Testicle Pumping question

Hi.

Even though I have been doing PE off and on for half my life, I have never considered pumping, nor ever thought I would even entertain the idea. Fast forward many years later, now that I’m getting back into PE, and reading some of the collected wisdom of the pumper’s forum, I think there could be some value in supplementing what I’m doing manually with some pumping.

Initially, I’m only interested in pumping balls, but I think down the road a few months I might want to start pumping the penis as well to supplement my manual routine when my gains slow down. There seems to be some differences in the reports of permanent increases in testicle size with pumping, but I would like to give it a shot, and give it sufficient time to work. My balls are small. I would like things to be more in proportion, and I need something to feed my PE obsession on my rest days :)

When (if) I start pumping my penis, I figure I would be using a 1.75” cylinder if my gains follow or fall below what I achieved when I was last very active in PE (as I expect will happen). Would this size cylinder be appropriate for pumping the testicles as well, or do I really need something bigger? I don’t really want to have two cylinders if possible.

Anyone ever pumped balls after they increased the size (temporarily) using Damiana or similar herbal supplement? What’s that like? Are the benefits cumulative?

if you’re considering adding ball pumping, you will most certainly need a larger tube to fit your whole package. I take herbal supplements but not Damiana so I don’t know the specifics of how that would affect gains. But pumping your balls on a consistent basis does increase size. But be prepared for a long haul - ball pumping is a slow process.

I have seen guys pump with a tube on their balls and a tube on their cock. Sounds like a tight squeeze, but they get it done. The smallest tube I have for pumping cock and balls together is 2.75” and I would think for balls only you would need something on the order of 2.5”. A 1.75” tube sounds way too small.

The least expensive but still quality tubes are Leluv tubes found on Ebay and elsewhere. A good price for these tubes is in the $60-$80 range.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

It sounds like if I only get the bigger tube, pumping penis only with that size tube won’t work out too well either.

So, for a beginner, is doing full package pumping a no-no? I definitely can’t afford two cylinders right now; I actually wasn’t expecting to pay quite that much for one, at least not for a trial run, but I don’t want a flaming piece of crap either.

I wouldn’t say that ball pumping as a beginner is a no-no, but you do need to be dareful, keep your pressure low, and go slowly. You don’t want to risk injury.

If I do it I will probably get one of the cylinders gprent recommends and match it with the brake bleeding pump that has been referenced here a few times. And whatever tubing/fittings would be needed to connect the two.

I have always wondered if ball pumping can raise testosterone. I know, a bit off topic.

You mean larger balls and hence more testosterone production?

I’ve been inactive on these forums for ages but recently started a routine that involves ball massage to increase size (too early to see changes here). However, this is besides the matter being discussed here.

Gathering knowledge from this forum, in terms of supplements people have taken Damiana or Clomid for temporary size increases with mixed results, but stopping the supplementation reverted them back to their original size.
So far for supplements, on to the (potentially dangerous) pumping part.

On these forums this link (http://forums.newart.com/phpbb/index.php) has passed by several times and it is a community that focused around ball pumping and not so much the penis itself. Those people obtain crazy large balls its scary! The way they obtain this is through (as far as I could deduce) inflicting trauma to their balls, causing permanent fluid build-up. The blunt trauma can be inflicted in several ways, for example via pumping, tapping your balls with a wooden spoon or simply by being hit in the nuts alot. What happens afterwards is an accumulation of fluids in the tunica vaginalis (thin membrane around testicle), called a “Hydrocele” (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hydrocele_testis). If you would pump your balls regularly the amount of fluid in there increases, thus increasing the whole. Keep in mind that its fluid buildup, the testicle size remains unaffected. Browsing around did not give any conclusive results on the dangers of doing this, since it is inflicted by mild blunt trauma I’d say its relatively harmless (who hasn’t been hit in the balls), especially if you take it easy. One thing I did find was that where most of those hydroceles are static in terms of size, sometimes they can enlarge over time. Medical procedures to get rid of this seem relatively mild (see wiki link).

This is all the info I came up with after googling for a few hours and even though I think most of it is correct some extra voices to second this or disprove it would be needed before anyone goes nuts with it. (pun intended)

Being a member of the Newart forum as well, there is certainly more to ball pumping than what you’ve laid out in your description. Those that do engage in methods to obtain hydroceles are a very small subset. The vast majority of pumpers either infuse (saline) or do standard pumping with a variety of cylinders (i.e. Monster Tube, LongJohnny, STJ, etc). Gaining true size from pumping testicles takes a LOT of time and a LOT of patience. There are lots of guys there that can provide some quality advice and techniques on sound testicle enlargement.

Several questions about this

Hi everyone, I’m new in this, I’ve always wanted to join here, but it was enough Reading the posts to make PE, however, this time is a Little bit different.

I want to keep growing, but also I want bigger balls by pumping, but testicles, I don’t want hydrocele or somethign like that, what do you recommend? These are my questions:

I don’t have a pump, but I have a jar
How much pressure do I need?
How much time do I need per day?
At what time I can see results? It grow fast or slow?
What are the advantages of using water instead of air pumping?
Does the sperm incerases with bigger testicles? Even pumped?
What should I need if I want to grow bigger low hangers?

I know I need patience, I want chicken eggs, how much time does it take? What do you recommend me? I want a healthy grow, that’s why I’m here.
Tell me everything I should know please :)

Anybody here gain from hanging while practicing in the pumping of the scrotum dark arts? As in not beginner gains but consistent gains after a period of time. I would think hanging and testicle pumping would be okay in general but dunno, So many different thoughts pop into my head when thinking this topic over and I’ll just leave it at that, I don’t want to make an extremely long post which deters people from responding, I think ball pumping is something I really want to get into though but I’ll lay off it for a while if people aren’t known to get gains while doing both, But hey what might work for you might not for me, Who knows, I think ball pumping is very healthy although so maybe eventually. Thoughts?

Not necessarily sure about the “healthy” part but I don’t think it’s detrimental in any way. I know there are studies that link large testicles to heart disease and all of that due to increased hormonal activity, but I think that’s from introducing it in a non-natural way (i.e. medications and supplements). I absolutely LOVE ball pumping and have made some pretty decent gains, though not nearly as much as I’d like. As far as hanging and pumping, I’ve not been all that successful at it since I have found it hard, even painful at times, to get the clamps in place when I’m “girthy.” I have to wait a few days before I can get in any hanging - which can be a problem since I try to pump EVERY SINGLE DAY.

But back to ball pumping. My current routine has me pumping a couple times a day. I wake up fairly early most days so I’ll do 30-45 min of ball-only pumping, then follow that up with another 30-45 min of full package pumping. From there, I’ll give it a couple hours rest. On another forum that I frequent, one guy mentioned how he has made gains using castor oil. So after some quick research, I now use that during my routine. During my rest time, I will spread a fairly thick layer of it on my cock and balls and wrap my package in a large sandwich bag. After an hour or so has passed, I massage the oil in, then I do about an hour or so with warm water with LongJohnny or ASTJ. I’ve only used the castor oil twice so I can’t give any definitives - but my balls are consistently hanging longer and fuller during the day (I’ll have more data on the castor oil in a few weeks).
