Ots???

For all of you guys that hang ots or have hung ots, what were your routine/time you’ve spent ots(months-years), and most importantly gains throughout your ots experience? My main reason is because I have a low lot and switched to ots last week and want to know what kind of gains I can get and how long it would take. Thanks

I am not the best person to ask, but I prefer fulcrum hanging if you can swing it. (No pun intended.) OTS just makes my shoulder take most of the weight unless you put a pulley system up. In which case that is practically fulcrum anyway. Just my two cents.

If you set it up right, your dick should take most of the weight: I use the plastic milk jug set up over the cord that holds the weights, and then I wear a very sheer/slick shirt (a 100% polyester thermal, aka “My hanging shirt). This combination puts most of the weight on my dick and not on my shoulder. You could also wrap the cord in saran wrap or staple a ziploc bag around it. This has worked well too. The point is that you have two slick surfaces contacting each other. This eliminates the majority of the friction.

I’ve never used a pulley…I don’t think BIB did either. True, a pulley might be the best case scenario for a frictionless hanging set-up, but it is not necessary.

Actually at this point I just sit in one chair and sling the weight over another in a high angled SO style hang. It works pretty well and there is no need to worry about the weight over the shoulder.
