Let’s keep it accessible for everyone by communicating in English.
The question was: do I do the newbie routine every day? Cockaloca’s gains have been minimal despite buying several gadgets.

My answer: no. I’ve had several schedules. I started with the 2 on 1 off schedule as recommended in the newbie routine. I’ve also done 1 on 1 off and 1 on 2 off. Right now my schedule is 2 off 2 on 1 off 2 on Monday —> Sunday. Mind you I have not really gained after the first 3 months or so, so I am not a success story in terms of size gains. I have made further improvements in terms of EQ, sexual performance and mental health/attitude, but not size.
I think the best frequency for length is somewhere around 2 on 1 off, for girth in the area of 1 on 1 off and more frequent decon breaks.

Gadgets I’ve worked with are several types of wrapping, a captain’s wench, some silicone cockrings, and a cable clamp for clamping. No gains using any of them. Maybe I gained a mm or 2 maximum while using the wench in conjunction with manuals. But very minimal.

I hope this answers your question. Tomorrow I start 2 ‘on’ days again, trying the absolute minimalist approach!

Completed my sessions Wed,Thu,Sat. Kegeling and edging every day. I’m shuffling some A-stretches with the regular stretches, I may have had a tiny lig pop today, but need to work on A stretch technique.

PIs are through the roof, I’m waking up with night wood so hard even the head is fully engorged, my erections are palpably thicker and I’m bigger in the earlier stages of the erection. Previously I’d gain a lot of size between 90-100%, now only the head engorges. Flaccid is also pretty large. All performance indicators tell me I’ll gain soon, all I need to do is pace myself. Not getting ahead of myself.

You’re definitely on the right track Crusher. Just keep doing what you’re doing, stay patient and consistent, and the gains will come.

Week 78 report

On days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday

Routine: 2rounds of 30 sec stretches or 3 rounds of 20 sec and 60 jelqs. Kegels all days (including off days)

Today I bought an actual tailor’s tape (not the paper ones) and some cooking equipment which I want to modify to PE equipment. I’m going to carve 3 profiles into a rolling pin and see if I can turn it into a PE tool. I’m getting morning or even night wood almost every day. I edge most days, never more than 10-15 minutes. Stretches feel deep, but my head is still sensitive. Jelqs give me no red spots most days, less than 5 tiny tiny red spots some days. I’ll still dial down the intensity. I want to gain, not harden. I’ll keep stressing Ziggy less and less until my PIs are so good that I don’t even care about gains anymore, or until I actually gain.

Then again I’m an emotional man so this temperament will probably change from time to time.

I’ve internalized the conclusion that my unit is big enough to satisfy my current (and hopefully last) partner in any way easily. Any further gains are for me and me alone. I still want a little bit more. I want her to struggle a little, to feel proud when she cums after conquering my big fat dick. But the most important thing is keeping it healthy, to keep my erections frequent and rock hard. I’d just like them to wake me up a little less frequently, lol.

Making your dick bigger will take a long time and may not improve your opinion of it. Changing your opinion of your dick will make its size irrelevant, and may be achieved much faster.

Week 79 report

On days: Tuesday Thursday Saturday Sunday. Kegels every day.

New routine: 2 days jelqs only (100-120 after warm up), 2 days 2 rounds of stretches and 6x 1 minute A stretch with extra edging.

I’ve reduced my stretching intensity again, EQ a tad better.

I realized my size goals are secondary to my desires for performance so I have to fit that in somehow. I’ll probably focus more on my overall health and athleticism and less on my dick. I want girth more than I want length, but length needs to go first, BUT it reduces EQ. Such conundrums. I may continue to try to get as much length as possible for a few months then just go all in for only girth for a year.

Morning wood is pretty good.

I slipped up and used porn in a desperation moment, wanting to edge. Won’t happen again.

Just finished my second day of PE this week, on Tue Thu Sat Sun

After last week’s successful ‘stretching only’ pilot I did some DLD stretches (720 deg) and A stretches on Tuesday and took a hit in EQ. Gym on Wednesday, morning wood back on Thursday, albeit moderately. Home exercises today (core, 20 minutes, then stretching. (MUSCLES!) ), 80 jelqs and nothing else.

