Lig Strenght ?
I’ve been hanging for 9 weeks now . from week 3 to week 7 I felt soreness in my pubic area … after the 7th week that soreness is gone … no more soreness after my sessions … What is going on ? and btw during the session I usually felt the ligs stretching … but now I don’t feel them anymore … What should I do … I hung SD mostly , mixed with BTC … ?
Should I go for upper angles ? or continue to hang SD and BTC even if I don’t feel the soreness and lig stretch ?
