I took three days off to try get measurements but failed to do it correctly. I think I have some small gain in length, but could be just EQ gains - definitely to small to be noticed straight away. I don’t know if this is my recent poor diet or the stress at the job but EQ fade to quick when using ruler. So I postponed measurement for better times (2 weeks), and get back to routine (to long break).

I’ve never counted to see how fast I can max out. Like I said I do 2 10 minute sessions and I’m maxes out during the first 10 minute set. I slowly max out in that first session. The other thing I’ve been doing is after I’m done with my bathmate session, I give it about 5 mins then put “him” in an air pump for about 10 mins. Just enough pressure to keep it erect. It’s real heavy after that and I wake up with some good wood in the morning.

I have noticed that after the longer break I can definitely use more inHg without issues so I guess I would someday do my sessions in full vacuum. But I’m not here for inHg record just for the gains. If the gains happen from just looking at the device with 0 inHg I would be happy. I hope the range I use is enough or I would adapt fast enough to the working range. Whatever works !

Day 3:
Effect: Day off

Day 4:
Effect: Skin tone of shaft bring back color before starting to use BM
Effort: 5 min sets, 1x 2 dots, 1x 3 dots , 1x 3.5 dots, last 10-15 s above 4 dots, 20 jelqs after each set (3 total )
Day 5:
Effect: Loner flaccid, rest like usual some dots, fluffy shaft
Effort: Day off
Day 6:
Effect: Back to normal
Effort: 5 min sets, 1x 2 dots, 1x 3 dots , 1x 4 dots, last 10-15 s above 4 dots, 20 jelqs after each set (3 total )
Day 7:
Effect: Small red dots in the morning. Fluffy shaft, longer flaccid, morning wood.
Effort: Day off

Conclusions:
Starting to see some conditioning and able to have higher vacuum without issues. After failing of measuring inside the working week I will plan my measurements only on weekends or free days. Planing to measure again after 2 weeks. Longer break also binged back lighter tone color of the skin which  seems to be darkening after repetitive discolor.

I just got the hydromax7 its seems like the vacuum level is pretty low so I’m pretty disappointed that I didn’t bought the Hydromax9

Do you have any tips increase it ?
