I think you raise a fair point, because we do this for sure in part for the improvement in the esthetic and the flaccid is a factor. Experienced a little tug back. My theory on this is that it is related to the change in the attachment method that I recently discovered, so that the glans is sitting further forward in the cradle which created higher tension in the system. Thinking on the second session later I’ll pull back the tension a bit, compared to yesterday. I’m close just got to thread the needle.

Was planning on doing less tension on the second session than yesterday but i guess I didn’t remember and I wound up doing the same. Didn’t seem like much though. Sometimes I think there’s just variation from session to session. Maybe there’s only so much precision that can be achieved and you just have to roll with it.

Low tension @ 60 minutes

Running a little experiment here. I want to explore if there is a difference in EQ based on the tension used in the a.m. I’m figuring on going out tonight, we’ll see how things go.

100%++ max tension @ 63 minutes

got to max tension at 13 minutes, wasn’t paying attention so went to 63 minutes to keep the time under tension the same.

The Magnum XL are very tight at the base(leaves a ring), but maybe slightly more accommodating at the head. I think I prefer them over the Magnums but I’m not sure yet. Might not be a girth issue at all because after you put them on and the girth expands, the base of the condom being so tight locks in and then additional length from expansion I think stretches out the condom length wise so that may be why it’s tight at the head. Initial impression was that it felt more comfortable and that there was more freedom for expansion at the head. I got a box so I’ll see after more use.

At least Trojans don’t smell bad anymore, I’ll give them that and they have a history of durability.

Using lower tension on a day where you’re likely to hook up, seems like a good idea although one time is not enough data.

Nothing is better for raisong EQ than a high tension extending session for me!

So this is interesting. When I started extending the initial impact was a huge improvement in EQ. but then the total volume say over the coarse of a week was not so large. Later when I upped the total volume as the conditioning improved, there was periodically a pullback in EQ.

Since then it seems like it’s somewhat unpredictable. Sometimes I’ll do multiple high tension sessions in a day and then wind up hooking up when it was unplanned and it can take a bit to get going but then the EQ is through the roof.

Other times when there’s high tension and lots of volume and maybe combined with me being tired, the EQ suffers.

I usually go out Saturday night and often that will lead to a hook up so I think just for the Saturday morning session, I’m inclined to go low tension.

I actually stole the general idea from Titleist because he had mentioned that he went 5 on, 2 off taking the weekends off to have fun.
