Bib I've got another lig question
O.K. as I’m sure you’re aware, I exclusively hang ots and so now for the time being. When I first picked this new routine, I discovered what I believe to be my main limiting factor. Which is and was the lig inside the shaft, now in these two positions I accomplished something that I was not able to do before. Which was to be sore a little throughout the whole day. But I get the feeling I’m not making any real progress, I’m not getting any increase in flaccid stretch either.
But something that is peculiar to me is that this inner lig seems to be really concentrated on the left side only at the top. Is this unusual or what? For instance while flaccid if I take my thumb nail and gently rub through the skin on the left side I feel the lig fibers, but on the right side I feel none at all. My unit does aim a little to the left, perhaps this is why. Although I’m not sure, I want to say that since hanging ots my unit also aims up a little. I’m telling you this lig feels so tough to me I see no way that weights can stretch this thing out, but then again I’m not the expert.
Please tell me what you think or what I should do. Oh and I’m hanging 14 lbs. 4- 5 sets of 15 minutes.
