got my pump!

I just got my pump in the mail today(cockpump.com). I tried it out for a few minutes. I purchased the 1 1/2 and seems awfully snug. My girth is only 4.4 and they’re doesn’t seem like there is much room for growth, but there is a little bit of room. I couldn’t imagine someone with a larger girth (4.7-5+) getting in the tube. I’ll keep everyone updated on my progress with it. I can tell how you could go overboard because it does feel good. It definately isn’t the same as hanging twenty pounds off your johnson.

Also, it’s a great piece of equipment. I could imagine it lasted for a long time.

I’m about to post my progress with my pump here in a few day’s
also I don’t pack the tube yet and I think am getting pretty close to 5 in. girth( I HOPE) we will see here pretty soon I think I will measure on the 20th!

What are your plans for pumping and jelqing-sqeezes?

You just started pumping a little under a month ago right? I haven’t decided on a routine yet. I’m going to figure something out over the next few days. Do you have any advice? I’m really excited about pumpimg… I’m really hoping for some girth gains. I think you said your starting measurements were aroung 4.5 inches…i’m around the same. Can’t wait to see your progress on the 20th.

WEll it’s really been over a month but I had to take a few days off from pe because I bruised my head from hanging so the days i took off i just add on to the day I was going to measure.

As for the routine I went by avocet’s I am just now puming for 2 sets of 15 min, at 4.5-5 hg

Yes I started pe at 4.5 and started pumping at 4 5/8’s I would love it if it was 4.75 after one month to me that would be a good gain since any gain is good!!!

Sounds like you’re having fun already!

Because it does feel good, you’ll be tempted like everybody else is to try to make it feel better. Even vets make this mistake. Yesterday I increased pressure just a notch above what is my normal comfort range and five minutes later had a real standout red/bruised area on the underside of my shaft. I’m having to take a day off because in my case these discolorations sometimes turn very dark in color and result in a permanent pigment change. So stay conservative, is my adice.

Are you guys planning to do your standard girth or length work between pump sessions?

Avocet8, didnt get my pump yet but its probably on its way. Question- what is better in the pumping field, more short routines like say five (5) 5-7 min at 3-4 mmhg sessions or two 15 min sessions. In other words, what Im trying to figure out, not that Im going to jump into it, as you advised, but just for knowlege in the future. For instance, in hanging, more is better. In jelking, too much is overtraining. Can you overtrain in pumping, or is more short careful sessions better. Two 15 min sessions adds up to 30 mins per day. Six 5 min sessions adds up to the same. Which is better?

Snug is good. You’ll get more pull for length. I regularly start in my smallest tube, which has the same circumference as my flaccid girth.

That’s why some people go so far overboard with it. Just wait ‘til you pump cock & balls together for about 2 hrs. It’s awesome. The result doesn’t last very long, but it’s great while you’ve got it.

When I wrote Pumping 101 originally, I didn’t even know about jelking, etc. so it is a general guide to getting started with a pump, and a safe one, I think.

I agree with Thunder and others here that short sessions will get you more mileage. I also feel that the basic PE techniques outlined here at Thunders interspersed with short pump sessions will cement gains bettter than pumping only does. At least that has been my experience.

If one can do it, it’s a good idea to go into the tube fully erect. If one can’t, never mind, the pumping will get you up. And, for those who can’t go in erect, pumping up from flaccid, repeatedly, is terrific “exercise” for building the penile vascular system back to par. This sort of mimics the healthy, normal sequence of nocurnal erections: 4 or 5 of them a night. Stay up a few minutes; deflate; get up again. (This isn’t aimed at you kabal, but at anybody looking for a good, alternate erection therapy.)

Thanks Thunder and avocet8. I think that I will go go with the frequent short sessions. One last question. After about say 3-4 months and your dick is already adjusted to the pump. Would say 20 5 min session be too much over a 8 hour period? Would this give quicker gains than just 5 5min sessions? I wont hammer on this point anymore, but still answer it. Thanks. Gotta check the post to see if my pump is here yet.

DAMN!!

may not be able to measure on the 20th I just got this numbness in my dick from hanging which will take a few day to get out I think. I reall wanted to have a full month of pumpin and hanging but I keep having problems which makes me push my measuring date back we will see what happens though.

Don’t be surprised if I don’t post my gains on the 20th :(

Pumping and Power Jelqing

Guys,

Got a PJ a few months ago and jelqed with rollers in vertical orientation. Then I got BIB Hanger and have been doing that nearly exclusively for 4 months. Then I found this forum and got a LA pump. I tried pumping for a short time(approx 4 min at 5#) then vertical jelqed 30 times. Then I pumped again,same amount(just getting a really good pump) than did the 30 vertical jelqs again. I repeated this several times til I had jelqed 100 times total. These are hard , slow jelqs. After this cycle my unit was so large, girth mainly , I quit.

Several weeks later I decided to increase number of jelqs and did so in groups of 100. I stopped at 400 total. Well, my pecker stayed quite large flacid for nearly a week.

After only one series of 100 jelqs the color is quite dark.

Big question, is, how much is the correct amount? After my massive(400) jelqs session my wanger felt completely worn out and it ws pretty clear I’d over done it. However, 100 jelqs , with pumping interspersed seems so beneficial, I can’t believe It won’t result in good results for girth, and perhaps length.

Anyone with experience jelqing interspersed with pumping?
