I had morning wood when I woke up today, extremely good EQ. Pretty sure girth was slightly bigger than before. After about half an hour of lazing about in bed I did an AM session with three rounds of burst expansion and five rounds of pyramid rush. My hands aren’t too happy with the latter but those aren’t my focus, now are they? I restocked on recommended supplements (L-arginine and magnesium citrate) and next week I’ll start with the recommended angion method diet, too. The biggest issue is going to %+be getting enough sleep during the week.

So far however… I’m like three quarters optimistic about it. You know that voice that insists your gains are purely due to EQ improvement? It’s still there, but slowly quieting.

Here’s how I understand the AM right now. By rubbing the blood from your large veins (which are fed by passive pressure differences and one-way valves) and staying erect, you force the blood to cycle through your unit faster. This results in a higher shear stress on the blood vessel walls (measured by these little hairs) and that signals for the endothelial cells to proliferate and grow more blood vessels. I’ve been wondering if jelqing doesn’t do the same thing but by forcing arterial blood forward rather than venous blood back. This may be (part of) the mechanism by which jelqing works.

This is week 4 of AM. Last Monday I started to change my diet into the recommended AM diet. I finished my eggs, took no more than a bit of quark in terms of no-nos, and my salt intake was about 1 gram today. Zero refined sugar. No more green or black tea, no garlic or ginger. Ate a lettuce and half a kilo of spinach in the last 3 days… Nuts, beans, peas, lentils… Etc. Whole wheat pasta instead of regular.

My stomach isn’t liking it yet, and I’m having trouble figuring out how much I’m supposed to eat. Yesterday at the gym I was just drained and couldn’t finish my workout (I was almost done though). I’m assuming this will go away in a week or so when I get used to it. I’ve been doing probably 3 rounds of AM every day, EQ has improved greatly but I’m still not feeling this mystical feeling in my unit’s base, but I do have this carpal tunnel sting in my hand every time I wash my hands, now. I expect that to end, too.

Short version: EQ up, getting used to a bigger commitment to AM. Gains? Questionable.

So I’ve tried the angion method (Burst expansion and Pyramid rush) for 8 1/2 weeks. I’ve gotten some EQ improvements on average, though with heavy fluctuations. I feel like it has more to do with the edging than the exercises though. Very light rubbing seems to work best for me, pressing on the dorsal chord at all kind of ruins both exercises. The diet killed my gym gains and made it difficult to PE because my stomach was constantly bloated with the huge amounts of food necessary to get enough calories and proteins. Was it worth it?

I measured my substantial morning wood this morning and hit 190+ mm in length, but nothing spectacular. I’ve hit 193-195 a few times, and did not, this time. Max girth, which is mid shaft for me, was 135mm repeatedly. It’s often 133 or 134, but I’ve measured 135 before.

I’m taking a month off now and I might just grow a little here and there during this month. Or I might not. I might try Janus’ other exercises since I’d really like more girth rather than more length, but it probably wouldn’t be another investment such as this time (almost 9 weeks after a 2 month decon followed by 1 month of decon).

My last feeling of success was with a combination of jelqs and clamping. I still hit the size I reached back then (winter of 2016-2017) every now and then with different methods, but I think this is just making up for minor losses by extremely good EQ which comes from successful edging practices which I ALWAYS incorporate in my PE methodologies. I was also working on something of a flexible extender back then. I think after I give Janus’ girth methods a try for 4-6 weeks (more if I see any results), I’ll go back to the jelqing/clamping and see if I can get “the caterpillar” developed. That probably sounds like I have little faith in the exercises, but nobody can tell me I don’t give different people and methods their fair shot.

Yesterday I came back from my vacations. I’ve been eating, drinking, having sex. It’s been pretty much another month of decon, so I should start fresh somewhere. I’ll figure it out some time this week, I’m thinking girth exercises. I could try some more of Janus’ stuff, or try a pumping routine. In case of the latter I probably need to build a pump since mine’s tube is far too wide, and that would cost time, money, and I’m not really that handy. So this is week 122 now. Quick gym update: I’m 84.2 kg now with 11% fat. Apparently my vacation has been conductive to muscle growth!
I’ve been doing some random edging and squeezing, I tried to pump but didn’t really get anywhere. Tried to measure but can’t really get to that 100.1% erection I like to use for measurements. I feel like I lose some maximum size after about 15 minutes of really riding the edge when edging, so I think that’s when I want to stop. I haven’t really decided what to start with next week, maybe I’ll just go for 2 weeks of newbie routine to bump up the EQ. I also need to get disciplined about the kegels. I’ve got work to do, the Ziggurat isn’t completed yet. Good gains everyone!

