Qs on 1st lig pop
I had a lig pop two nights ago after a hanging session. It actually happened post hanging while I was pushing my finger under the suspensory lig in the pubic area and lightly stretching it. It didn’t hurt, but it was kind of like a “whoa” moment. From reading old posts, I gather this is something of a PE rite of passage.
Question #1 — I do feel some tenderness and didn’t hang last night. Generally, after a first lig pop, should I refrain from hanging for a few days until the tenderness is gone, or now that the lig is in a weakened state, should I continue while I have the soreness?
Question #2 — Is the first lig pop a general sign of gains in progress or gains to come?
