I’ll Just keep doing My PE Routine as usual and wont measure for the next 2 Months until Septemeber.

I forgot to mention Guys thst I edged while clamping my dick using my wrapping band.

It was so expanded and the Glans was larger but afterwards my Glans looked smaller from the top side of my Glans.

I think I overdid it.

My Edging Sesion while clamped was 32 Mins.

Thats why I’m taking more Rest Days.

Just be careful with edging while clamping. Another member picked up an injury when he reached the point of now return while in the clamp and it resulted in a retrograde ejaculation and now he struggles with his erection and his ejaculation is merely a dribble. So be careful.

Geez, how long have you got mate. I’ve just come back from a break, so only starting up again but already seeing results, so my PE is going good. Sex life is non existent. Wife has a lot of medical conditions hindering those. I go into detail about all that on another thread, so won’t repeat everything here, but when there is sex, its only in positions she can control the depth of penetration and there must be a liberal helping of lube. Ever since I went over the 7.5 inches or so barrier lube has been necessary every time. So won’t say sex is good. Can forget about rough sex since going over 8 inches. Now I’m going for 9 inches and want to reach it before the end of the year. So I’m going on good. Thanks. I am doing it in stealth mode, so the wife doesn’t know. But I’m hoping she notices next time we do actually take our clothes off together.

3rd Day PE Today.

Yeseterday I Took An Off Day so 2 on 1 off I’m alternating but I will go back to my usual 4 Days on 5 Days off.

Besides I have increased my streching force a little bit as I feel I wasn’t streching enough.

And Decreased my Erection Level during Jelqing as I’m focusing on length.

It seems length gains are harder for me to come.
I think I’m a hard length gainer/easy girth gainer.

Anyways I had my workout Today whuch is my 3rd PE it was great session.

Be careful not to add too much force to your stretches. You want to build a big dick, not just strong tendons. Try to rather add some time to your stretches. Like if you do a 30 sec stretch try for 1 min stretches. Or if you only do one stretch in each direction try to do 2 or 3. Its the same with hanging. People keep saying don’t go heavy too soon. Rather add time.

But I guess I just wanted to see if there’s gonna be a difference.

Ok I added time I did 18 mins streching with a little bit more of force and it felt awesome.

Everything I kept the same the jelqing time was 8 mins and inverted a inverted v dtrech 3 mins.

But it felt awesome but I’m gonna make my streching session from now on 12 mins as adding 2 mins would not be heavy I think on my dick.
