LA Pump No Success Thoughts?

I brought a LA pump (but the tube and the gauge) a few years ago. I used it on and off and then religiously with a proper regime. I then took a break from all PE, and did another regime late last year and have been using it on’/off this year (with Phallosan).

I didn’t gain any permanent girth in all this time. I was always in touch with the manager of LA pump and he was surprised. The device itself is not broken as when I still use it I fill up the cylinder and retain a fatter dick for about 1-2 hours post pump too. And it is bigger inside the tube each time (I’m pumping to min 5HG max to 7-8 HG as any more and it hurts). So I don’t think the pump quality is an issue here.

LA pump have offered a refund as they are not sure what else I can try as they said it works for everyone else and they have never heard it not work but I seem genuine about it not working.

I’m happy to give it another proper shot but I’m not sure what you guy’s suggest here. I wanted to post up here to make sure I have not missed anything before going through with the refund and trying hanging instead.

To piggyback off of How Lack, let’s attack the method.

You were pumping between 5 and 8HG. For how long at what pressures? What was the method? What else were you doing in conjunction?

There’s pieces missing and a heating pad is only one. And what could be maybe an incomplete grasp of the proper method is another.


Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

1. Yes. Philips heat lamp. To be honest though since I moved (this year) my flat is super warm all the time (23-24 degrees) so often I don’t need it anymore to warm up lol.
2. Yes. Have taken months off training entirely etc.
3. Yes. No PE on weekends period.
4. I started with newbie (J90 etc) and pumping very little etc. Worked up to 5HG then up to 7-8 HG and plateau’d there (but got a good pump).

Usually I pump to 5-6 HG, wait a min or two, increase etc until I get to about 8 HG. Then I occasionally squeeze the pressure gauge to keep it at 8HG.
I started off with 1 10 min set, working my way up to 2 10 mins sets, then later 3 (but found that too much). Went back then did eventually work up to 1 20 min set.

I have been wearing Phallosan over the past few months (about 300 hours at this point). I typically try to pump once removed to make my penis even (Phallosan leaves it mangled). I shower after pumping. I have been wearing a horseshoe cock ring for ~2 months when sleeping to keep a little blood inside. Before this I was just pumping (2 days on, 1 off, weekends off) a week. Before that rest for a number of months. Before that I tried some extenders and Bathmate etc none of which worked. Prior to that the normal manual exercises / routines like J90. No gains ever with anything (and EQ has always been high and remained high therefore I stopped judging based on that).

Well…if I had to hazard a guess…you are doing too much. But your frequency has varied to minimal up to medium and higher.

When did you last decon? Your amount of activity warrants a look at this from square 1.

I don’t if it’s your writing style or I’m just plain stupid and can’t understand, but your routine seems to be all over the place. I would decon and start over with manuals again and then if you didn’t decide to send the pump back start a consistent routine with it again. Maybe ditch the ADS? I never found them to be helpful and they always gave me fluid build up in the glands.

Also it doesn’t matter how hot your place is wrap the pump in a heating pad. I also wouldn’t ever sleep with anything on my penis.

I was pumping twice a day for twent minutes at 5 hg, five or six days a week. At nine months, I was not showing any significant gains. I then added a 45 minute session at 4 hg once a week and over the next four years, gained an inch. During this period, I used several different LAPump sizes.


Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

What is the recommendation here to try? I have already gone down 6+ months of no PE whatsoever and only in the past few months started Phallosan and the pump… doesn’t seem smart to now leave all PE again.

I think it’s hard to recommend on a pump routine because everyone varies so much, some can’t tolerate hardly any pressure, some seem to need enormous pressures, the same with time.
I’ve been pumping on and off for years, and was pretty convinced there were no permanent gains, but started again after reading so many pumping threads about 6 months ago, I had to take a 3 week break due to non PE reasons and was surprised that I retained about 1/4” girth gains, so even if they’re not truly permanent, 3 weeks is permanent enough for me, and I’m back on my dedicated schedule.

I pump no higher than 5 hg 45 minutes 5 days a week, more pressure for even less time, I’ll get a donut, more time at that pressure, donut.

I think you just have to experiment and find what works for you, hopefully some routine will.

Here is a routine you can try called incremental pumping. The intent of this routine is to achieve maximum long lasting results with minimum trauma.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
