I did my 6th day PE’ing Workout today.

Tommorrow is my last and 7th PE’ing Day and I will take rest days for at least 5 days.

Everything is looking good and I was very horny yesterday.

I will do the newbie routine for 3 months and stick with it.

Ok Guys,
I took 5 days rest.

Today is my 2nd Day since resuming my workout and it was awesome.

There is one new thing I added I must say it seems it’s effective.

After Edging I wrap a shoe string around my dick tightly but not too tightly.

I hope it helps in making my fick heal in a longer,thicker state.

Ok Im back.

I took 11 deconditioning Days.
Yesterday I did resumed 1st PE.

It was very good more than before the whole session.

Today is my 2nd Day PEing.

I have an update Guys I measured my girth yeseterday and it have become 12.6 cm which is 4.961 inches.

As for NBPEL it have become 12.9 cm which is 5.079 inches.Im Nearly 13 cm and my NBPEL length yesterday was flactuating between 12.9 cm to 13 cm to be more specific.

Today I’m gonna continue my 4th day PE workout at the evening.

I can say i was not consistent after the first 6 months but I went from 5.23 BPEL to 6 BPEL.
While in girth departement this was the most significant I went from 4.48 EG to now 5.1 Inches nearly.

My Routine is the Newbie Routine aka the beignners Routine but i added other exercises too.

Like Sadsak Slinky, Squezzes, Glans Head Squezzes too and i wrap a soft String like clamping after i finish my workouts to keep the expandes state while edging for 30 mins.

And It worked I gained really alot.

Guess if I was consistent I might have even gained more Im pushing now and I’m more determined than before to attain my Goals.

My NBPEL length went from 4.7 to Nearly 5.1 Inches too now.

My flaccid from 2.5 inches to 3.7 inches.

I took 5 Days on 5 off to have maximum recovery after workouts and to gain even more than limiting my PE’ing Days to the usual 2 day on 1 day off it didnt suit me at all.
That’s it.
