LA Pump No Success Thoughts?

I think our friends above have given you a lot of usual resources and information.

Pumping does work, my pumping has varied a lot over the years and at times I have gone through periods away from PE related work. Even all the longest of breaks my unit has not returned to its former starting size.

Heat is of incredible benefits. I do not pump without heat another aspect is jelqing between sits and the end. It is something I swear by and include as a part of my sessions. It has been very important to my progress.

I would say you’re not doing enough, one set of 20 minutes is not enough. Try 3 sets of 20 minutes, or more. Look at the people who gained here from pumping and the big gainers thread. You will find they did up to, or more, than 2 hours of PE a day.

Quick update here. I tried the 3x20 min sets with no permanent gains still. Results would only last about 1 hour and then vanish. Not sure anymore what else to try for girth (therefore focusing on hanging / length for now).

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but 6 months isn’t going to give you permanent gains in any form of PE. This is marathon not a sprint.

Good luck hanging, if you gave up on pumping after only six months hanging is going to be a nightmare for you.

Stick with it and use constant heat.

As I mentioned in my earlier post, it took nine months before I started to see perminant gains and even then after adding a 45 minute session once a week.

How many days a week were you pumping?


Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"