So yesterday due to circumstances I ended up watching porn for about 40 minutes while edging. Since I have been successfully dodging porn since December 2016 (with the odd relapse while really drunk or around the death of a relative) I’m pretty sensitive to that. Ended up edging for an hour. Got harder than I have been in a long time and decided to measure…

Length: hard to say. I wasn’t in my standardized position, but tried to stand up and measure parallel to the ground. I’m going with 190 mm (7 1/2”), though I did see more depending on angles in multiple directions, and I think I’m hitting 192 in this state. Then again, I can’t get this hard while having sex so it’s kind of fake length anyway.

Girth: 136 or 137 mm (5 3/8”). Somewhere at the start of my PE career I gained up to 137, but lost that soon after and never recovered it. So now I’ve gained 2 or 3 mm, but this may be EQ.

The real question is: how do I make this EQ functional? (Functional penis being your average fucking size). I’m thinking kegels, jelqs, squeezes (but, very few). And of course loads of edging. I need to consolidate this size by being there as often as possible.

The angion method with the month off may have been responsible for matching my largest size so far. Or it may be data scatter.

I’ve been hitting the gym (or more accurately, the gym has been hitting me) twice a week rather than 3 times, since last round I failed to gain. Still ramping to my pre-vacation level, and it’s TOUGH.

On PE related matters, I’m not very consistent right now, doing 1 or 2 sessions per week, kegeling maybe 3 times per week, edging… Similarly unpredictably. On the one hand I think I need to step up my game, on the other hand consistency hasn’t netted me anything for a long time, and maybe I just need to hit my dick harder and give it more time to recover. Just like what I’m trying in the gym. I’m still mostly vegan (if I’m vegan 4 days a week, vegetarian twice and omnivorous once, I’m still mostly vegan!) and feel fine, I’m getting a little better at balancing such a difficult diet.

When I PE I generally jelq for 80 or 100 reps after 10-15 minute warmup under the IR lamp. Then I edge with intense base squeezes with kegels and squeezing my head also for the counter pressure (this dots my unit) or, like today, I clamp. Today I clamped for 8, then 6 and 6 minutes with firegoat rolls and IR lamp in between. My girth was 141mm, 143, and 144 in the clamp. My girth seems to be on the high side lately, around 135 mm both in the evening when edging or as MW. This might be an indication that my harder-less-frequent approach is working.

Last time I mentioned porn as maybe not as evil as we’ve been thinking. I was wrong. After using porn only 3 or 4 times just to get to maximum hardness to measure (which, admittedly, totally works) I just can’t get that head pop without it anymore, and I’m recovering from that again. Well, at least I got several good snaps for the lady.

W127 D7, damn it’s been over 2 weeks already?

So I’ve been doing PE… Irregularly. Between the gym and being busy at work it’s been difficult to find the time and energy on a daily basis. On the other hand that seems fine since a dedicated regimen hasn’t worked for me in a long time, so maybe more surprise and more rest for my dick will yield something. I’ve been doing sets of 15 minute warm up under the IR lamp (I really feel the extra time works wonders for the during-set expansion) 80-120 jelqs and then 2 or 3 sets in the clamp. During the 3rd set my MEG usually hits the max 144 mm. Morning wood has been a bit bad, probably due to solid caffeine intake during the day. Libido is low to medium.

Today I whipped out the ‘ole vac hanger and hung 4 kg for just over 30 minutes in different configurations. BPFSL around 210mm Then I pumped with my oversized pump, going for 40 second ish sets of 12” HG with the same as rest (in the tube). 7 rounds. length in tube creeping up to just under 200 mm. Good signs considering my all time longest was 195 consistently. (198 as a one-timer iirc). Pumping with just my shaft lubed with vaseline was a new adjustment, but I think it’s great. Lotion just gets all over the place, especially my scrotum, so my balls get sucked in. Not this time! Next time I’ll add some extra padding on the pubic bone and see how deep this pump gets. I’m guessing around 15”until I can’t pump any harder anymore? My unit seems totally fine with it, no pain no spots.

Occasional measurements show minor girth growth with ~90% EQ. Length…? Can’t really get to that 100% to measure right now. Need to work on that.

Doing PE less and less it seems… My libido is pretty bad. EQ is shit. I spent all day looking for a decent pump, but it seems the internet is just full of garbage. Thanks, but I already have a garbage pump (and at least it was 10 bucks, not the 50-80 you’re charging lol). It’s odd… I don’t seem to reach my BPEL in a pump under like 10” Hg. I wonder how people get anything done with 5” Hg.

I was also looking for an explanation about one thing. One you pack your cylinder, I understand how the forces are going to affect your unit differently from before. However before you pack it… If you’re not pressed against any wall of your cylinder, how could it matter what the size of the cylinder is? The pressure surrounding your penis is the same, the outward force is going to be the same. Therefore I don’t understand that if anyone is pumping for girth, how could “too large” cylinder affect their results?

