Got my pump!!

I got my pump last Friday and was able to try it out after my girlfriend left Sunday night. I like the sensation and can’t believe how easy it is to get expansion. I have to admit I over did it on either the length of time or the pressure. I’ve developed water blisters on my glans. It’s a shame that I’m going to be sidelined until it clears up. I did some more reading here this morning and it sounds like the pressure was too high. I’m glad I didn’t pop the blisters though. Does anyone know if compressing the blisters will cause the fluid to subside faster?

Glad you enjoyed the pump, but obviously you must be less aggressive. I guess you had a case of newbie overdoing. Lesson learned. Don’t compress the blisters. They’ll subside in a week or so.

What kind of time and pressure were you applying and what brand of cylinder/pump did you buy?

I always used to stick a pin under the edge and let the fluid out. The blister will probably fill back up again, so I would keep draining it. If you do this, heat the pin point red hot first with a match to sterilize it. You notice I said used to. That is because after this happens once or twice, you learn quickly not to do that any more.

You better have some antibiotic ointment containing pain medication handy. If, and when, the skin comes off that blister a little early, the raw skin underneath is going to sting like hell and the ointment will ease the sting and help it heal fast.

Thanks for the advice guys. Is neosporin good enough? If not, what do you recommend. I got the pump from LAP. The cylinder is 2.25X11.0. I was pumping right at 7. I would increase the pressure to 10 but only for seconds. I pumped for an hour our so both days, 10 minutes and 50 for a break. I guess I was just amazed at the sight of packing the cylinder.

For your first pumping session, you are so far over your limit line, you fell off the chart.

Yes, Neosporin is good enough and I think they make one with the pain killer, but if you already have the original, that should do the trick.

I agree that I really crossed the line. It appears that my blisters have either popped or subsided. I can’t wait until I’m all healed up so I can start the correct way.

Got one too.actually had it but I bought it for recreation(with the gf) but found this forum in the meantime. Mine is a cheapy though.$50-$60 no gauge etc.. Any suggestions other than buy a new one?

You can try out the cheapy to see if you like pumping and if so, buy a new one. Take a look at the Deluxe Package from lapdist and check here first for cylinder sizing help.

Titleist, you must have a great pain threshhold, to be able to push it that far so soon. After a couple of years fruitless pumping, I decided to try longer sessions and got my first blister. It popped and healed in about a week. But I found that blisters will start to form in the same exact spot, if I push it too far again. I didn’t know about jelquing and other techniques then.

I’ve actually been clamping for quite some time and I’m use to the pressure. I’m learning that when a new PE discipline is employed, you must start like you’re a newb.

My blisters are gone and the only thing that remains is some dark loose skin that was once filled with fluid. It bites that I have to take a week or two off from pumping. I think I’m going to like this regardless if I gain or not.

To those who are looking for a pump; I can’t say enough about the quality of the LAP pumps. Great customer service and discreet packaging.

Ok just an unrelated question. I followed a link from this site that showed some liquid cialis for sale. Might sound stupid but I don’t want to assume anything.
I am guessing this is an oral liquid right?
Also has anyone tried this and how is it working?
