How can I hang this way?

If you don't take the time to do the PE exercises how do you expect to gain? The fairy godmother of PE?

You can get a towel rack or some such to do SO hanging. Just tie the weights onto some X lb test fishing line to reduce friction.

For OTS, just get something to use as a shoulder pad and hang the weights over your shoulder.

For the rope, string, cord or whatever you use to attach the weights to your hanger.

The best shoulder “pad” I ever used (for hanging OTS) was about a two inch wide, by eight inch long piece of plastic cut out of a one gallon plastic milk jug. Then, I duct taped the plastic to the rope. It displaces the stress very well.

For SO, many chairs have a long enough seat to hang over the edge. Also, on most chairs, you can put on an extension made out of 4”-6” PVC pipe split in half and tied to the front edge.

Looking at your avatar is giving me some pretty good tunica gains.

You can also get a strong piece of string tie it round your desk and have a key ring on it. Then you can thread your weight through the key ring and do SO. You may have to drill a hole at the back of your desk to put the string through.

It depends on what your LOT is. Generally, OTS will be pure tunica work.

I use an eye bolt hook which is screwed into the ceiling. (was already there) I tied a piece of rope to the hook and attached a small pully ($2.00)from hardware store. My weight is attached thru (over) the pully with a piece of rope. This does not reduce the force. Actually takes about 2 minutes to set it up.

Yes, or do you want a complicated twatteaser explanation using molecular physics explaining it? Bottom line is your wasting your time. It is like assembling a fucking roof for your house on the ground before putting the skeleton up to hold it let alone finishing the walls. Now you have a real bitch of a time trying to get that whole roof up as one piece on that house after you are forced to build the sides and foundation. You made more work for youself than you had to. Your keeping busy but doing it so fucking ineffectively that you might as well be running errands bringing me fast food in your car for me from your house to the east coast.