I tried to buy an LA pump but couldn’t fill in the full shipping form since some of the mandatory fields were greyed out.

Anyway. Yesterday I was experimenting with some edging with multiple silicone cock rings. Interestingly after releasing I actually got harder than while with an erection. The cock rings act as a soft clamp, still increasing the girth quite nicely.

I re-installed the subliminal blaster again to no effect so far. I need to get my EQ back. Back to the newbie routine? Sigh…

Quick update:

I managed to get the pump ordered (damn, those shipping costs! Still, better get some quality). I was digging around and found some philosophizing about a method of going real light, but almost keeping up the light pressure all day. It seems to fit in how I think dick-growth works, so today I did 5 sessions, of which the first three were one round of stretches (25 seconds each up down left right out and “around the world”) followed by 20 medium jelqs. The last 2 sessions were 15 minutes of high quality edging (where the head pops) or ballooning, whichever name takes your fancy. I’ve always ridden the edge and a congruent definition seems to be out. I spaced each session 2 hours after the last. I did release for the last set… oh well!

I think I lost some EQ because I went for manual stretches, which I haven’t done since before I started going to the gym. Then, stretching for the same pressure by feel, I might very well be pulling a LOAD harder!

Amazing morning wood the past 4 days (yesterday and this morning it kept me from going back to sleep for at least half an hour). Jelqs. The power of jelqs and kegels!

So I went back to the newbie routine, stretching manually for 2 rounds (up down left right out and around the world, 20-35 seconds each) and then medium/heavy jelqs with medium EQ, only 60 or 80, depending. Lots of IR heat. Sometimes I throw in a squeeze under the IR lamp and edge a little. I had to force myself a bit because I wasn’t in the mood, but my ‘perfect EQ’ is back! That’d keep any lady happy. And if not then… Well she’s too obsessed about dick I guess, and that’s coming from someone with a few years of PE under his belt!

Gym took a back seat this week since I did a lot of overtime at work (results very satisfying), and I’m mixing it up. I think 4 times per week from now on, but shorter (45-60 minute) sessions.

I’m anxiously awaiting the arrival of my (fitted pump). It left the international sorting center after arriving in my country this morning… might I get it tomorrow??? That would be amazing. I’m looking forward to a jelqing/pumping routine and packing that first cylinder. There are 2” (9” long) cylinders for sale in my country with a seal I think fits with the pump, so I’m hoping to overshoot my current goal by pumping.

My pump arrived!! I specifically ordered a pump with a gauge, but the paper plate is all warped and now the gauge is useless. It kind of bums me out after 2 weeks of waiting… I may have to wait a month now to get it replaced. Other than that the quality seems great, the pump is very sturdy and the cylinder and locking mechanism look perfect for the job. I’ll still try it out of course, but I definitely want a replacement despite the shipping costs. I’m not so hot on submitting my unit to uncontrolled pressures from a gauge that doesn’t even settle at zero. It also can’t go beyond 500 mmHg, but then again I may not want to go there for a while or ever.

I probably should try for a while at low pressures… If it looks linear and I’ll never go beyond 500mmHg (20”)… Maybe the month wait isn’t worth it.

Two weeks ago my EQ was shit. My libido was bad. I took a big step back and went for the newbie routine. Now my nighttime and morning erections are waking me up, and keeping me awake. They’re so hard that circular rings appear around the shaft, giving it quite a gnarly appearance. In fact if this gets any worse I’ll need to do something about it or I’ll suffer from lack of sleep… I’ve also been going to the gym steadily (though I slacked again today, will go tomorrow).

Last Thursday I received my pump, and as recommended in the pumping 101 thread in the cream section:

It’s a 1.75” cylinder so packing it means hitting 140 mm girth. I’m packing it at the base but not the head. This seems odd to me because my MEG is larger than my base girth (132 mm base to 137 on a good day just under the glans). I measured the pumped length to be 190mm in the cylinder today. I’ll try some permutations with stretches before pumping, jelqing before or after, splitting up the sets etc. After the coming week I’ll increase my pump time and hopefully see the tip of my unit creep up that cylinder day by day. I really like the cylinder style, with the wide flange at the base… I feel like the openness allows for more base expansion (my cheap Chinese pump has a rubber membrane, kind of, with a hole in there to seal, but that means the base is subject to some compressive forces), and the flange makes for a super good seal. It’s airtight when the pump is disconnected so I can just do that and that’s less cumbersome.

I sent a complaint LA pump with a picture of my warped dial plate, and they refunded the pump! Since it’s not unusable I’ll just keep going with it and re-invest the refund into a 2” cylinder once I fully pack my current one. Then it’s just a matter of consistency!

Finally, I’ve been using subliminal messages daily.

I haven’t decided when I’ll measure next.
