Optimizing Gains: Length vs. Girth
I read a thread a while back on focusing mostly on length at first and then going for gains in girth. The theory was along the lines of maintaining proper curve correction, exercising and gaining efficiently, and ensuring even thickness throughout the entire length of the penis. If you’re lucky, you can also get quick gains from ligament stretching up front which are good initial motivation.
I was pretty serious about PE for 6 months 2 years ago and made excellent progress, and am now looking to regain the slight loss I’ve had and tack on the final gains towards my ultimate goal.
My plan is to focus heavily on lig and whole penis stretches with light jelqing until I get close to my length goal, then jelqing and squeezing to the desired girth, the idea being that the final gains in length will come from jelqing and head expansion.
I’m going to test my LOT as well to see if I have any more to be gained in the lig department.
If anyone can point me in the direction of optimizing efficiency and gains, or has any comments on my current plan, they are welcomed and appreciated.
