Hi guys. I just want to contribute somehow to this forum and PE community. I have done in the past newbie routine, and some other devices like extenders and ADS. Results where minimal and not permanent.
I just want to get back on the journey so I never tried pumping and bought Bathmate Hydromax 7 with shower strap to try.
Additional 10 min longer shower will not make big time difference to me.

I did not see any Bathmate only log so I will try to do one. But I don’t limit myself to jump to other type of PE. In my head already thinking adding extender will be good idea.
I have vaccum Penimaster Pro but never could generate good force and have good seal without some small injury. But the plan for now is try minimum 4 weeks only Bathmate. If that works I will be doing it another month until I stop seeing improvements.

This log will be limited to small information about progress and routine update. I will report size difference after 4 weeks. Mainly for lenght but also optional girth ( I mastered lenght measuremnts and was not interested in girth so this will lack that acurracy )

Why Bathmate? I can shower and have warm strech with minimal effort. I know it has no guage but I can more or less manage that after mastering this pipe.

Routine:
Time 3 x 5 min before bed with hot water. This will be daily and I will try go hard for lenght gains.

Breaks:
When I go overboard, or injury, skin healing.

Vaccum:
Max that I can handle without injury (mastering pipe)

Starting lenght: 0.0 cm
Statrting girth: 0.0 cm

Week 1:
Day 1:
Effect:
Effort: 3 x 5 min, small vaccum BPEL -2 cm on, not compressed. Tying to feel device. Total try attachment pump 2-3 for ech set. Total time plus shower plus maintance ( druing, puting on shelf ) 35 min.

Day 2:
Effect: All day small improvements in flacid hang.
Effort: 3x5 min, small vaccum BPEL -1.5 cm. Total time with shower 30 min.

Day 3:
Effect: Flacig hang fuller all day.
Effort: 3x5 min, small vaccum BPEL -1.5 cm. Total time with shower 30 min.

Day 4:
Effect: Flacig hang fuller all day.
Effort: 3x5, increased vacum 2 sets BPEL -1cm slighly compresed, 4 minutes last set BPEL -1 cm, last 60 s BPEL full force compresed

Day 5:
Effect: Big flacid hang all day, small red spots.
Effort: Day off to heal spots

Day 6:
Effect: Flacing hang minimal, almost all spot heal, sporadic erections
Effort: 3x5 min, full force last set, hard as possible. Wrong aplied on last set BPEL -1cm (compresed) only. Total time shower 27 min.

Day 7:
Effect: Huge edema afterwards, multiple red spots with bigger diameter, discolor of shaft. Morning still some small edema. Felling of burning, 10x more spots then on day 5.
Effort: planned min 2 days off becouse of going overboard and time to heal. Starting this log.

Thanks for the tips. I will definetly research that. For now I’m trying to do minimal work to get me starting get back to PE after long break. Small simple steps will add up for good habbit. After so many tries I need to make it possible in my head again. I think pump is great for that. It shows you what could you gain before the gains even start.

I have done some research with the gauge mods and most of them are for extreme version and modify heavy pump and are expensive. But I looked on pump and the compression, and saw that tip of the comfort pad (white one) slides relative to the vaccum force. You can see it sliding inside tube. I bought vaccum gauge from China. I will make a plate with gauge to make measuring device for vaccum for Bathamte. I will attach bathmate and pump to see max inHg of pump, measure compression and mark that on the tube/comfort pad. Mark 5 inHg and so on. So marking on inside comfort pad will keep the tube original shape and look. It will be just some cheap way to use permanent waterproof marker and 5$ gauge.

Here is how it will look like. I have noticed that you can measure also the compression in cm as the second information. (Because Bathmate ruler is accurate only on full compression). So additionally to inHg for e.g 5 inHg can be added additional information how much to add to the ruler to have measurement starlight from pump. I will be waiting for the gauge some weeks, but I will use the comfort pad tip in tube already to apply same force. Maybe I will be using for some time sticker to mark good vacuum expansion and later after measuring I will adapt.

Yeah, Andy’s right. Be careful with that thing. I used one for awhile and got blisters. Don’t get blisters! They’re awful. They’re ugly and you have to take a break until they’re completely healed.

I kinda think that because you’re submerged in water you don’t feel the same kind of negative pressure you would with an air pump and it’s real easy to overdo it.

Agree. Pressure in this device is really good, but it has that additional risks with it. I hope this additional force will finally make some gains. Still I’m on my healing days. Today I ordered acrylic plate to mount gauge on it. I will report whole week in one post as last time.

Today I have pretty good recovery. Raging boner that waked me up at night so I assume the unit is ready as far as internal tissue. Skin looked still bad at morning, but now it looks almost all healed. I will get back today to routine. I will wait for gauge a while to arrive so I marked some spots to have some visual reference about vacuum to force applied to continue working on results.

Well again, be careful. Because if I remember correctly, the instructions that BathMate includes tells you to pump until the ballast flattens out. I followed those instructions and at minimal I got donut dick. Worst was a nasty blister that I had to explain to my doctor.

I have also experienced the Bathmate Blister. Not fun, but I think it can be avoided with NOT going for as full pressure as possible. What I try to do is to do a more typical heated pump in a regular tube set up (gauge on pump) with moderate pressure. Then I will use the Bathmate while showering for the day (sometimes an hour or more later) at a pressure where I can really feel the sideways expansion, but not trying to overdo it. Maybe 5-10 minutes, remove, had a ring and jelq, repeat. It comes out with phenomenal girth, and little to no edema. If I get edema/donut, then I consider it too much and counter productive.

That sounds like a good routine. I might give that a try if it weren’t for having to justify the cost of buying another BathMate. But I didn’t have good luck with using the BathMate in the shower. Once it filled with water it got heavy enough to lose the seal and I’d have to always hold onto it to avoid it falling off.

I’m currently using dots as reference. That helps me a lot to adjust vacuum. I was definitely overdoing it. Probably I use now half the vacuum or even less.