Writing down my longer term goals really helped clarify my priorities. I haven’t been gaining and there seems to be the possibility that I’ll never gain again no matter the positive PIs. I can live with that, IF I don’t gain for another 3 years or so. Not giving up or anything.

So yeah, exercising going well, PE on the side, kegels, lots of morning wood, professional life going well, moving to a big apartment in December… Will the gains continue this trend of goodness?

Morning wood has been slightly disappointing. I’m not sure of what this is a result, could the extra stretching have a delayed effect on my EQ? I certainly have a hard time edging without releasing. As in it’s almost as if the ejaculation point comes before the point of 100% erection, making it very difficult to edge (I had this way back when I still gained something, so who knows?).

As a response I went easy on the stretches today, only one set of JAI stretches (5 directions, 3 seconds on 2 off, 5 reps) and 80 jelqs, then 10 minute edging under the IR lamp with 2 20-second squeezes when I did reach 100% EQ. Feels good, hangs well, hoping for better MW/NW. Good luck everyone!

Getting MW 5/7 days per week is my shortest term goal. I’m hitting 3-4 right now, so I’m toning down the PE while keeping the kegels and the edging. Today I did only one round of stretching and 40 jelqs. My unit still gets red but no more blotching. I can’t know if it will gain me anything unless I try! Also I gotta work out more, currently I’m only exercising enough to keep the pain away. I started meditating again, which is making me a lot calmer. I’ll be cutting down on caffeine also.

80 jelqs yesterday, 2 rounds of very mild stretches and 60 jelqs today. Gym yesterday.

I’m trying to keep the overall intensity in the light to medium regime while not doing the same every day. Winter depression is kind of beating up my EQ, along with the vegetarian diet I’ve been following since September. Soy is risky stuff for males, I wouldn’t recommend it for your health. (Business idea: breed Soy plants which lack the phytoestrogens, solve world hunger and profit by selling out to Monsanto)

No gains, morning wood, which is classically significantly smaller than daytime erections, continues to be around the same size, possibly slightly smaller. Rest of life is going great.

I haven’t posted because I moved. It went horrible, got delayed several times, then I had no internet etc. This also caused a 3 week PE break for thinkin’ and decon, I suppose. Thinkin’ breaks are good.

This is day 9 of being at it again, this time using Captain’s Wench aided stretches. After warmup I stretch (hold, don’t pull) my unit for 6-8 minutes, unwrap, edge, another CW stretch, repeat once more. Sometimes I twist my unit 360 degrees, that also feels pretty good. I like this type of stretch, it’s fatiguing without killing my EQ, I’ll stick to 3x7 minute sets for a month and see if anything happens.

After the stretches I edge and squeeze 2 or 3 times for 20-30 seconds during a 10-15 minute edge. I’ve noticed that I more easily squeeze into my enlarged girth, the maximum size appears to have increased a fraction over the past week and a bit, but only while squeezing. Let’s keep this up and let it trickle down into a larger natural erection.

Also I think I’ve officially kicked porn after over a year. I had a short relapse of a few days in August or so, but hey my mom died gimme a break right. I still notice the poison seeping into my fantasies while edging though, but the desire is completely gone. Porn feels so… childish to me, now. Odd.

Off to new gains in a new home!

All right boys, Week 89 Day 6

I’ve been doing 3 rounds of 7 minute captain’s wench assisted stretches. I finally figured out the best way: you’ve got to just wrap enough to hold the foreskin on the shaft, then reinforce the head and just behind it, and attach the wench basically on top of the corona. Then clamp super tight at the proximal side of the 2 inch width of the CW. If you put the device more proximal than this, you’re putting the grip on the retracted foreskin which will then slide over the head, trapping the wrap between the glans and the foreskin. The pain this causes makes significant tension impossible. So anyway, I figured that one out.

