I’ve been pumping and jelqing, mostly in that order. Getting amazing and obnoxious morning and night wood. It wakes me up around 5 a.m., then pops up again when I get up. Though far from ideal for work purposes, I’ve decided that PE takes priority. It may also be because I haven’t ejaculated for 14 days. I’ve been reading a lot in the pumping forums and gprent comes up as a frequent name. I found 2 of his routines; the first is from 2008 and consists of three sets of 12-15 minutes @ 3” Hg. Very low pressure, but he enters the tube fully erect. I like that idea, because pumping from a chub or flaccid I need to go over 7” to reach my BPEL. Going in erect and then applying a low pressure is clearly a different approach. The second routine is from 2015; it’s a single set of 5”,6”,7”,8” pressure with a total of 35 minutes. To get conditioned to this I could start with a total of 15 minutes; 3”,4”,5” each 5 minutes.

Today I went for the older routine by having three sets where I enter the tube fully erect (edging/ballooning EQ) and putting on around 4”.

I don’t think my packing profile has changed since I started pumping. Then again, this was only just over a week ago. I pack the very base of the tube, then there’s a part where I don’t pack the CS side of my cylinder, then I pack it except for a small part of the dorsal column, and finally there’s the head, which pushes against the upper side of the cylinder but leaves quite some space on the frenulum side.

EQ PIs seem good! Now the gains need to follow. After waking up in the morning I check the girth, and it seems to have increased. This may be temporary expansion, but the skin feels very lean.

I’m keeping a 5 on 2 off routine, pumping and jelqing. I’ve been pumping for 2 sets of 7 minutes each, around 6” Hg. Today I went to 1x15 on 5”, because I’m still getting a little spotting. I try to get to 100% EQ before getting into the tube so I start at least at full size and add the pressure difference on top of that. Today I noticed that the tube was getting tighter… My unit seems shorter because the base is thicker… And edging directly after the tube (before jelqing) it was definitely both lean (I could clearly see and feel the ‘ribs’ on my unit) and thicker than before. It also makes sense to be lean because I hand-measure (using an OK grip and noting the spot my middle finger ends on my thumb) at the circumference where I already pack the tube, so there should be no space for lymph buildup there.

When I start measuring gains I’ll order a 2” tube and start staging.

I’m also still using subliminal messages whenever I remember to turn it on. I think my morning wood is due to these messages.

Ok so I ordered a 2” cylinder because my unit it starting to complain getting squeezed into the tube for the 2nd or 3rd sets.. Girth! I hope. I think.

I got quite some spotting lately (doing 2 sets of 7 or 8 minutes at around 5” and then 60 jelqs) so I skipped the jelqs today and instead did 3 rounds of ~16” Hg for 15 seconds each. Less spotting! I think I’ve been starting my jelqs too erect because of all the edging. It’s neat to see my tip pulled just past that 8” mark in the tube. Despite the spotting my post-PE nights and mornings are filled with huge erections waking me up. I’ll finish this week in the 1.75” tube, I expect to outgrow it in my later sets next week… After that I’ll try to start in the 1.75”, then do my second set in the bigger one. I’ll alternate to hit both length and girth. I’m used to my current ratio so my pumped up unit looks shorter rather than girthier.

Still doing subliminals, going to the gym 3 or 4 times per week, low in caffeine, and I started writing down my size goal 15 times per day. Just to stay focused. Now I just need to make sure I hide all my stuff for my father’s visit this Saturday…

I started a fast today (last meal around 22:30 at night yesterday) in order to try something new. HGH is responsible for growth in the human body at all sorts of levels. Is the penis one of them? I’d bet on yes. HGH is massively increased when fasting, so I’m fasting for a few days to see its effects. I’m already in the state of burning fat instead of carbs (I’m quite sure because I’m feeling hot, focused, and ever so slightly light headed), called ketosis. This is supposed to be a counter-intuitively anabolic state. I sprained my lower back this morning at the gym, probably because I went straight out of bed after a long night’s sleep and I’m used to going in the late afternoon.

Today I’m resting PE wise, tomorrow I’ll go for 3 sessions of 10 minutes at around 4” Hg in the pump (enter fully erect) and 2 bursts of around 16” Hg for 15-20 seconds. Last time I did that I got zero spotting, probably due to the progressive heating and stretching in the 3x10 minutes. HGH is supposed to be highest between the 2nd and 5th day of fasting… Tomorrow is the second. I’ll see what I do come Monday.

Still doing subliminals and writing down the goal 15 times per day.

I went to the gym again today and followed a light routine. Before that, I did my pumping, which right now looks like this:
- warmup, around 15 minutes IR
- get into the pump fully erect, 10 minutes on 4” Hg
- 4 minute edge, enter pump fully erect, 11 minutes on 4” Hg, end with 15 seconds on around 16”, repeat once
- 60 jelqs
- 3x 30-second firegoat rolls at 30 second intervals (it’s my warmdown)

I edge significantly, and I released… Oh well! I got minor spotting from this (somewhat lengthy) routine. I had some broth last night before sleeping to kill the hunger cramps, so if you really want to pick nits then I’m not fasting. But I am. My back is a lot better, and today I’ve felt almost no hunger all day. Worry not; the hunger will return when it’s needed. Also I think I’ll start eating again either Monday night or Tuesday. Meanwhile I’ll continue to feel good (though hot!) and drinking tea.

