I’ve already posted about my current hanging status. Yesterday I started hanging OTS, which is a lot more practical, since I can do about anything within my 4 walls without being restricted to my hanger’s closet. I’m currently hanging 8,5 pounds, and where I’ve felt no stretch before, I must say that OTS gives a very decent stretch.
Is it normal that every little body movement like stretching your breast, breathing more intensely with the belly, etc. greatly increases the stretch?
What’s pro and con of OTS? Should I change back to different angles after a few months?
