Hey Surfer 1, I pump and jelq and are having problems with the jelqing part, it’s when I jelq before and after pumping I just keep getting at least 20 red dots and my member is just so tired an hour or two after my workout. I’m thinking of just quiting the jelqing and just working on manual stretching. All I want to do is put on permanent length anyway not girth.

I’ve never had a problem with jelking (or combining it with pumping) until recently. I can’t get a clear handle on why this is but am wondering if I’ve sort of maxxed out at PE. Lately jelking nearly always gives me dark patches or broken capillaries and I have not changed my jelking technique one iota. I still feel sure that jelking is one of the best overall PE exercises but it sure isn’t working for me anymore.

Sorry to hear that Avocet, mine is the exact opposite I’ve always have had problems with jelqing, it’s not that I’m doing it wrong or using to much pressure I guess it just does not work for me but I have had good results from manual stretching plus all I want to do is put on permanent length not girth which is a result of jelqing so I think I will just give up jelqing and just concentrate on stretching. Also I’m looking down the avenue of hanging to see if I can make some gains and makeup for me not jelqing but I’ll see what happens. Hopefully pumping and hanging done right will compliment each other.

Hey Avocet8, I was wondering if you were still having problems with the jelking part of your routine, I was having problems, got up to I would say 50 red dots on my pecker after every routine but after I took a 2 day break I’m glad to say I have not had any red dots so far, maybe I was just having to ( break ) in my pecker I don’t know. Just wondering

Also I’m taking 500mg L-Arginine, 500mg L-Lysine,
500mg L-Ornithine, and 400mg Yohimbe twice a day,( only for the Yohimbe. )

I’ve quit jelking altogether. Every time I do it I get little areas of capillary breaks. These then cause a pigment darkening after they’ve healed. This never happened before from jelking. I still do stretches, squeezes, pumping. No problems there.

Hey Avocet8, sorry for bothering you again but I was wondering when your stretching are you do the new A.I. stretches that’s what I dew and I’m getting pretty good results. Just a suggestion.

I am having really bad results from Jelqing lately. My dick is just getting beat up after every workout, I’m estimating 80 -100 red dots after every session. What I’m asking is would it be OK for me to drop jelqing all together from my routine and just do manual stretches from now on, but here’s the kicker will I still see gains?

Why don’t you wait a few hours after you get done pumping Before you start Jelqing. Maybe pump a.m jelq p.m?

jelk4’s suggestion sounds good to me. Maybe the combo of jelking and pumping results in too much outward pressure.

I had great success with jelking for a very long time. No problems whatsoever. Now I can’t jelk without getting some tiny capillary bursts so I’ve given it up. But stretching is fine, even Horses.

Haven’t tried the A.I. stretches. You have a thread link to them?

I had to take almost a month off from pe now but today I finally got to pump. when ever I work my way back up I’m going to pump a.m and jelq p.m

3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off

see if I can get some girth from doing this! I think I may have been overtraining before!

Hey Jelq4life, I’m going to give the am/pm thing a try, but what do you do after you come out of the pump do you do manual stretches instead of jelqing?