So the idea is that I’m ramping up my HGH and protein synthesis by fasting, and then hitting my unit with PE —> gains.
Worst possible case scenario is I lose a couple of kg of muscle, but that shouldn’t happen as long as I go to the gym; also it’s not the end of the world.

Thank you for the interest! I don’t actually expect too much of a difference, and either way I wouldn’t be able to tell because I also started pumping recently. Still it’s an interesting experiment, and I’ve been telling myself it’ll work. 1 mm per day is a high growth rate right? 20 times the HGH gives me a 20 mm increase per day in both length and girth then, of course!

Today I didn’t feel quite as well as yesterday, but fluctuations are to be expected. Tomorrow I’ll have to go to work again, and I’ll pack some emergency food, but I’m going to try to stay fasted until dinner. It will be the final test! I definitely want to do PE, and also prepare a feast (or have a pizza delivered), AND I usually go to the gym… But… My back isn’t completely healed yet… Maybe I’ll skip gym. PE will consist of a 3rd round in the 2” diameter cylinder, since I’ve been packing the 1.75” one in my 2nd and 3rd sessions for a few days. Tuesday will then be a rest day.
Today my PE session was the same as yesterday except 3x 11 minutes @ 4” Hg and 40 jelqs instead of 60. No mentionable spotting.
It’s very interesting to see that I’m reaching the length mark for which I used 7” Hg when I started to pump only 4 weeks ago. Of course I now have 3 times the duration, but still. Still doing subliminals and writing down the goal daily.
I haven’t been getting morning wood, and my unit turtled slightly today after my 45 minute walk. Other than that, all systems seem nominal.

Last day of fasting mini series

I had a long and boring meeting (with several ppts with the lights off) and the low energy got the best of me around 11 am. Still, that means 3 full days and over 12 hours without food. I didn’t eat much until I got home.

Did 3 rounds of pumping, 11 minutes each, the first 2 in the 1.75” tube and then the 2” tube, all at 4”Hg. Ended with a 15 second high pressure piece at the end of the 2nd and 3rd round. Full EQ into the tube. Then some edging and finally 40 jelqs and 3 rounds of firegoat rolls. Light spotting.

Interestingly I hit 19 cm in the tube on my first round, today. Very nice! The pressure in the larger tube feels very nice but I’m sure there’s fluid buildup because of it. It certainly feels like I’m progressively getting more out of my pumping routines, and today was the largest jump. Was it the fasting? I don’t know. Probably didn’t hurt. I’ll bet my HGH will be high for another day or so, so I’m counting on solid effects for the night. I’m going to eat like a madman, and take 2 days of rest during which I’ll gym.

I didn’t get measured right before my fasting, the last time was just over 3 weeks ago. That was week 3 of a new schedule, this is week 6. Just to put things in perspective.

-1.5 kg of body weight (85 kg now)

-3% fat (now 11%)

+1.2 kg of muscle

I’m starting to look solid, and I’m keeping this tool (fasting) in my toolbox. Happy hunting everyone.

Hey, I am a new PEer and doing the Newbie Routine. But there is one doubt about Kegels.

After I press the BC muscle(I know I press the right position, because when I press it, the pee stop), but after few hours, when I pee again, the pee color is dark with red color.

Is that blood? What happen?? Is this normal?

When you say “press” the muscle, you do mean you’re using your hands or something? You’re supposed to just use the muscle itself.
Dark urine (murky, brown, red etc) usually means blood. Stop immediately and talk to a doctor. Don’t risk your health.
Kegels shouldn’t cause this, since it’s a completely normal activity of a muscle, but you never know. Just to be clear; you’re not supposed to kegel while peeing the whole time.
Stop, see a doctor, don’t risk your dick.

I haven’t changed much for a month, I’m pumping off and on, kind of randomly but 3-4 times per week on average, just to see if I can detect a pattern in my morning wood, EQ, spotting and such.

Usually a session consists of 3 rounds of 10 minutes of pumping at 4.5-5” Hg followed by 40 or 60 jelqs. Of course there’s plenty of warmup and warm down, too. Today I did 4 sets, 2 in my 1.75” diameter cylinder and the last 2 in the 2” cylinder. I’m starting to see decent expansion in the larger cylinder, too.

I’ve been slowly decreasing the pressure and increasing the time under pressure, been using porn where appropriate since I’ve been on a keto diet for a while with very low libido. My physiology has been kind of wonky since I’ve been experimenting with diets, fasting, hitting it hard in the gym, etc. For example I all but eliminated my dandruff by rinsing my hair with cold water instead of washing it. Interesting stuff.

Trends I’ve noticed: pumping for more than 2 consecutive days hurts EQ. So I don’t. Edging has a natural useful limit after which your maximum size doesn’t occur anymore. I stop when this happens (characterized by rock hard CCs but deflated glans and CS). I measure edging in times I get that ballooning effect before release (I call each time one “puff”). Pumping effectiveness varies wildly from day to day, so just keep up the EQ and pump based on time and pressure, not size in cylinder.

Important: Lately my pumping sessions result in larger size in the first set than before when it took several sets to ramp/creep up the side. I expect this trend to continue and result in exceeding previous maxima, followed by growth.
