter than my fully erect state, and that kind of sucks. My theory is therefore that if I can increase my flaccid size, my size at 80% will increase similarly. As a result I’ve been experimenting a little with fowfers.

Took me over an hour to do the whole thing, especially being kinda tired and increasing erection level every 10 jelqs or so. Also I released yesterday and did a lot of kegels earlier today. I may skip edging a few times this week because girth work increases EQ anyway. Got a nice and fluffy hang, I’ll probably fowfer tonight. Rest day tomorrow.

Ended up with a very fat, red flaccid. I’ve been able to edge very well without porn lately, reaching almost 100% EQ. I expect this trend to continue as long as I don’t rebound and watch and ruin my natural drive again. I measured yesterday at night, around 28 hours after ending my Monday session and measured 185 mm! That’s another mm more than my last official measurement. I was able to replicate it and since it was more than 24 hours after my last PE session, I’m calling it official. Ziggy is getting bigger.

By the way, I’m up 0.58 inches now. Once I hit 1 inch (length) over my starting size for a month without failure, I’m donating a month’s worth of server costs.

I released yesterday about ~20 minutes of edging so I took it easy today, it’s also my second on day and I don’t want to over do anything. Rest day tomorrow, I’ll edge tonight if I feel like it, edging and kegels only tomorrow. I’ll probably fowfer while sleeping, I think my small flaccid is impairing my EQ during edging somehow. Cheerio!

Since I use a body lotion for my jelqs and this doesn’t always stay very slippery, at around 80 jelqs I felt a tug at the side of my unit, more or less in the skin. It stung a little but it disappeared after a few seconds. I finished my session as normal and noticed a bruise in the shower. It’s about the size of the tip of my little finger. I was going to decon after my PE session tomorrow, but if the bruise stays I’ll just skip over tomorrow’s workout and start a 4 week break.

Yesterday I edged three times for 10-15 minutes each. The third time, just after midnight, I measured. 190mm (7.48’)… No, that can’t be right. So I continued and measured again a minute or so later. 190 mm. What?! I normally like to play it conservatively but out of the 4 data points I measured, 190 came up twice. So… I guess that’s my size now. The measurement was taken ~30 hours after my last session, so I have to count it. It might have ballooned, but it wasn’t a particularly long session and it just felt like a near-100% regular erection. I’m not comfortable updating my sig yet, though.

I’ve reached a size where I can comfortably put my hand around my shaft and move it up and down a little bit without stimulating the head or pulling the skin near the frenulum, which allows me to increase my erection rather slowly at the higher erection levels and reduce the risk of ejaculating while edging.

Ziggy will rise.

Measurement error, supplements and a question on breaks

Yesterday I released, the day before too, so EQ is noticeably diminished. I found the measurement error which caused the inconsistency in my measurements in the last 2 weeks. One of my rulers doesn’t start measuring at the edge, so I have to add the difference. However, it measures both in SI and imperial units. At the imperial side, the gap between the edge and the 0 line is 4 mm. At the SI side, it’s 6.5 mm. I’ve been adding 4 mm to my SI measurements, making my measured size 2.5 mm shorter on average. So instead of 188-185-190 it should have been 188-187.5-190. This is consistent enough to declare Ziggy to be 188 mm long now.

I’ve been thinking… I planned to take a break but I’ve been making great gains the last few weeks… Maybe I should keep going until I hit a plateau (or even my goal?). What do you guys think?

I’ve ordered some L-arginine and ginseng. My gains seem to have accelerated since I added JAIs, tribulus and ginkgo biloba. One of these (or the extended time by adding JAIs) is bound to be the culprit.

Finally it looks like the nighttime fowfers keep Ziggy fuller for more hours when I wake up, compared to when I started. Perhaps it eventually turns into permanent flaccid gains and quicker erection growth.

Woke up with massive morning wood. I’m taking it easy this week.

This week I’ll only PE today and on Friday, giving myself a few extra days to rest and any minor inconveniences on my unit to heal. I released a few hours ago but now after PE it feels a lot better. I’ve started to physically enjoy the sensation of stretches specifically. There’s a stretchy feeling in the core near the base, similar to stretching a sore muscle. Feels good. I need to increase my flaccid size I think, otherwise most of my gains are useless (since I get the last 10-15 mm from the last 5% in EQ, I can’t make that functional for sex), so I’m throwing in the nighttime fowfers which at least temporarily seem to work.

I’ve added Ginseng (asian) and L-arginine to my supplement regimen. It’s definitely heating me up which is a sign of improved vascular activity, but it’s also lowering my blood pressure so I shouldn’t get up so quickly. Not sold on the changes yet.

I’ve started a pictures thread with one rather blurry pic, but I’ll work on it. I guess I can track flaccid size for sure. I should see if I can find some old dick pics. Maybe the lady has some… Hope I she doesn’t smell something fishy and find out what I’m doing. I’m pretty sure she’s noticed my gains.

I should start dry jelqing and clamping soon, probably once I hit 192-195 mm consistently. I don’t want to get too long, I’ve been told that not being able to achieve full penetration during sex can be really frustrating in the long run.

W16D3, a rest day/rest week

So I was reading the post on average gains in both length and girth and everything, and when doing the math I realized that if I want to hit 8x6, I need to hit average +1 std deviation gains-for-gainers on both length and girth. That makes it seem so… achievable :-) .

I’ve increased my kegel routine a bit, I now do 50 5-second kegels per day, 10 10-second kegels and 10 20-second kegels.

Getting great morning wood. This morning I wanted to take pictures but failed (alarm clocks interrupted me), got frustrated and watched porn, then I got angry at myself for watching porn and now I have no pictures. I’m taking this way too seriously.
