So it came early in the mail, needless to say I was very excited. I used a pump a long time ago before I even knew what pe was, no gauge and just for a little messing around. I only used it a little and had no gains but no schedule either, this time will be different. The one I got has a gauge, a good sized cylinder and seems to be decent quality. After washing it and warming up with a warm washcloth for about five minutes I lubed up and slid in. I pumped up to 2.5 inches (I am going to go pretty slow to see how I adapt and I was clamping the other day so my unit was already feeling a little worn out). I really like the sensation of being in the tube and did 2 minutes on and 2 off with some light jelqing for 2 minutes in between. The cylinder has measurements on it and I got to about 6 1/2 which is a little less than my bpel, wondering if that is just the tube or what. Like I said, I didn’t want to go overboard so I kept the pressure light. I did increase it to 3 for a few seconds and saw some more expansion but took it back right away.

So, I will keep to a light schedule and really can only use the pump on the weekends since I am gone during the week. I will keep up with the newbie routine and maybe keep clamping a little on the road but I much prefer the pump!

Thanks! Yeah, the most I got to today was just under 3 and I could tell that was too much. Maybe if I wasn’t sore from clamping I could go to 3 but I have the rest of my life so no hurries. What are the typical times for gains when pumping?

There really are no typical times for gains with any PE just stick at it.

Remember keep the pressure low and slowly build up time, connective tissue takes time to stretch out to the point where you start to make gains so dont try and get huge early in a session, a lot of people find with both clamping and pumping that the expansion really kicks in past the 30min mark.
You need to reach that point without causing to much stress.

It can sometimes seem with low pressure that nothing’s happening but give it long enough and it will !

Also, heat is your friend. I use a microwaveable heating pad. But even just trapping your own body heat will help.

I know there is debate out here as to ejaculating pre or post pe but then I read all these guys who pump up just to have sex. Is that just a quick pump to plump up or a whole session followed by sex?

I’ve been pumping for a while and my unit can’t tolerate anything above 2.5hg. I don’t even “milk the pump” as those small increases in pressure start causing discoloration. I have found that using heat and dropping the pressure every so often helps a lot to maximize expansion in the cylinder.

I personally do not ejaculate post-pump. I believe that the inner workings of your penis have to recover before putting them under additional stress. Those guys that pump to have sex, in most cases, are using a pump for erectile dysfunction. I don’t believe that they remain in the cylinder as long as people that are pumping for PE purposes.

You should start a photo progress thread also, as this will help document your gains.

I did take a few before pics, haven’t posted them yet. I may take today off as I am still a little sore. I have heard of guys pumping up and ten wear a cock ring or clamping to keep the expansion but I won’t try that for awhile. I feel my unit is a little meatier with my recent clamping and hopefully the pumping will keep that up and get me the inch of length I am going for. My wife knows about my pe but doesn’t know that I bought the pump, I may let her in on that though as it would be fun to do together, I would live to see her face light up as my cock expands in front of her!
