2Big4U Journey to Length Gains
Been a long time! Today marks a day. Going to start PE again after a very long hiatus. I am smaller now than I was before I started 13 years ago. I went from 6 7/8” BPEL to 7 1/8” BPEL in a matter of a few months then stopped. I maintained that length for years until things changed.
I’m currently sitting at 6.5” BPEL.
Goal is to get back what I lost. Then shoot for the stars and see what i’m destined for.
Started a variation of the newbie routine today.
5min rice sock
10min stretch 1min holds BTC alternating hands
5min wet jelq
50 kegals 5sec holds.
2 days on 1 off as of now. BUT i plan to still stretch for 10 min on my days off. No jelqs or kegals.
Going to work my way up to 30min stretch and 10min jelq over the course of 6 weeks. Wish my hands luck lol.
I’m creating this thread to motivate myself and stay consistent. I’ll post everyday to log my workset and I’m only going to measure once a month and I’ll post the results. Pics will be taken as well but i won’t post them in the members area until I have decent results.
This is a length journey. I’m sitting at 5.5” mid girth and i’m happy with that right now.

Best stats 2009 = NBPEL - 6.25", BPEL - 7.25".. Mid EG - 5".. Base EG - 5.75" BPSFL - 7.375 —New stat 2021 = NBPEL - 5.5", BPEL - 6.5", Mid EG - 5.25
Goal stat = NBPEL - 7.75", BPEL - 8.25".. Tip EG - 5.75".. Base EG - 6.25”
