2Big4U Journey to Length Gains

Been a long time! Today marks a day. Going to start PE again after a very long hiatus. I am smaller now than I was before I started 13 years ago. I went from 6 7/8” BPEL to 7 1/8” BPEL in a matter of a few months then stopped. I maintained that length for years until things changed.

I’m currently sitting at 6.5” BPEL.

Goal is to get back what I lost. Then shoot for the stars and see what i’m destined for.

Started a variation of the newbie routine today.

5min rice sock
10min stretch 1min holds BTC alternating hands
5min wet jelq
50 kegals 5sec holds.

2 days on 1 off as of now. BUT i plan to still stretch for 10 min on my days off. No jelqs or kegals.

Going to work my way up to 30min stretch and 10min jelq over the course of 6 weeks. Wish my hands luck lol.

I’m creating this thread to motivate myself and stay consistent. I’ll post everyday to log my workset and I’m only going to measure once a month and I’ll post the results. Pics will be taken as well but i won’t post them in the members area until I have decent results.

This is a length journey. I’m sitting at 5.5” mid girth and i’m happy with that right now.

No. I heat up a rice sock in the microwave and i use it to apply heat for my warm up.

Also workout 2 is complete.

5 min warm up with rice sock
10min stretch, 1min holds alternating hands
5min jelq
50 kegals

I use baby powder to maintain a righteous grip on the shaft. Last all 10 min. Then i use baby oil for wet jelqs. Very happy with the combo

Finished my second 2 on 1 off this morning. Just got my 12min stretch out the way for the day.

Every time i return from my off day increase the stretches by 2min and add 10 jelqs. So these past 2 days were 12 min stretch btc and 110 wet jelqs.

Tomorrow i will do 14min stretch and 120 jelqs.

I figure if i bump up duration every 2on/1off and get too sore i can always bump back down to previous allotted time and ride it out little longer. This way at the end of 6 weeks i’ll be at 30min stretches and 200 wet jelqs.

Just finished todays routine ive done two 2/on - 1/off sets so far. Today marks the third set which consisted of
5min warm up (with heat pad)
14min stretch, 1min holds alternating hands
120 jelqs
50 kegals 5 sec squeezes

Since i’m adding 2min to my stretches every three days, i’m starting to add different stretches other than BTC.
First 4 min are BTC then 2 min are out front pulling down to the side then back to 4min of BTC and so forth. It felt good to add those in because it hit a different angle and i can tell my penis needed that stretch, can def feel the stretch in a good way.

Also probably placebo but just looking at it after i did the jelqs, it just looked meatier, probably no real gains yet, just too soon to expect any but just looking at it it looks like it’s taking the abuse quite well so far.

So it’s been two weeks just about and my eq is definitely improved. My erections hurt half the time now.

Also I’m rock hard after my jelqs and I can kegel much harder than before.

I haven’t noticed any gains but my girl said I feel thicker. She knows I PE so maybe she’s trying to hype me up.

Anyways, tomorrow I’m going to be stretching for 18 min and jelqing for 140reps. Slowing adding more volume is definitely the play here. This gradual approach makes it to where my penis/ligs are sore all the time but not in a bad way. Still doing 2 on 1 off. But I still stretch on off days.

I can definitely tell i’m getting longer even if that means only 1/8th of an inch.

My girlfriend and I had sex 4 times yesterday for valentines. When she is on top riding me while facing me I can sometimes grab her hips and pull down a little enough for me to press against the back of her vagina. Well yesterday without me having to touch her at all I was able to press against the back. And on top of that as soon as I did grab her hips and press her down into me it would make her cum almost instantly and at that point I was definitely pressing hard against the back of her vagina. -20min stretch - 12min of btc, 6 min of down and to the side. And last 2 minutes I did one minute out and one minute up (starting to add variety because I can really feel a deep stretch when pulling out and up at the end. Feels really good)
-150 wet jelqs
-50 kegels.

Yesterday and today I did my:

5min warm up
22min stretch
160 jelqs
50 kegels

And I can tell my unit is exhausted… I’m having sex almost daily and if I PE after we have sex then my workouts are a bit sore. Gotta try to get these workouts in before me and the girlfriend decide to do any boom booms.

I’m excited to measure on the 1st of March. I’m longer I can tell, just curious as to how much!

So today i can tell i’m not as full as i have been past couple weeks. Little guy is turtling a little bit. So i did a light 10 min stretch and edged for about 20 min which helped my stay stay full for an hour or so. Might warm up and edge again tonight. My ligs and the base of my penis is sore. Most it’s been so far.

Excited to see where i’m at tomorrow. I think i might bump back down to 20m and see if that helps with the turtling. I fee like i felt beat after 16m session rather than a 22m stretch.

Alright march 1st. I’ve been doing PE for one whole month. About two weeks ago i backed off from 20 minute stretches to 16 minutes of stretches because anything over 16 minutes right now was causing negative PI’s like turtling and lower eq.

I measured today BP length and I am at 6 7/8”. I’ve gained 3/8” in one month… I’m stoked. I’m slowly “kinda” getting back to my all time biggest at 7.25”.

I’m also getting compliments from the girlfriend. She told me yesterday after edging me that i am without a doubt longer. She’s not wrong haha.

I’ll post progress as i go but as of now i i gained 3/8” out of my 2” longterm goal. That’s almost 20% progress in one month. Not bad guys.

Hey guys. Little update. Exercises are going great. I’m up to 20 min stretches and 150-200 jelqs depending on how sore i am. In regard to eq and length man it’s hard not to smile when i’m sitting and i can see it’s most definitely longer than when i started 6 weeks ago. I’m taking 1-2 days off every 10 days or so that’s usually enough to lose the fatigue and recoup. It all seems to be working so i plan to stick with this routine and duration until i notice a Plateau or lack in fatigue. Measurements of course are always first of the month. But i’m excited to see where it’s at April 1st. That marks 2 months.

Only thing else i should be doing is a body recomp. I’ve put on 15 lbs due to covid and new desk job so my fat pad went from 1/2” to 1 1/2”. Need to lose some weight big time and it will look even bigger. I’ll clear 7” i know it, i’m already so close.

Okay everyone. Yesterday marked 2 complete months.

I started a new job at the beginning of the month which slightly bogged down the gains due to not being able to stay consistent for the month. I never went more than two days off in between some sort of workout even if it was small and just a stretch.

So out of the who month I probably exercised for about 15 days if I’m lucky. But I am now 7” BP. My routine all month on days I exercised didn’t change during the month. I did 16min of manual stretches btc and straight down and 150 wet jelqs.

This month I’m going to be diligent and stretch everyday. But only jelq 2 on 1 off. Will report if I have any news, until then see you guys May 1st!

Nice progress! Why do you favor BTC and downward stretches? I may need to try focusing on those to get gains like you!
