Near the end of my clamping sessions I’ve been feeling a burning sensation in my unit. I’ve read that this is due to skin stretching which makes sense when I’m getting more expansion than ever. Another session with amazingly equally distributed redness over the clamped area of my penis. It looked really fat directly out of the clamp, bigger than any natural erection while flaccid. I figured it was good to ramp up the intensity since that has been giving me great PIs and next week is my last week before a long rest phase, so I want to get in that damage before then.

Still working towards that 140 mm MEG. Edging every day, trying to go to sleep earlier. I snapped all 3 silicone cockrings without them actually doing anything. Oh well, at least it was only $1.50.

So I will start my rest/decon period now. Probably going to take 2 to 3 months, I’m also starting my first mature/fulltime job tomorrow. I measured BPFSL, it was over 204 mm (8”) after my stretching set. I might have a length schedule when I start up again, we’ll see. For now I’m going to enjoy my break and focus on my professional life. I may check in from time to time but I’ll probably forget when I stop thinking about it on a day to day basis. I’m curious how much I’ll end up having gained from this girth schedule.

Edging and kegeling (and measuring) only for the next 12 weeks. Maybe silicone cockrings for an hour every now and then. Good luck everyone.

Getting used to my stringent sleeping pattern, I’m starting to get morning wood again… and random wood during the day… and stabby pains in my unit. growth. it’s the only thing that makes sense. This is my 3rd week of rest and it can only be growth. So in a few weeks I’ll measure (when I’ve gotten used to the damn train AC and I stop getting my throat infected) and let you know how much it is. Have a good one!

Update; no gains in the past 18 weeks. I’ve been meditating twice a day for about a week now. Erections are very hard but I may even be experiencing minor shrinkage in girth (back to 133mm, starting size)

I’m thinking about doing a 2 week intense manual-only girth routine, taking 4-6 months off and seeing how that works.

I decided to do a clamping experiment. I used to do clamped edging and then keep the times short (4-6 minutes per set). This time I went for clamping without edging, slowly letting the blood accumulate without getting 110% hard. 10 minute warmup first, then 3 sets of about 8 minutes each. The total expansion is more or less the same (142 mm) but there is zero spotting this way rather than very minor spotting. Ample fluid buildup near the base (my narrow side) but none in the top half of my shaft. I’ll let my unit recover for a while now and see how much I grow from this session. That should be the attitude: we’ll see how much we go into the right direction, rather than seeing if it works at all. I’ll try to switch towards manuals (horse 440s and ulis) at some point.

I didn’t gain in the past half year, but plateauing is normal in any endeavor, and you can always break the plateaus.

Warmup then 4 sessions of 10 minutes in the clamp every session my maximum circumference grows a tiny bit so I finally got it up to 145 mm. Some if it is definitely fluid though but that’s all part of the experiment. Meditation is going well, I nominally have 2 sessions of 10 to 20 minutes, focusing on instilling growth into my unit. With the longer clamping sessions this is going to give me my next gains, finally getting girth gains. If not then I will know for sure that clamping isn’t the way for me, though it seems so unlikely. I’ll probably clamp again on Saturday, or I might skip that, it all depends on the PIs.

In other observations I had a bit of a porn relapse a week ago but it hasn’t damaged my ability to use my mind to get ready. I wear silicon cockrings a lot, especially after a session. I edge almost daily.

I just received a package with 10 packs of 3 silicon cockrings each… they’re much better than my previous styles, smaller diameter and thicker so the pressure is a lot higher. Now I’m thinking… What if I use like 10 at the same time, covering the length of my shaft? What would happen, would it be useful for PE at all? I’m kind of lost for direction when I’m not getting gains. Had very decent morning wood this morning though it felt much harder than it was.

20 minute warmup watching tv

5x20-30 second stretch in 5 directions (piece of toilet paper for grip is a miracle worker)

100 really slow really intense ~80% jelqs

4x Horse440 squeezes in between, also very intense

I ended on a kegeled away ejaculation, which feels like a herculean effort every time it happens. But I prevailed.

I’ve got one big red spot on the ventral side just under the head, so I probably went too hard. As the redness clears I’m also seeing minor dotting around the shaft. Very tiny pinpricks. Unit exhausted and flaccid hanging full. Time for a few days off. Perhaps I’ll call it IPR, keep this up for a few weeks, and take another 4-8 weeks off.