I try to edge 2x 10 minutes every time I stretch like this since stretching kills EQ. I also throw in a couple of 20 second squeezes, feeling like girth is slowly increasing during these. Sometimes I pop. This is ok, it’s part of my physiology. What I need to work on is sleeping a tad more and more consistently, picking up my gym routine (or comparable) again and doing my kegels. Kegels are power, money, women, whatever you want… Kegels will provide!

Oh there’s a p.s. My morning flaccid appears to have grown by like an inch or so. It’s ridiculous. I’ll see if I can take some pics for my picture thread somewhere this week

Random thoughts and an update

I’ve ordered a cheap vacuum cup stretcher/hanger and air pump with gauge at aliexpress to see if I like the concepts and to give me some options for variation of tooling since I only have a CW at the moment. The simple things will teach you most! I noticed that almost all the tubes are 60 mm diameter on there, which is supposed to be huge as compared to the ideal size for most penises. Tomorrow is my lady’s birthday, but she is adamant not asking for anything. So… I’ll invest in making my dick bigger! Previous results seem to have increased her pleasure by a noticeable amount.

Also I think I’ll take a day off from length work and do some jelqing with edging and squeezes only, just to pump up my poor to mediocre EQ. I might make it a weekly thing since I seem to be very sensitive to loss of EQ by length work (or gain of EQ by girth work!). It can also be an experimentation day.

I am continuing to stretch 3x7minutes with the captain’s wench. My stretches length has not increased yet and I have added bundled stretches. EQ is better than before during stretching regimens. I’m not really edging anymore but I’m still getting fully erect, hitting the edge once at most, and giving it a good base squeeze with a few kegels. Then I reset and start the next round of stretching. I did this SuMoTuFrSa, with kegels on SuTuWe.

I replaced my evening green tea with nettle tea which has improved my sleep. Today I did my first home exercise routine (Shaun T’s insanity if you know it) in an effort to reclaim my physical fitness after half a year of living very far away from my work and also moving and end-of-year… eating… excesses.

I don’t think I’ve gained anything in the past 3 months. I’ll continue for a week like this, then probably take a few weeks off and then start with some extending/pumping work. Meanwhile I can work on other aspects of myself. After all, I’ve never had any complaints…

Basic stuff: I’ve been kegeling every day, EQ has been bad due to very intense cardio exercises.

So today my pump and vac stretcher arrived from China! Paid about E35 for the pair. Obviously I had to test at least one of them. And obviously… It was the pump. It’s a rather handsome one I think with a hand powered lever pump, a pressure gauge and a solid seal/sleeve. I’ll post a picture someday soon. The tube, of course, is far too wide but they didn’t sell anything under a 3” diameter on Aliexpress and I just wanted to try ‘a pump’. So after a washing and getting an erection for the first time in a few days (I know lol), a bit ‘o lotion… Tried it out. Not bad. Hand pump is very comfortable and easy to use, the gauge is… Well… Gaugin’. I could see a lot of my scrotum get sucked in but after some adjustments with pump releases that wasn’t so bad either. Measured an easy 19.5 cm erect length in the tube at around 150mmHG (oh, that’s 6”? Doesn’t feel like much), was playing around between 100 and 150 for a while, went to 200 for a minute, then back to 100 for 90 seconds, and then out. Total time was probably around 10 minutes. Fat hang, a tiny bit of fluid in the exposed part of the glans, no spotting no darkening, no pain, nice expansion. All in all a nice experiment! In 15 minutes the larger flaccid was back to normal.

I’ve re-read avocet8’s first post on vac pumping 101. Either the gauge is off or I feel very comfortable with more pressure than most men. Either way I’m in no rush, I’ve been doing this for nearly 2 years now. I’ll probably give it another 10 minutes tomorrow around the 150 mark on my gauge. I’ll see what it does on my EQ and then assume the gauge has little to no drift while I eventually ramp it up slowly based on PIs. I should also try the extender… I think I’ll try next week, give both new devices a try for a few days before I decide how to continue.

Selecting Your Cylinder Size

I’d recommend picking up a leluv cylinder (~$30 or less on ebay) that fits rather than continuing with a 3" tube.
