I had an awesome workout yeseterday morning and night session.
Warm Up 18 Mins.
Streching is back with 10 mins its seems I never streched far to gain but now I’m doing.
Inverted-V-Strech 4 mins.
Jelqing 12 mins with my New Jelqing Technique Grip Downward Grip.
Edging 10 mins.
Warm Down 10 mins.
One thing to note is that when I streched my Dick was easy to strech and I felt the streches.
I think this is a good sign.
