New to pumping, question about cylinder size

New to pumping, question about cylinder size

Hi,

I’m just getting started with pumping and I just finished reading the pumping 101 thread. I still have some questions about what cylinder to buy. my normal EG would suggest that the 1.75 cylinder would be appropriate, but I also regularly wear latex tubing ring that constricts the flow of blood leaving an erection and under this state, my EG swells to more than what a 1.75 tube could accomidate. Here’s my stats:

7 5/16" BPEL, 5 3/16" EG, which swells to 5 7/8" with the ring in place. So the question is, do I go with the 1.75" dia tube or the 2"? I don’t plan on pumping with the ring in place, but I’m worried about quickly outgrowing the 1.75 tube. What do you think? I’ll be ordering the deluxe setup from https://www.cockpump.com

thanks

Thanks gperent I missed it also, seeking 7 girth at 6.

I read that thread but was still confused. Thanks for the clarification gprent.

Being a noob.. I was wondering the following. If someone is between cylinder sizes, would it not make sense to go with the smaller cylinder if your goal is length? Add to that the issue of being uncut where hanging / static stretching seem to be more troublesome than for those that are cut. Any thoughts?

makes sense to me. the smaller cylinder should force everything upward instead of out and up. I went with the 2”, as I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t fit in the 1.75 after doing some “research”. I noticed that a Toilet paper tube is about 1.75” in diameter and I couldn’t get myself in it.

I’m uncut and have done a little hanging. I’ve found that foreskin is defiantly a hindrance. It’s always getting in the way, getting pinched, etc.

The downside of that strategy is that you could wind up buying a tube that is only useful to you for a short period of time, as you may outgrow it quickly.

For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

I see you’re point. But if you gain the additional length, you won’t lose that by moving to a larger cylinder right? I am currently between a 2” and a 2.25” cylinder. Since I feel my girth is ok where it’s at, I want to go with a 2” to gain length right?

Well, my setup arrived in the mail today and I just finished up with my first session. I spent 10 minutes in the tube at a pressure around 3 to 4. I only packed the first couple inches of the tube and got perhaps 1/4 - 1/2” longer while under pressure. Does this sound about right? or did I get to big of a cylinder? My cock is thicker at the base and thins towards the gland. so I had plenty of “unpacked” space for 2/3rds of my dick. How much of the cylinder should I be packing? all the way up? Should I get a smaller tube?

Sounds perfect. If you were packing all the way up it would be time to buy a bigger cylinder.
