I’m expecting I’ll have more time this week, figuring to take a run at it.

In use function is excellent, except for a little soreness at the top of the glans at the point of attachment, sometimes intimacy is unplanned.

Picked up some Magnum XLs to try since the glans area has been really tight in the regular magnums. We’ll see how that works.

Truth be told, I don’t think the magnums are that much different from regular condoms, just a little more comfort. We’ll see on the XL.

They are not much different. I’ve measured them. Even Trojan admits they’re the same as normal magnums except head girth is a bit roomier. Literally the only change.

Well that might workout then, that’s really all I was looking for. The length is fine and girth is okay but the head portion at full throttle, looked like it was going to burst. I’m sure the magnums are fine, it was just making me a little nervous.

Was pressed for time so just got a short session in. Just wanted to prime the pump so to speak as I’ll have more time in the next few days.

I found a way to better secure the noose by placing my thumb on top of the noose and pushing up while doing the final tightening.

Interesting, so what I do to get that extra click without the skin pinch is I come over my gland with my pointer finger and thumb and pull up on my gland and strap (pulling away from base of unit) as I pull down the strap for the final click with the other hand.

You have to have a certain penis anatomy for a noose to ever work. As someone with a completely different anatomy and a very small glans compared to shaft using a noose style is completely 100% impossible. I’m very glad the penimaster pro exists. Before that one only option for us with small glans was vacuum only, with the pmp it actually uses friction and positive locking fit rather than vacuum.

Essentially that’s what I’m doing but with the noose. Kinda feel like an idiot that it took so long for me to figure that one out.

In the first post you mentioned you suffer form small flaccid because of long distance running. I also suffer from small flaccid from endurance biking. Have your flaccid recovered yet from the damage from running?

It varies for sure, it’s definitely better, but far from great. Actually I was going to ask you if you noticed if the ads helped any with that? I haven’t paid much attention to the flaccid state but I have noticed that on the days where I do multiple sessions, it tends to want to hang better.

Most of what I’ve read suggests that there isn’t specific work for the flaccid state.

The ads didn’t help with the flaccid state. But the extender did. I estimate 0,5” longer minimum flaccid 1” longer typical flaccid. The cycling did a lot of damage and because of it my penis always goes back to it’s minimum flaccid state just like taking an ice bath, so it’s being permanently turtled at 4X4 before PE and now 4,5X4 after extender use.

New milestone for tension and time.

So we’re back full throttle here after the small layoff with the Glans sitting forward in the cradle. I’m actually thinking that we can maybe creep it up further forward in the cradle because I noticed the other days with low tension that we were ending the sessions further forward. So maybe not so much of a hurry to add length to the extender versus just bringing it forward at the current extender length.

We’ll see because I have 5 weeks still and maybe I can still do that and hit the target date. My thinking here is that as we embark on the end game of adding an additional 1” to the extender, taking a little time to bring things forward at the current extender length would be more forgiving to the tissues at the attachment point at the glans and might be a good strategic move for long run success.
