Hi All

I’ve been hanging for 9 weeks now . from week 3 to week 7 I felt soreness in my pubic area … after the 7th week that soreness is gone … no more soreness after my sessions … What is going on ? and btw during the session I usually felt the ligs stretching … but now I don’t feel them anymore … What should I do … I hung SD mostly , mixed with BTC … ?

Should I go for upper angles ? or continue to hang SD and BTC even if I don’t feel the soreness and lig stretch ?

If your LOT is still 9, sounds like you need to either up the sets, increase the weight or possibly both. Your ligs have strengthened, and need increased stimuli to get them breaking down again.

Continue to hang BTC until your LOT is 7 or below, increasing weight/sets as necessary to get the feelings you described…

Hey check this out … When my tool is hard erect my LOT is 9 , but when semi erect ,my LOT is 7:30 -8 … I don’t get it ??

LOT is measured when flaccid.
If your lot is 7.30 - 8.00 when semi erect perhaps its time to start thinking about hanging OTS or fulcrum.
Try and measure your LOT when totally flaccid. I found it easier to work out my LOT if I stretched my member slightly while kegeling. In this way, even if you can’t see any movement (which I did easily when stretched, could not tell otherwise), you will feel it between your fingers.

I tought I must be hard ererct to measure my LOT … When flaccid my LOT is around 7 … New discovery … and I ‘ve been hanging for 9 weeks SD and btc hitting the ligs even if I don’t have potential to grow from them… 9 weeks droped into the wind … But I don’t get it how I got soreness in the liigs before if my lot is around 7 …

Now I will have to hang SO and OTS right ? to get the tunica out ??

Last night I put my bib on and tryed to stretch my tool ots with the power of my hands … I felt the stretch behind my balls … what does that mean ?

To stretch the tunica, yes.

It means the stretch was effective. That is about what you should have felt.

Did you make any gains during your 9 weeks? Maybe your LOT was higher than 7 when you started hanging?

Just because your ligs are sore does not mean that you have the potential for gains from lig stretch, or that you will gain from lig stretch. If your LOT is low, your exit point is low, there is not much you can gain from lig stretch, but you can still stress them.

All my gains so far come from manual stretching and jelqs with a low erection level (<40-50%).

I have only just started to hang.

I am also wondering if I should hang OTS as even though I’ve only been hanging for a few weeks, I seem to be gaining base girth without any gain in length. I will keep hanging BTC and SD until the end of the month and I will re-evalute my routine then.