I’ve been playing around with a new device I stumbled accross… I kinda constructed it by accident… and this post is the drum roll to get y’all interested. I’ll be testing the concept for a few weeks and then I’ll report on my personal experiences with it as well as making an extensive guide on what I’ve been doing with it in my pictures thread. Not yet since I have a fulltime job now and I’ve only been experimenting for a few days. So far though I’ve experienced during-the-day half chubs, a fatter flaccid hang, easy erections, and I’ve used it to edge for hours with insane quantities of ejaculate. Needs porn though.

I think I might have found a way to isolate longitudinal expansion while using a compression device. Sort of ‘length clamping’. Anyway, just dumping my thoughts here so I can read them back later and cringe at how dumb I was. But I’ve found me some faith again.

Hey, nice log and congrats on the gains a few months ago. I just wanted to share with you what I did when I got frustrated from lack of gains.

I started pulling harder..It felt great, I thought I was on to something, and I felt a pop. It didn’t hurt, so I thought it was the infamous LIG POP (said to be good for gains). But doing manuals a few days later started being painful, until the point that even a light pull, hurt.
I had to stop PE completely. Its been like 6 months, and I have to be very careful or it’ll hurt again. If I warm up properly and not pull too hard and not workout too often, Im fine.

All Id like to say is don’t let your frustrations get you overzealous and pull too hard. If anything lighten up for awhile, then ease back into it.

I’ve been keeping my unit somewhat sore and inflated throughout the week using some new approach using a whole bunch of silicone cockrings (max 27 fit on my unit at the moment). I call it ‘the caterpillar’. It acts kind of like an ads (except by pushing rather than pulling), it inflates my head insanely, I can bend to correct my curve (appears to be working for mostly my flaccid) with fairly accurate focus, I can slowly remove the rings one by one to clamp a larger and larger upper portion of my unit (I call that the ‘ramp clamp’), I can edge with +5 mm circumference and even clamp by stacking the silicone cockrings at the base and squeezing. My hands cramp easily so the extra pressure is really good. Finally I fowfer at night, REALLY wedging the tip of my dick between the ass cheeks to get that stretch going. Good morning wood as a result. I’ll continue to use ‘the caterpillar’ for 1 or 2 more weeks, then note my observations and add some sort of starters guide to my picture thread if I still think it has merit. After that, time for a few months of rest.

Thanks for the encouragement! My frustration hasn’t resulted in over-zealousness yet, fortunately. I’m going for finding a different approach first and keep the dick ripping for later.
Sorry to hear you’ve been out of rotation because of it… We are our worst enemies after all, PE is little different from life sometimes. I do try to take rest, but maybe I could ease into it more rather than ramping up very fast again afterwards. I’ll keep it in mind, thank you for the advice. I hope the remainder of your road to recovery is short (short contrary to your dick (: )

here’s some info on what I’ve been doing in words. Extended repetition of my workout post I guess. Well, whatever.
It’s not really a device, just a flexible way to use silicone cockrings as an aid for a wide variety for stuff. I purchased 30 small ones, they’re pretty thick and rather tight. I can fill my entire shaft with them and really stretch out my unit (it goes up to around 205 mm, which is 5-10 mm longer than my BPFSL). It also inflates the head a lot since the whole shaft is semi clamped. A lot of guys are looking for expansion specifically there, so it’s possibly interesting. When completely wrapped up, you can bend your max-length stretched dick and really target specific locations of ligaments over the entire length of the shaft. I think my curve got better and I gained a small amount of flaccid length this way.
Finally you can edge and peel off the silicone rings one by one to expand first the head, then head and piece of the shaft under it, uncover more and more and letting it expand above the max. in a controlled manner. The lower side is still under compression and flaccid-ish that way, and you slide down the part of your unit that transitions between it. I don’t know if either of those things do anything (compression and transition compression-under pressure) but I’ve liked the expansion so far.
That’s the new things you can do with it, but you can also use it as a squeezing/clamping/uli aid by wrapping multiple rings around the base and squeezing/sliding them. Yesterday I used 5 rings at the base, got a pretty good clamp, squeezed, let my erection subside a bit and then did a horse 440. I repeated that with multiple ‘sections’, having a pair of rings in the middle somewhere too to target either the shaft above or below this soft barrier.
I’ll take pictures when I’ve reached my verdict, probably in 2 weeks.

Sounds promising! the ways to use in PE are nearly limitless. I’m interested to see if you can eek out some gains with these new technique’s.
