Thunder's Place

The big penis and mens' sexual health source, increasing penis size around the world.

I hung hanged for the first time today.

Now I’m going to do seated fulcrum with 12 1/2 pounds for 10 minutes and see what that feels like after directly stretching the ligaments.

The new white vinyl electrical tape wrap holds nicely too.

Hi a-unit how did you get on with the 12 1/2 pound? I have had to drop back down to 5 pound since injury time off and I can realy feel it pull with just that my last set only manage 2 pound.

It felt great and I have been noticeably sore all day since.

Sounds like it’s going good if you keep it up the gains should start showing.

Same here. Hanging about 1.5 months. I do about 1 hour a day at 3-4 lbs BTC. Read a lot of Bib’s posts and I mostly use his advice. I want to up my times but it’s difficult to get enough private time to do more. Gained some decent FSL and flaccid hang so far.

I keep putting the measurement off.

Mixing things up excites me though, and I only did ten minutes standing, and I was sore all evening.

Good. Do you find that you get onset fatigue in later sets?

Fatigue has been fickle so far. Coming and going as it pleases with little rhyme or reason. If I had privacy time to do an addition set or two each day, I think I could reach fatigue more consistently.

Try a little heavier in your first few sets.

I know we want to keep the net force low, but it might allow you to reduce the weight further along in the sets, therefore keeping the total load the same.

I have been experimenting by adding additional weight early, but yesterday my wife came home early not feeling well, so I couldn’t continue.

Moving up to 13 1/2 pounds inthe second half of my first fulcrum set this morning in keeping With the thought that heavier weight in earlier sets may bring on more profound and consistent fatigue later.

I notice the load on the tunica immediately.

I’ve been BTC hanging and getting a good stretch lately. I’ll probably cycle back to fulcrum hangs in a week or so. But the program I’ve been doing is working, so I won’t change much.

Work and PE and life in general have been wearing me out, it’s a struggle to continue PE some days. So I measured last night to see if I was still growing and surprise! I’m only a sliver from 7 inches! 1/8 of an inch and I’m there. That gives me reason to keep going :)

Well done.

I remember being a sliver from seven inches.

I plateaued at that weight for a while until I exerted flexibility over the situation and got into hanging.

Bash on in spite of life outside of PE.

Life had presented many a successful man with reasons to fail.

Fuck that.

Started at 12 1/2 pounds fulcrum for 20 minutes, and now I’m doing 15 pounds fulcrum for 20 minutes to see what will happen. Hopefully I will fatigue this set and I can decrease the weight as I go.

This is the most I’ve ever hung with this hanger in any position and it is rock solid.

The tension is now focusing on the shaft nicely.

Hmm, 20 minutes fulcrum with 15 pounds and only minor fatigue.

I Will see what my next sets will bring.
